This is so exciting. I can't wait to cry.

Good for you! The anne books are so refreshing and good for the soul. I think back then creativity was not encouraged too much, it was more about sticking with tradition and tried and true methods. I wouldn't classify Rachel as a karen. As far as we know, she never asked to speak to anyone's manager.

Don't worry you guys, Benedict is most likely the next season. When asked by a fan when will we get to see his season, the actor said "soon", and the production code word for the season 4 is Vauxhall which is a place famous for its masquerade balls 😏 I am sure the showrunners of Bridgerton enjoy keeping us in the dark since it drives conversation and keeps people guessing which keeps up engagement with the show. All of these are good things. But so far, all signs point to Benedict being season 4.

The killing of those people in the theater is just so over the top cruel and disturbing. A bit too much.

Wait, this is such a perfect idea? Her character would totally fit Patience based on what we know of her so far. Hopefully the showrunners check this forum sometimes.

She said she wants to explore the Eloise - Francesca relationship on the show. That would be nice to see, they didn't have meaningful interactions in part 1.

Oh wow pretty quiet thread... My friend made me watch this and it's pretty good. I love the art style and some of the songs are good too. But I could do with less profanity.

S02.E01: What Can the Damned Really Say to the Damned
Harvey replied to AngieBee1's topic in Interview With The Vampire
Some of the memory revelations are already hiting Louis hard, and they honestly haven't even gotten started yet! Poor Louis. Jacob is doing an amazing job! Louis and Claudia have really good chemistry in this episode, and they did a good job of showing the love there but also the growing frustration and resentment with each other. I would have liked more of Lestat, but what we got was very interesting. When Louis approaches him he is in a Christ pose. You can also tell that Louis was very confused about his feelings there and the anger and guilt he feels. I also found him seeing Lestat during his speech to Claudia also very interesting. His vision of Lestat is not going away but actually gets even more solid. Lestat in the truck also had such a sad, almost pure look and not at all the way he looked when he "died " -
I know but other shows did 10-14 episodes. I did not see such a short one like this one. Anyway, I really want this renewed.

Not Dead Yet in the Media: In Lieu of Flowers...
Harvey replied to Meredith Quill's topic in Not Dead Yet
Keep watching. The last season is by far the best. -
It is on there 5 million views in just 20 hours. Really good interview I think it's sad that by not being open about what parts of the show are fictional and what parts aren't, Gadd takes away from the impact this incredible show has. I think by now it is very obvious to everyone that Fiona isn't saying the truth but also that Gadd exaggerated and made up parts of their story. I for one believe that the SA might have been depicted exactly the way it happened (would be kinda sick to make that up) but the fact that now nobody knows whether 5% or 70% of the story line are fictional, people will eventually start to questions whether the SA even happened etc... I think it would be a good move to be open about which parts he wrote into the show for the purpose of the show. It would be fair towards Fiona and have him stand in a better light. Transparency is always a good thing. And yes, I know, she's not honest either. But she's the sick person here, he's not on her level, I assume.

I really liked the episode, but I am really surprised it was the season finale. Only a 9 episode season? Very low. Maybe that is why the quality was so high?
-
That was a rather weak season finale, but so emblematic of the entire season which was weighed down by this stupid pregnancy plotline which was NOT fun. I wish they toned down this child storyline in the next season but that is very unlikely.

S05.E12: Olu! I Popped!

I blame Goodwin. -
I barely remember anything about season 1 but I'm going to watch.

It is wild that years later this is considered the best episode of the series. Sure it has its moments, but I can think of better ones. Oh well.
-
So it's about the same things as the previous seasons. Which is fine, the show is great as it is. I am not happy about the double release strategy but it is what it is at this point.
-
Right? The show is really slipping.
-
Wow. Gregory is pathetic. pathetic! But also very weak episode.
-
Are they doing that thing where Emily will become available just as Shread becomes official with that other woman?
-
Really good episode. I liked it when Tina asked Dave to dab 😆 And Grover assembling the cabinet in the end was a nice touch too.

I was with Kemi in this episode - cannot marry a man who doesn't put you first. I was surprised when we were nearing the end of the episode, and they still haven't resolved the issue. But then everyone decided to be the bigger person, and that made sense after those wedding vows. So in the end I liked it. -
So I guess we are not getting a season 2?
-
LoL Nell pretending that Edward remembered her birthday was so cute. It was nice to see her in such a cheerful state.

Now why would Shred be interested in a low-life freeloader who blatantly steals food and gets into other people's drinks? That did not make sense to me at all. Like you see that and that is who sparks your romantic interest? 🤔
