  1. Can you explain that for me please? I'm not stanning anyone currently in any of these Housewives franchises. Knowing the somewhat lowbrow entertainment that comes along with this franchise, and it's an addiction for me, but I don't get the for outrage one, jumping for joy for everyone else. I hope you don't take it like I'm coming after you.
  2. Slowly catching up on the season... I'm not LVP's biggest fan... but I enjoy the show with, minimal amounts of her, and without her... I think the show will do fine. I view the show for an ensemble, not for a singular entity, so I had no problem with the season. On the issue of ganging up, it comes with the territory... it's standard for this genre... the HWs should expect, the viewers should expect it. I wasn't surprised. Doesn't matter who it was/would be... it's expected. If it wasn't LVP... it'd be someone else. What I will say though regarding that is, this season, while I actually enjoyed it, the first BH season I've enjoyed in years, the fanbase, the internet, the social media outrage over the situation soured me a bit. Put anyone else in LVPs shoes, no one would care. If LVP was leading the charge against someone, no one would bat an eyelash. Over the years we've had other HWs across the franchise with tragedies on the show and it was business as usual, we've had HWs and castmembers experience multitudes of things, and the show is business as usual. I don't get why this season someone needed deferential treatment, or kid gloves, or say it however you'd say it. The castmembers know... or should by now, the viewers know the type of show they're signed up for. I'm just saying, what happened to LVP this season, if the same happens to Kyle, Rinna, whoever I want to see the same level of outrage over the next gang ups. From what I recall, across the franchise, I don't recall there being this type of outrage in the past, and I think it's going to be hypocritical when viewers and stans turn a blind eye in the future.
  3. Love them or hate them, I just love so many different takes on strong women in one show. I'm a guy who always loved female characters in all forms of media... so I love this show for this. As selfish as Trish's journey I'm enjoying seeing it unfold... more likely unravel.
  4. I take it the new guy will turn out to be someone right? Right? I know I started this one a little late. His wager with Jessica about the guys in the bar, was he using an ability, right? Right? Or is what is too obviously obvious... too obvious? Loved getting back into the show, even if this episode was mostly setup.
  5. May's a swerve, and something actually happened to Davis. I don't know, because both are reeking of obvious choice is obviously obvious... and if I recall, May's already been used as a compromised character, hasn't she? Or the other characters' thought she was, hasn't she? I'm going with something more is going on with Davis. I actually really enjoyed the episode. I need more Deke and Fitz. I'm still in the Not Coulson wasn't interesting at all. His banter with Izel this episode was the extent of it, and his rogues were the only "cool" thing about him.
  6. I'm sad because I'm just not feeling this season, but I'm with this show until the end. I do like show playing with the expectation of Sarge and Izel... who should the gang really be afraid of?
  7. As I do a rewatch... I love Sassoon. I felt bad for Sassoon. I like writing, typing, texting, saying Sassoon. I don't think she knew what show she signed up for. She spent most of the season in Sassoon, Fix My Life mode. And with that, I felt bad when she'd pop up on screen where after a certain point on the show, she'd turn up just so the other ladies can giggle about her behind her back. Honestly, I'd trade the current cast for Joyce, Carlton, and Eden, and maybe Kathryn, IDK, I love my one and dones.
  8. And Ward... whether Good Ward... Bad Ward... Squid Ward... my favorite character, I would have totally been okay with it. Hands down, favorite episode. Not feeling the overall story. I'll take the Chronicom's over Not Coulson, but is interesting the pieces are now woven closer together.
  9. Let’s Discuss: Is Lisa Vanderpump A Hypocrite For Her Criticism of Adrienne Maloof After Adrienne Stopped Filming S3 and Didn’t Attend the Reunion? Is she a hypocrite about the reunion? Yes. And before anyone tells me Lisa's situation is far worse, I don't think so. From what we're given as the viewers, as a storyline for the season, I think Adrienne's situation was worse. Adrienne's situation hit her family. Her kids, kids who were never a presence on the show in the level of Kyle, LVP, Rinna... were dragged into it. LVP and Ken sat back and let Brandi spread misinformation about the entire ordeal. They defended Brandi when she lied about Adrienne suing her. Camille has a free pass from me for defending Adrienne and clarifying Brandi's mistruths that season.
  10. A lot I liked, a lot I didn't. I loved Season One, wasn't too big on this one. It (the season) felt a bit meandering, but the closing moments (of the finale) salvaged it for me.
  11. This is why I can't stand Nene. She's one of those HW's (hell, that's all of them) who takes the viewers for fools. From a show narrative perspective, she didn't know Phaedra in Phaedra's debut season, they allied in Nene's final season/first exit, Nene thought Phaedra/Porsha should be fired during that issue, and now she wants her back. Kenya might be back, I'll be glad is Twirl comes back, but Phae, I don't know if Twirl can keep me back if Phaedra came back.
  12. Not feeling the main story with Not Coulson but he has an interesting group of rogues, but I'm here for Fitz and Enoch's Misadventures in Space. And of course, Simmons and co arrive just as Fitz leaves.
  13. A little late but... I figured either Lia or Andre were going to be part of the trafficking.
  14. I'm not Ken's biggest fan, but I'll take him over LVP, but... what frustrates me when seeing comments from viewers and fans regarding Ken and the other husbands, it's almost... maybe I'm wrong... but... Ken gets involved, the way it gets twisted is, he's defending Lisa. Other husbands get involved, the response is what are they doing? Why are they getting involved? They're attacking the women? My opinion of course.
