  1. I wonder if she tells the other kids that she'll send them away too if they misbehave. I wouldn't be surprised. When they were little and didn't want to film she would tell them that if they didn't film they would lost their house, school, wouldn't have any food and it would be their fault.
  2. I don't know why I think this, it's just gut instinct I guess, but VRC is one of the places I donate to that I don't worry about how the money is being spent. I think this is one of the rare reality shows that is actual reality. I think the people are exactly who they say they are and I firmly believe every penny donated goes to the dogs. On other boards I've seen people saying things about all of the "toys" they all have, especially the twins but I don't see that. It seems like Mo and Kanani (not sure of spelling) can take crap and fix it and make it into something usable. I don't think donations to VRC go to their personal gain. I donate money to them twice a year and when I come across extras I send blankets as they say on Facebook that's what they need most. I also donate to my local shelter and the Border Collie rescue I got my baby girl from. VRC and the BC rescue are the ones I feel most comfortable donating to, the others I always wonder if it's really helping the dogs directly.
  3. @HunterHunted, that's terrible! I'm so sorry they did that to you. People can suck so much sometimes. That's why I prefer animals over people.
  4. When they were discussing Sheree's mama Joyce wig on today's episode it was very apparent that the people on Wendy's staff must agree with her at all times. When Suzanne had an opinion that was different than Wendy's, Wendy got a looks could kill look on her face and Suzanne quickly changed her opinion. It was kind of gross to be honest. And Wendy, your dog is obviously much smarter than you are and he knows that people food is bad for dogs. When she said something about her dog needing to earn his keep, I wondered if the same applies to that thing she's married to. Damn this woman is an idiot but she sure seems to think she's the perfect wife and mother with a perfect relationship. Ten minutes into the show today and I remembered why I stopped watching. This was my first episode this season and it will also be my last. I REALLY can not stand this woman.
  5. I think I've told the story of the guy who put 6 boxes of Twinkies in my shopping cart and begged me to go home and eat them. This guy ended up with 6 boxes of Twinkies chucked at his head.
  6. I didn't watch but reading this I wish somebody had asked him how old Chelsea was. She was also a 17 year old kid but she still managed to step up and be a great mom. If she can do it he could have too.
  7. Every time I see the commercials for the Nutcracker coming to San Francisco and the music plays all I can hear is "your grandmother and DJ are at your door". I watch way too much Roseanne.
  8. I kept calling her Sherri Shepherd with a moustache. I agree with the Jeez Louise! That wasn't just a few wisps of hair that was a full on moustache.
  9. I kept calling her Sherri Shepherd with a moustache. I agree with the Jeez Louise! That wasn't just a few wisps of hair that was a full on moustache.
  10. I would laugh at them if I ever heard anybody pronounce it parTy. Something is kind of bothering me. I keep reading about how horrible it was that James and/or LaLa said something about Katie and the other girls being fat. People seem to think that was so wrong. As I'm reading about how wrong it is I'm also reading things like "twigs with hair" and about how bad Scheena looks and how she's too skinny and other things along those lines. So, why is it so bad to call somebody fat but it's OK to make fun of people for being too thin? I'm underweight and get shit all the time for it. I've had obese people tell me in too skinny. Its a double standard that needs to stop. I don't get why fat shaming is so bad but skinny shaming is just fine.
  11. That's only a small portion of the full scene. She taunted Colin about his bear going into the trash. It was much worse than what was shown. I can't believe she screamed no in his face over a damn sock.
  12. @AZChristian, I remember the episode where they were toy shopping. She treated him so badly and I was so embarrassed for him. At that point he was doing all of the work with the kids while she made them take 4 hour naps when he was at work. This forum isn't long enough to list all of the ways she's a horrible person but the latest is the worst. Sending the least favorite child away is bad enough but to then plaster his issues all over TV and magazines is fucking disgusting and there's absolutely no excuse for it. Even if she had never done anything horrible before, that's enough to make her a disgusting bitch.
  13. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply that you're immature! I was just saying that everybody keeps saying they don't see what Ben sees in Emily because she's not attractive. My point was that maybe he likes her because she's a nice person and that's what matters to him, not how she looks.
  14. I'm sick of these damn quote boxes that won't go away. I swear, sometimes reading these forums makes me think there's something wrong with me. I have no problem picking up a dead mouse, rat, bird or whatever to dispose of it. I use only humane catch and release rodent traps, it catches the mouse in a little box and I take it away from the house and let them go. I do the same with spiders. @bilgistic, your story reminds me of the time I was doing laundry and felt something hard in L's shirt pocket. I thought it was a mint or something so reached in and pulled it out and looked down at a potato bug in my hand. Those are the only things that really creep me out. @TattleTeeny, I also get the "you're too skinny" bullshit from people. I've had morbidly obese relatives tell me that I'm too skinny, it was hard to hold back a smart ass retort. I once had a guy put a bunch of boxes of Twinkies in my shopping cart and beg me to go home and eat them all. I saw red, started going off on him and threw every box right at his bald head. @Moose135, I also use proper grammar and punctuation in my texts. I can not stand "text speak" or whatever it is they call it these days.
