It seems like bottling is akin to what we call choking over here. -

Play better. Credit to Morocco for taking the game to France. -
It depends if the final batch of episodes are in the can or not. I have no idea. Otherwise, I sure hope so. We have the reason why Ben leaped. The other larger context question for me would be what or who is the fixed point on the leap-map? It stands to reason it's Sam.

Flopping is an NBA term for trying to draw an offensive foul. The French keeper isn't invulnerable, but it's going to be hard to beat him in the air. I don't know why the Moroccan keeper didn't just basically plow through the ball on the goal or just plant his face into the foot of the striker. He stopped and let him set his shot. And the defender didn't close down the near post effectively. -

To be fair, you could have England v Insert Team Here in the quarters that sent them out. -

Same. I don't really dislike anyone, but Messi never seems to be too diva (it's too easy to rip on Ronaldo because). His assist was an excellent piece of individual skill. The coaching stepped up too because with the 2-0 lead Argentina was like, 'no'. I think it's unfair Messi internationally has had to live in the shadow of Maradona, and somehow, if he doesn't win a World Cup then his career is a failure. Even Ronaldo. Not Kane though. He choked. I'll be rooting for Morocco too, but we also have the history of a possible repeat champion on the line too. -

He got the shot off. Give me a break. Far too many penalties in this world cup too. -
tbh, Teddy gets along with the kids well enough that I'm surprised they didn't ask him to take Tina to her show.

I don't like the scooters. They're all over the place where I am. I liked the pooping was a 'Muskie event' at the debate. To be fair, it seemed like all of the kids were. Lois has strong thighs.

I forgot the school is within walking distance. The setup was perfect - three kids, two parents; everything at the same time. I think Linda could have bailed on Tina because she's the oldest; Tina even told her to go. Good job for her to get to the library. I'm shocked Gene had a good idea related to music. Nice of them to visit the teacher in the hospital. Tina Fey is a big get for this show.

I liked the family picture mirrored the opening with Judy setting the timer, etc. The young kids were the same size but just different hair. I think this is the first time Beef was just against the family. Of course, Cheesecake has a bong store. Bobby Lasagna. Do they mean Santiago was Italian? He called Beef 'fish boy'. Wow, Kathleen threw wet sponges at the kids to get them to leave the house. The vet was a new character! I feel like the close out song would have been great by the Beastie Boys.

I'm going to send it straight to my junk. We've had a couple of weeks of Nelson building. I still think he would be a good bounty hunter. One of the goons wiped his tears with a salami slice when Moe was talking Nelson down. Fat Tony had a calendar with Goomar of the Month.

I think Kane missed purely because he was in his own head. Aren't Kane and Lloris teammates? I think that's one. Second, Kane beat him with a great shot before. So, does Kane go to the same spot? Does Lloris just say, wtf ever, I'll just go where he went last time; I know that's his spot because he told me in practice. Let him beat me with his best. Then Kane thinking, no, I'll go right this time. He won't think that. Unless he does because I went left. And so on, for like ten seconds. tbh, it's a lack of mental toughness somewhat. Pick the spot and take the shot. If he saves it; he saves it. It's also ego. Kane could have given it to someone else. Total wildcard at that point. -

I didn't see the first penalty. Was it legit? The second was so dumb. I have to say England probably played better, but the keeper stepped up. -

What was the vertical leap on that guy? Even Ronaldo was impressed. -
I was kind of hoping the grove being in the dead zone on satellite was going to be more of a plot point. It's minor though. I'm always rooting for the team. I'd really like to see a job with no technology; just all skills and grift. I did not see all the pissing coming back in the resolution. Brilliant for Breanna to help out by using the 'internet'. Harry really stole the scene impersonating Eliot. Kane did really good subtle work holding back not breaking, and Breanna picking up on it to keep talking. That, and banking on Parker to have stolen the phones in the meantime. Oh, wow. He did a great job capturing the teamwork while not taking himself too seriously. I'm interested in the choice of kind of a heavy episode. I do think he got the dialogue down quite well.

I think one of the Dutch guys was making a scene in the box because the Argentine goalkeeper was doing his deal. -

The announcers did make a good point of the official managing the game to not send anyone off. You're all on cards; you know where the line is. They wipe accumulation after the quarters, so the official actually has more latitude in judgement imo.
