Definitely seemed like some kind of a pilot. The problem was that it wasn't funny! Can you imagine a show with Krysten and Alexis as the main players????

PLEASE make these people go away forever now! We were just subjected to (unless we fell asleep during part of it) a 2-hour HAIL TO KRYSTEN spectacular. Why they made her the spokesperson and expert, I will never understand. So, we got to see crazy BFF antics with KRYSTEN and Alexis. We got to see KRYSTEN butting into Nate and Stacia's relationship (because KRYSTEN is such an expert?), we saw KRYSTEN and her BFFs in the park taking a pole dancing class, where KRYSTEN announces how good she was (when she was the least coordinated person of the 3), then KRYSTEN and her BFF going on a double date (where I am sure the men didn't happen to notice the cameras). But, I will say that at least they both wore clothes for the first date. And, finally, a farewell (forever, I hope) and birthday party for KRYSTEN where she looks as unattractive as she ever has. That dress did her no favors. But, let us not forget that there are other couples on the show. Lindy and Miguel went to take new wedding pictures and then sat in the grass - not on a blanket, but who sits on a grass in a white wedding dress, Lindy??? They have the same discussions and same expressions on their faces as they did the whole show. Boring. So, we are supposed to believe that Morgan and Binh are such good friends that he agrees to meet her where she can beat the crap out of him to "help him" develop a backbone??? (I did fall asleep during this part, thankfully.) And, again, Morgan wearing a skin-colored tight top to the "party" did her no favors. If Stacia wants a vulnerable man, I hear that Justin is available. Run, Nate! She is such a cold, unemotional bitch that I don't know how they even pretended to last as long as they did. Her rolling her eyes when Nate was trying to talk to her was horrible. I do wish they had ended the show with a real update as to who, if anyone, is still together. You can see that on the spoiler page. And, no, I did not watch that special wedding show that followed. Lifetime has too much MAFS time on their hands to fill.

Yes, she and her husband they matched her with (forgot his name, Keith?) were both so gorgeous they looked like models.

That scene with Chanel reliving that murder was not what I was expecting. I was figuring something like a DUI accident or something - NOT a real murder. And even when Sloan was telling Paulina, all I could see was Jackee's cartoon face. She is so horrible. And Eric was right - Nicole has no business butting into their situation. So is Hope now Orpheus? I wonder who stole the orchid. At least that will free Brady. Are those stories going to be incorporated into regular Days now or are they still going to do a Beyond Salem?

Remember that show The Mole? They have a planted saboteur trying to get people eliminated. Alexis should have been on that one.

They are showing it in less than the hour people are used to seeing it. Isn't it like 40 minutes now?

Oh, Nicole, keep your cheating nose out of Eric's business and leave Jada alone. It is NONE of your business what those two consenting adults decide to do. It does sound like Susan will be killed, which means that they have permanently ruined Xander for good, unless it turns out that someone else did it. Which it probably will because Ron is just so clever and we would never expect it. Sigh.

I think it is interesting that many people (here and on other boards) are talking about better writing when the scripts for Peacock don't start showing until January. Maybe it is just showing them in the compressed timeframe that makes a difference?

When I read the article linked above, I had to laugh at one of the comments that Allie was one of the best characters on the show and the reason she watches. Yikes!

I will watch the Where are They Now show, but if you look at the spoiler thread, there are more updates after that show was filmed, which we will never see.

I can't believe that AFTER this and last week's recap, they had another 2-hour recap. ENOUGH with these people!!!! I dozed off during this week's show and did NOT even look at the recap. I didn't see any previews for next week's where are they now? I sure hope Kevin F isn't hosting. I am so done with these horrible, unlikeable people.

If Ava has no money, how is she paying Xander? Didn't she have to beg for a place to stay from Rafe, and then Jake? Is she back to having mafia money? I am pretty sure it isn't Charlie who is funding her revenge.

Thank you both for the timelines and summary. I was watching election returns and kept switching back and forth and managed to miss a lot, and yet, I feel like I missed nothing. Do we truly have 3 more shows? I feel like this show just keeps sneaking on the air because no one realizes it still exists and everyone keeps waiting for someone else to pull the plug.

And away from Salem, please.

At one point they were asked what they had learned about themselves while watching the show. That's when Krysten said she enunciated too much and Alexis said that she learned that the word was "celibate," NOT the way she said it, "celibent." None of them commented on how often they said, "like," or that the women needed to wear a bra.

Well, I don't know why Justin insisted that they keep it a secret, but maybe Alexis didn't consider it actually done since she didn't seem to get anything from it, so there was nothing to mention? They are both just plain weird.

Hey, guess what? After next week's Part 2, we get to see ANOTHER San Diego recap, because. . . I have NO idea! Wasn't the Reunion supposed to recap the season??? And then following that, I think we get the Where Are They Now show because we just can't get enough. Judging by how few people are posting, it seems painfully obvious to anyone but Lifetime, that they have gone to the well too many times.

I was shocked when Kevin said he had never heard of "healing your inner child." That was a big thing several years/decades ago. I hadn't heard it in years, but I do think that neither Binh or Morgan will get married after this show. If they both truly came away from this mess seeing how they needed to grow before being with another person, that's great. I do believe Binh about it being difficult feeling that he is enough. Krysten standing up for herself is great - if she would have consistently done it instead wallowing in his crumbs and then throwing a scene in public and then going back to saying she thinks it could work. That is what was annoying about her. I USED to think that Kevin was a good host. That was before he went all in on his favorites and lost any perspective or bias. It was Haley and Jake and many of us did not care for Haley. He was like that with Paige and Chris, too, telling Paige what a saint she was when many of us thought she chose to be a doormat. I guess I see his role as a facilitator, not to put his opinion in there.
