S12.E21: Not My Sister's Keeper
suzeecat replied to jewel21's topic in The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills
Was anybody else as traumatized as I was at Garcelle's mis-matched plaid - thing??? I was too distracted trying to find ONE seam that matched, but came up empty-handed. And then, green lipstick??? -
Maybe it's my own insecurities clouding my opinion, but I don't see Janelle driving a big old truck PULLING that RV around the country. I wouldn't have the nerve to navigate such a monstrosity. But, yes, I enjoyed her happiness and joy - something that's been missing from this crew for a while now.

S04.E10: Love After Lockup: I've Got Warrants, Bruh

Destinee is officially cut off of Shaun's purse strings now that new red-headed wifey has control of the checkbook. -
Maybe the details of Jenelle's fifth wheel fiasco was posted previously elsewhere, but this was all new to me. OMG, the stupid knows no bounds!!! Jenelle had the option to purchase the house she was renting (it did look like a rundown mess, but was that the condition Jenelle moved into???), but figured it would "make more sense" to buy a fifth wheel outright (prices on those things during Covid skyrocketed), without thinking through the need for electricity, water, HVAC, etc. To make matters even more stupider, let's BUY A TRUCK to haul it to the property!!! Who is going to drive this thing? Who is going to get it set up on the property? And why does Jenelle think that Cody will appear any more than he did when she was living in the rennal? He will still have the same excuses, kids being exposed at work/school, Jenelle traveling, Robin and her kids being too needy, etc. Cody goes along with it because he knows Jenelle is hanging by a thread and he wants to keep her as happy as possible without actually having to touch her.

S12.E20: Silence Is Golden

My dvr is refusing to store RHOBH episodes. My dvr has a heart and soul! -
I'm wondering if the people who volunteer to house these ex-cons are in any way responsible for the parolees staying on the straight and narrow. If it's housing and ONLY housing they are providing, I'd say the Doc should just let DQ do his thang and roll with the punches. Don't say I didn't warn you, DQ!

Who watches this show to watch someone give birth??? Not me! There was entirely TOO MUCH time spent on this, but I guess the only other thing to show is a fractured family arguing amongst themselves. And it's ridiculous when they show us how "EXPIRED" all their story lines are by flashing the date (from Spring 2021).

I was shocked and appalled at the way Cody was talking about his own children, his flesh and blood, on national television. There is just no excuse for that and says a lot about him. I feel so badly for his children that they, along with the rest of the world, know how their father feels about them. He's one disgusting excuse for a father.

Agree 100%. Brianna's party was tacky and stupid, the only satisfaction I got from watching was learning just how bad Jennelle's marriage is. I never understood why they added Cheyenne, and then kept her. I think that hers is the most obviously fake storyline of them all. I have no interest in her at all.

Something hanging from the ceiling that's only about a foot long doesn't offer any privacy though. It can't possibly be a design element, it's just too weird. And ugly.
-
Can someone tell me what the thing hanging from the bedroom ceiling behind Cody's back is? It looks like a window curtain valance just stuck to the ceiling crossing the middle of the room. Sorry, this distracted me from the rest of the nonsense that was coming out of Cody's mouth.

Wow, totally what I am NOT interested in from Dr. Phil. I'll be deleting these from my dvr without watching.

I'm finally catching on (FINALLY!) that the people who come on this show are either fame whores or so messed up that they can't find someone to date any other way. The rare "normal" folks who are lucky to be matched with other "normals" usually make it, as well as well-matched weirdos. The rest are losers matched with unlucky people with the best of intentions who unfortunately crash and burn.

S15.E09: Are You Going to Gaslight Me?

Kristen should have caved to Mitch's refusal to wear the shirt and let him show up as the odd man OUT. Then he could've gotten upset with K for not letting him in on the joke. -

Welp, Mitch would be easy to buy for, just get him nothing. Or better yet, pick up something lying around the house and hand it to him and say "Happy Birthday" - don't even bother to wrap it because he would be offended by the paper waste! This season they seem to be really concentrating more on everyone doing things as a group. I think it makes things more interesting and I find that the one-on-one "private" conversations just make me tense. I was embarrassed for Binh for having to do that mermaid activity. They were really reaching with that - it was pretty stupid. Alexis and Justin, I find myself tuning out with them. All I hear is "Blah,Blah,BLah". -

Stacia couldn't be more uncomfortable in that dress! It's cute, but she was constantly aware of her posture and hand placement. -
Watched early today on Discovery+, but don't worry, this is not a spoiler: Garrick, close your mouth! He always has his mouth hanging open, giving him a really dopey look.

S04.E05: Life After Lockup: The Rebound & The Monster

I hope this show isn't punking us with the promise of a shitshow wedding, because this scenario has the potential to become a reality show top ten of all time episode. -
Lindy is exhausting with all her do's and dont's regarding what Miguel can discuss with her. However, I agree with the name change decision. I never understood why it is so important to a man that a woman change her name. I guess since I am not a man I just can't see from that perspective, but I remember asking my first husband if he would take my last name and him looking at me in horror. If a man can't see a good reason to change HIS last name, how does he justify it being a good idea for someone else??? As far as I know it's a medieval custom from the days when a woman was considered "property" and we have certainly come so far as to not feel this is in any way reasonable in modern time.

I was sad to see the boho lady go first. Her look may have been the only "accessible" fashion I would consider buying on Amazon. The tall Scandinavian fellow looks like he could be Tim's son, except the white dots in the inner eye area seem a bit contrived. Speaking of Tim, he's just so pale, he seems like a translucent ghost.

What the holy hell kind of tattoo does Tayler have on her chest??? I cant figure out what I'm supposed to be seeing other than multi-colored blob. Gotta love Destinie's logic. -
Wes nailed it by venting his frustration at Sarah regarding how long it was taking to make that fish basket, yet without losing his cool or starting an argument. I don't think I would have that much restraint, but he was mucho respectful. I hope the dang thing pays off!

Right??? That was neither the time nor the place to be admiring your pretty sparkles.

I found these scenes as satisfying as Jimmy's confession.
