  1. Are we sure the friend in the bedroom and the friend who called Christina the same friend? I read a "friend" was in the bedroom but a "friend of Christina" is who called her. Maybe it's two different people?
  2. I thought what Lisa said to Eileen was funny too, Eileen needs to buy a sense of humor. If somebody has said to Lisa that Ken had his head up some woman's skirt, I could see Lisa laugh and say something like "marvelous, now I won't have to service him tonight" or something similar. Eileen has no sense of humor.
  3. I just can't see Leah EVER attracting somebody with a lucrative job again. What would she have to offer in a relationship like that? She'll be lucky to land a part time fast food worker. Same with Jenelle. I stopped watching the Teen Mom shows but I did watch part of this. Gary has turned into such a good man and a good father, I REALLY wish he would do something about his weight before its too late. He is the only stable parent Leah has and I would hate for him to die at a young age. It makes me so damn sad to see so many obese young people.
  4. This is what I'm worrying about. Since I found out about the pig, I joined a couple of pig owner forums. So many people have been duped by the people they bought their pigs from. I was shocked at how many people were told they were buying "mini" pigs but ended up with 200 pounders once they were grown. I can't handle a 200 pound animal, I know my limits in regards to animals. I'm worried that somebody will get him just for the novelty of having a pig and then not take proper care of him. He's so damn cute though. I have an appointment to go see him in person on Sunday. I know this is horrible but I've been told I have a twisted sense of humor, but I've always wanted a pig named Breakfast.
  5. My mom called me "Rebadurch" for some strange, unknown reason. She said she called me that in a store once and a man told her she was a bad mom for naming me something like that. Peeve. To each their own, but I don't understand emailing a TV station to try to get a show off the air simply because you found out that you don't agree with what the people on the show do in their private, personal lives. I just don't get it. It reeks of bored busy bodies who have too much time on their hands. I couldn't care less what somebody does in their private lives because it's none of my damn business. If I like a show, I like the show and that's all that matters to me. If I don't like it, I stop watching and move on to something else. I strongly disagree with Patricia Heaton and what she stands for but The Middle is one of my favorite shows. If people don't agree with what somebody on TV does, I have some advice...TURN THE DAMN CHANNEL AND MOVE ON!!! Don't try to get a show cancelled and people fired because you don't agree with what somebody does in their private life.
  6. But they never mention that the stuff in the house is for sale at their store. Unless somebody read forums or did some research they wouldn't know just by watching the show. They make it seem like it's all the homeowners things.
  7. I will definitely be doing a lot of research and asking people who have owned them. They have until February 1st before they have to move so I have some time to decide. I don't rush into ANYTHING, ever when it comes to adopting an animal. I even did research for a while before buying a guinea pig. I make sure I'm physically and financially able to properly care for them first and foremost then I do a lot of research into their care requirements. When I got my first dog I was really active so I wanted a dog who could keep up. I searched for over a year before deciding on my first Border Collie. Now I look for older, couch potato type dogs because that's what suits my lifestyle now. That's why I nixed getting a puppy and decided to get an older Border Collie from the rescue next year. That's great advice though @DeLurker, I appreciate it.
  8. I don't understand why Joanna uses stuff from her store instead of the homeowner's things. Why move all of her stuff in, make nail holes all over the new walls, just to have to move it all back out again so the owner's can move their stuff in. It just makes no sense, especially since Joanna's stuff is all the same, faux distressed, huge clocks and stupid sayings. In the most recent episode, she hung a sign over the couch that said something like Milk- Wholesale. Why would anybody want that in their living room over their couch? Maybe in the kitchen it would work but not in a front room.
  9. I'm thinking of getting this guy for myself for Xmas. I've ALWAYS wanted a pig, I've collected pig stuff since I was in my early 20s. This guy is almost 2 years old and weighs 35 pounds. He's completely house broken and uses a litter pan, he gets along great with and sleeps with the dog and cat in the family. The family lost their house and have to move to an apartment and they won't allow them to have him there. They said he walks great on his harness and loves kids. What do you all think??? I really want him but I've never had one before and am not sure if they're a lot of work. Edit: His name is Pigasus but if I get him I'll probably change his name.
  10. Yikes. Who is the blonde on the left with the horrible plastic surgery? She looks like a mannequin that was sent back to the factory for looking too plastic. Scary that somebody would purposely do that to their face.
  11. I know this is an older post but I'm just now catching up. People who use so much botox and crap like Jill look so strange to me with their smooth faces and wrinkled necks. Why do they spend so much time on their faces but don't do anything about their necks?
  12. His hair looks messy because he actually does the work, unlike that prissy flip flop wearing guy on Flip or Flop. I bet the Gainses are happy that the Flip or Flop couple are divorcing, takes some of the heat off of them for a while.
  13. I've always thought that she could barely stand him. The way she'd get that pissy look on her face if he dared to disagree with her didn't seem fake to me. I've always gotten a weird vibe from these people, never liked them at all. It's sad because they have kids but I'm not at all surprised.
  14. My daughter named my son Bubba the day he came home from the hospital. She pointed at him, said "my Bubba" and he's been Bubba ever since. My brother took me to the pharmacy to get a prescription for Bubba one day, we're sitting there and when I stood up after they called my son's name my brother asked where I was going because they hasn't called his name yet. I guess he was so used to Bubba that he forgot his nephew's real name.
  15. Given her "stolen personal sex tape", I have to say that the name FurnishedBF makes me laugh like a 12 year old.
  16. Just like the Connors with Darlene. Sorry, late night insomnia reading. I can turn anything into a Roseanne reference.
  17. I'll reply in the Small Talk thread so I don't go off topic.
  18. I just watched the episodes with Chandler and Monica's engagement. The first part was a season finale and the second part was the next season's premier. The difference in Matthew Perry's appearance in those two episodes is astounding. He looks like a sickly skeleton in the first part and nice and healthy in the second part. It was pretty obvious how went to rehab between seasons. I put this here because it is one of my favorite episodes.
  19. My mom and dad died 17 and 16 years ago respectively and even though I've moved since they passed I still get mail for them. My mom never lived with me and my dad lived with me for the last 2 years of his life so I don't understand why I get mail for my mom at my address.
  20. I think you answered your own question there. I liked Quinn. I thought Duff was too whiny and needy. It seemed like Tammy had always wanted to get married and he didn't. Once she said screw you and left him, he suddenly wanted to get married.
  21. Thanks @Jaded! I kept trying to figure it out but I was stumped.
  22. Who/what is BAB?
  23. I read an interview with Shelly Winters and she said that really happened. She dozed off on the set and woke up all decorated.
  24. I lost a lot of respect for her on the episode with the backyard breeders when she spoke of the many puppies she has "bought" over the years. I know it's not a big deal and frankly none of my business but I hate that. There are so many great dogs that need homes, I hate hearing about somebody buying a puppy. I'm also damn sick of the way she treats people who choose to live together without the "benefit" (lmao) of marriage. I have my 28th happily unmarried unniversary next May. A couple who has a piece of paper saying they're married are no more committed to each other than my man and I are. We are happy, committed to each other and still very much in love. How many marriages last 28 years these days? Not too many I would guess. I have nothing against people who choose to marry but that piece of paper means nothing to me. She needs to realize it's not 1955 anymore.
  25. I'm confused, why shouldn't Diana's love life be played for laughs on a comedy show? It's technically a sitcom so why shouldn't something be played for laughs on a sitcom? If I had a hair tie fall on the floor of a public bathroom I would throw it out but if something falls on the floor of my own house, I would keep it. Unless a person has a nasty, filthy house why would you throw it out?