  15. I'm absolutely dumbfounded that somebody can't see what she is. It's right there, she's showing us the horrible wretch that she is. We're not making it up. I promise.
  16. Your/you're is my biggest grammar pet peeve, followed closely by should of. I also ask "my what?" when somebody uses your incorrectly. I've been told "your funny" and I always ask my funny what? What makes me laugh more than anything is when somebody writes "your stupid" which I've seen in many comment sections throughout the internet.
  17. Some people don't care about appearance, good looks fade away, personality lasts forever so mature people look for somebody they're compatible with and can have a good relationship with. Looks don't factor in to that. I haven't cared about somebody's appearance since I was in middle school. Even then if a guy could make me laugh and he was a nice guy, I'd never turn him down because of how he looked. I look at the person inside, not what they look like on the outside. If more people did that, maybe the divorce rate wouldn't be so high.
  18. @AZChristian, I'm so sorry. You're such a sweet person and I'm really sorry you had to go through that. You're a very strong woman to go through that and come out the other side as a good, kind woman. You deserved a beautiful, care free childhood and I truly hope you are having a wonderful life now.
  19. You would be wrong. My daughter got so excited when she got a spin brush in her stocking when she was little that she wanted to stop opening presents to go brush her teeth.
  20. That video above where she denies her own little girl a drink of water while she herself is drinking makes me sick. It also pretty much shows in a nutshell what Kate is all about and she's all about herself. Even after that video and so much more proof of her abusive ways she still has people who defend her. That blows my mind.
  21. I'll never forget the episode where Colin got gum on his comfort toy, I think it was a stuffed bear with a blanket baby. She took it from him, and as shes screaming that it's ruined and she's throwing it in the garbage, poor Colin is crying his little 3 year old eyes out. From my recollection she's never had anything nice to say about him except to call him a "helper boy". If it's true that nobody would play with him, it's probably because she poisoned the kids against him like I strongly believe she did to Jon. In my opinion, it was always very obvious that Hannah was her favorite and Colin was her least favorite. She never tried to hide it either. I found one of her books in the dollar store and bought it (I paid 99 cents too much) and she readily admit that Hannah is her favorite because she held Hannah first out of the younger six. I've always had the biggest soft spot for Colin, aside from my hatred of his "mother". I truly hope that Colin gets the help he needs and deserves and I hope he can find some happiness, he always seemed so sad. I have an empty nest and I wish I could go kidnap him and bring him into a kind, loving, private home for once in his life.
  22. My cat plays fetch better than any dog I've ever had. A lot of my cats have played but Trixie is a pro. She's a strange one though, she brings the toy back every time but she will only drop it in the nightstand drawer. I throw it, she brings it back and then she'll ait and wait until I open the drawer so she can drop it. We play fetch for a long time, I'm always trying to wear her crazy ass out.
  23. What a bunch of girls you are! Lol. I like snakes. They won't bother you if you don't bother them, they're more afraid of you. Very, very few species of snakes are aggressive and those species aren't here. I love seeing lizards and snakes around my property. Again, I'm the weirdo, I love cleaning the house and doing yard work. I can't do it like I used to but I still do it whenever I can. I blast some loud music and clean my ass off. My husband has done our grocery shopping for all of the 27 and a half years we've been together. If a man can't handle grocery shopping then he's got other issues.
  24. I agree. I thought it was pretty much proven when the abuse was in her personal journals that she never denied were hers. Most abusers are never convicted of anything because they're sneaky and their victims are too scared to report them. Her emotional abuse of Colin was shown numerous times over the course of the show. Most recently when she sneered and insulted, to his face, the present he had bought for her with his own money. And that's just what is shown on camera when she's on her best behavior. I didn't even know there was a new episode. I stopped watching. I feel bad enough for watching the early years and contributing to the life these poor kids have had with my ratings. It won't change anything but not watching makes me feel like I'm no longer harming the kids.
  25. It isn't easy to lose a parent, I lost mine within 13 months of each other when I was pretty young. It isn't easy but it is expected and it happens to most of us. I'm sick of that being an excuse for his behavior. He's a grown man, he's not a young child who lost his mother, not that it's easy at any age. I wish him well but his mom's death shouldn't be an excuse for the way he behaves. Like the above poster, my mom would be pissed if I used her death as an excuse for anything. Didn't his mom die because she left the country to have plastic surgery after American doctors told her it was too dangerous and could kill her? Is that Kanye's mom or am I thinking of somebody else?