  15. Aargh! I finally experienced the dreaded PrimeTimer gods eating a post... I dislike LVP... well, originally loved her, along with Camille and Adrienne and Kim, who I still love, back in season one, but LVP lost me from a storyline point of view back in Season 3 when she backed Brandi against Adrienne. Looking back, I still don't get how Adrienne was painted as the villain, and I think it's interesting LVP this season, her quitting or leaving filming, parallels Adrienne's final season. I still love season 3 just for the details Camille spilled outside of the show, interviews, social media, setting the season straight to some of Brandi's storytelling and defending Adrienne. I like Rinna in small does. She works better with a tame counterpart, like Eileen, who I also liked, to balance out her lunacy. I liked Joyce and Carlton. Two completely different ends of the personality spectrum, and were a good palate cleanser to the rest of the ladies, and the drama spilling over from the previous season.
  16. Russo in the dumpster, that would have been the perfect poetic ending to him.
  17. As a crippled person with spine issues, I hope I don't offend anyone... but Agent Madani had trouble with the crippled doctor. And they've only teased Dumont being tossed by someone through a window all season, we knew it was coming, but... it was soooo cheeesy...
  18. Russo, I'm not here for Russo. Just like just about everyone in the show, Frank, you should have finished the hob. But, I like Pilgrim. I can't wait to see how his current path and old path's intersect. The entire thing with the Schultz family. I know, no probably not. CyberJawa, but could it be possible the Punisher doesn't Punish the son and lets him live without his parental control. Friend obviously betraying Amy is obviously obvious to everyone but Amy. But I did like the ensuing firefight. Definitely picking up with this episode after the last few, these series always come to a crawl in the middle.
  19. So the Jigsaw concept will be psychological? Maybe it is for the Jigsaw counterparts in other media and the comics, but this character is more of one of the ones I know of, not necessarily know, so I was hoping for something a little more gruesome physically. I'm here for the religious group though, over Russo. In the previous episode, the minute you saw the couple inform Pilgrim--had to luck up his name--of his mission, plus in this episode, the mention of Rachel/Amy and her group of massacred pals taking photos of men kissing... you know what's happening. All pieces somewhat in place. I'm here for that.
  20. I'm a little late... but Beth was a little cringey. Glad Frank got one night of happiness before stuff hit the fan, but she was cringey. I usually dislike child characters/actors but loved spunky Rex. Line of the night, Did you two have sex? Will we see them again? Wasn't big on the rando henchmen/henchwomen, but the fight was solid. Great start to the season.
  21. Finished the series a couple of days ago... and you know what... I can take the aliens, the dinosaur, and technological wizardry, but you know where I cross the line... AWOL. So cringey. I enjoyed the season though, more than the first. Keep the parents to the minimum in the future, I think that chapter is done. While on that subject, the parents, PRIDE, I just kinda got low rent... Hellfire Club, Inner Circle.
  22. Well, I was wrong, no Strucker sibling deathmatch (I didn't post about the last episode), and Reva and Ryan didn't betray one another. The finale was good though. I'm taking it Clarice is from an alternate present/reality/timeline given the background in her portal? And of all the things, Jace survived. Ugh! SIde note, I kind of felt, the show couldn't juggle everything... Mutant Underground, The Strucker's: The Mini-Series, The Inner Circle, The Morlocks, The Purifiers... that's a lot of stuff work with, the season had some good and fun moments, but just couldn't manage and weave everything together well. And I recall the Hellfire Club at one time was something being considered for its own show, but after that didn't happen... I wonder if it was rolled into this?
  23. Well, the minute John said Next time, call me! I was like, Clarice... you in danger girl... You know what I hate the most, you just know that show is setting up Jace to have a come to Jesus... the humans were the monsters all along... by season's end, and I just hope if that happens, it is while someone is putting him out of his misery...
  24. Two episodes with no Jace... my favorite episodes of the season so far... and shows the show didn't need him. This is my thing, Jace feels like a device to connect the Purfiers to the overall story, but with what has been revealed, he's not needed. For me at least, you know what would've been so much better. No Jace. Save the Reeva/Ryan reveal a little further down the season, but have the Purifiers involved with the reveal being Reeva feeding info to Ryan feeding info to the Purifiers, and of course, Ryan feeding Reeva info for her plans. With some of the pieces in place, Jace really isn't needed, and you know Reeva/Ryan will be revealed to everyone eventually... it just could've been presented better. Aside from the Season Two fantasy I'm experiencing in my head, I just can't believe Lorna/Marcos haven't told anyone of Reeva/Ryan, as far as I can recall. Lorna I can maybe understand not divulging to Andy or Sage or the Frost Sisters, but I'm surprised Marcos wouldn't... unless it was discussed why they wouldn't, and I'm not recalling. I'm still with the show until the end, but I'm slowly getting into that... it is kind of a chore to get through.
  25. Might I just mention three of my favorite lipsync: Season 8... "You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)" featuring Bob and Derrick Season 9... "Love Shack" featuring Jaymes and Kimora, and "Macho Man" featuring Alexis and Peppermint Are there more? I forget. I wasn't feeling AS4 after my jush left... again... but you know what, I might go ahead and keep with it since Valentina's gone. I didn't feel Valentina back in S9, I didn't feel Valentina here. Good Riddance, I say.
