Things Zack couldn’t say: Jess, I really liked you but I knew you weren’t my final one. So when our date went so far south, I really wasn’t motivated to save it knowing I’d have to go through it all again when I let you go. This is just one of many examples. It’s called making the most of opportunities. He was smart enough not to suffer twice!!!

Charity is a beautiful woman. Let’s hope whomever ironed out Zack’s kinks will work on Charity. She can make some of the ugliest faces I’ve ever seen on TV.

The end of the season is when Zach, no all bachelors, get slammed the most. There’s no way Zach can come off sincere in four scenarios. It’s impossible. But it’s the price they pay for their celebrity. Every ding dang one of them. It’s like riding a roller coaster. It starts off slow and safe and turns into some scary $@#& before it’s over. ETA: That said, I’m still a Zach fan. He has as much class as this show will allow.

Some of these women are more photogenic than they are “in action”. Then there’s Ariel who is more beautiful the longer you’re around her. Zack was picked on in the beginning for not being traditionally handsome. As the season has progressed there’s less focus on his physical attributes and more attention to the entire package. Personality is everything and beauty is subjective as we are witnessing. It takes all kinds to make this world go ‘round. This franchise is a small sampling.

Yes, this is all screwed up. Charity is so bland and Ariel’s spark on the beach may just start a fire with all that dead wood… and I’m not talking driftwood. The producers have something here and they don’t know what to do with it.

Ariel for the win! Just kidding. I don’t think she’s the ONE but she deserves a dozen roses for being stoic. Has she shed one tear? She really is a rare breed for this franchise.

I saw Jesse too. I wonder if that was an accident.

Regarding the girls hosting, they both thought they were the stars. They made their job way more important than need be. They were also competing with the Bachelorettes for screen time. So annoying. I’ll take Chris or Jesse any day… even if they’re dull. Or maybe I just didn’t care for Tayshia and Kaitlyn and their silly high school antics.

These misfits. No wonder Jon killed himself.

I’m going to cut Zack some slack. How frustrated he had to be to contract Covid in London, possibly the trip of his lifetime, and with women clamoring for him. I’d say that’s a pretty once in a lifetime situation as well. Unlike some of you, I think Zack is surprised to find himself The Bachelor. When I compare his introduction on The Bachelorette, I see a stark difference with the Zack we see now. He was nervously uncomfortable meeting the 5 ladies. I think he got some excellent advice (from Puddy?) to chill and own his new found celebrity. I don’t think he played himself into being The Bachelor. I don’t think he ever imagined getting this far into the franchise. He doesn’t fit the typical B. For these reasons coupled with feeling awful, and possibly not being into Greer, I think his snappiness was not his typical behavior. I’m calling this strike one. I’m not calling him out YET.

So true. When I was 26 I was so much more mature than today’s “kids”. It is refreshing to see a dignified young man with some discretion and conversational ability. The fact that he apparently has some humor is icing on the cake. He’s really a cut above this show’s typical men. He’s not conventionally handsome but more a total package. Zack, please don’t make a liar out of me! There’s still plenty of time. :-/

Katy is too much. Her theatrics are so fake. She makes it hard to enjoy good music which was in generous supply. Thank goodness for the reality of Luke. He’s a neutralizer.

Chris did nothing wrong. He is allowed to have his opinions aside from ABC’s and Disney. Don’t we hear the following disclaimer all the time: This “whatever statement” is not necessarily the opinion of Thr Bachelor/ABC/Disney. End of story. Chris was sacrificed unmercifully to appease people who apparently aren’t going to watch anyway. In the meantime they have lost loyal viewers who kept the show up in the ratings. Jesse has done nothing wrong besides NOT being Chris Harrison. So now they will sacrifice Jesse? He should be appreciated for pulling this show out the mess it was in!!! The entire situation was completely avoidable. They panicked and here we are. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Zack is too young for fatherhood. Christina causing problems was a gift for Zack. He could send her packing with no repercussions. Well played, Zack.

It’s all about the clothing and scenery for me. Otherwise, blah.

Just as expected. I’m angry with myself for allowing this show to manipulate me to this extent. New awful host shoved down my throat. (Somewhere Tom is smirking.) New streaming on pay to view. Winner chosen before the game started. If Mark and Charli feel they lost their joy of dance, how do they think we feel? The “new and improved” DWTS sucked. How can one show make so many mistakes? Tyra’s last comment as she sent Charli off to get her (perfect) scores tells me TPTB a have been reading all the negative feedback on Charli’s ringer status. Tyra’s statement rubbed me the wrong way. It was an “in your face” moment and offensive to us viewers. And while I’m mad, just how BIG is Tyra??? Nothing like a dwarf co-host to emphasize her clunkiness.

I would love to know how this season on Disney+ has compared to ABC. I have a feeling not so great. Possibly even influencing Len to decide it’s not worth his effort? Tyra’s still awful and even Alphonso hasn’t been his usual professional self. There’s something OFF about this season aside from the blatant manipulation. The “stars” are the typical spectrum of talent and personality. The judges have their favorites as usual. But something is missing (besides good timing and cameramen). I can’t put my finger on it, but maybe some of you can. Thoughts???

Rachel who?

Gabby is a doll. Her humor is an acquired taste. She’s intelligent, compassionate, talented and really quite humble. She has a delightful self deprecating sense of humor. I’ve watched her and read a lot about her. A bimbo she is not.

I agree the marathon was predetermined. How can judges see all the couples, confer, rely to Alfonso and him announce so quickly? Impossible. We know how long winded and slow the judges can be. No way this was legit. And if WE see through this, once the dancers catch their breath, they can see through it as well. We all deserve better‼️

What’s wrong with Alfonso tonight? He’s not on his game. He’s reading questions with no expression.

Totally agree. I couldn’t figure out what’s different. I wondered if it was just that I’d never seen her mouth shut. She was always grinning, kissing or talking with that affected voice. The show is basically over so she’s dropped the silly voice and the “real Rachel” is a bitch.

I never thought I’d be on here defending anyone, but here I am. I’ve always believed Erich to be Gabby’s #1. I honestly think in the FS she told him she would not sleep with the others. Erich later put her on the spot publicly and they both know it’s against “the rules” to assure him of that on TV. That’s frustrating for Gabby and typical of an insecure man. I can’t imagine the immense pressure the lead is under. Lead men on. Make production happy. Provide drama. And be true to yourself and your #1. It’s an impossible task. I’d cry too! i have nothing to say about Rachel. Mama taught me if I couldn’t say something nice, don’t say anything.

After watching every show, my first impressions have been validated. Gabby is her authentic self, warts and all. Even her baby voice. Rachel is an actress, and a bad one at that. Rachel is totally aware of the cameras and saccharine sweet. She leaves a bitter aftertaste. My two shallow comments. Rachel can’t hold a candle to Gabby and needs a stylist STAT! She’s either gained weight or dresses like she has. Gabby has a killer body. If I had to compete with that, I’d overeat too. Secondly, the longer the season goes, the more Rachel tries to emulate Gabby’s voice. Now THAT is truly “nails on a chalkboard”!
