  1. I find Leslie extremely “teenaged” in her drama. No, I don’t want to watch her as Golden Bachelorette. People “our age” are too mature for her sh!t.
  2. I’m not too shocked over any of this “breaking news”. He’s too slick to have not been a player. He wanted his 15 minutes of fame and now that he’s tasted it, he’s wallowing in it. I’m 74. You wouldn’t find me anywhere near a man like this. I’m confident his daughters know him very well.
  3. Thank you all!!! I was ready to give up on this site that I’ve enjoyed for so long. Sharing frustrations and advice helped me realize I was not the only one, and the Adblock suggestion was a miracle for me!
  4. Joey is the only man who could carry being the bachelor. These others are low key, boring or fake (Sean). Charity won’t chose an interracial relationship again. My prediction is Joey. What does it say about this season that the most interesting element is who’s next bachelor?
  5. Joey is dreamy. His eye contact is amazing and he’s really smooth on camera.
  6. It absolutely saddens me that AI has deteriorated over the years. Just proves that all the flash doesn’t replace actual talent and real judges. It’s gotten so big it’s lost its soul. How about some constructive criticism and STOP telling me who should win!!! The voting is out of control. Each person should get one vote, but then they couldn’t brag about the millions of voters. How about using former contestants to judge? There’s got to be better than these three ass kissers.
  7. They should have crowned Iam at his audition and got it over with. What a letdown.
  8. Yeah. I’d still vote for Ruben or Clay over any of these 2023 jokers.
  9. I’m inclined to believe We’ is fake. She’s an outstanding singer but there’s something that is keeping her from greatness. It could be her perceived fake voice, as mentioned above, or her fake sweetness. Something is preventing her career from soaring. Something that is only discernible after a while. I know luck has a lot to do with success but appearing on The Voice and now American Idol is pretty much “luck”, yet her career stalls for a reason. Just my 2 cents worth.
  10. We’ is definitely a brilliant singer. She’s just didn’t belong on AI. Too much exposure and experience in my opinion.
  11. So true! These “judges” are just cheerleaders. They just want their 3 mugs on TV. Adam can sing circles around all 3 of them. The contestants are too wrapped up in their 15 minutes of fame to actually think Adam had some words of wisdom. Perceived stardom really makes idiots out of young people.
  12. When my panties get twisted I have to remind myself the “top whatever number” are just filling slots the producers want. It’s very much not a singing competition. I watch because I love music in spite of the personalities that stay over the more talented. The judges are just filling slots as well. And the reason outrageous Katy overshadows Lionel and Luke is because her salary validates she is the most important person on this show. 🤑 While I want to let this show go, it’s really the sentimental value that keeps me around. The judges have taken over. They’re too much. Most contestants have already been “discovered”…just not enough for their egos. And it’s confirmed the show scouts many of them. Much like my mother’s silver that tarnished through the years, this show lost its luster a long time ago. I wonder if contestants eventually look back and realize they were used? Used to fill the slot of the poor one, the drama queen, the white one, the black one, the unmarketable one, the heart throb, the underdog, the disabled, the sobiest of sob stories. But to those seeking fame I suppose any exposure is good exposure. Sorry for the rant. I need to go adjust my panties once again. 😜
  13. Yes! Wasn’t that the premise of the show that made it so successful? It was a singing competition. Now it’s muddied up by performances to the detriment of vocals. I’m old. I recall the years of Kelly, Kimberly Locke, Ruben, Clay and Carrie who could enunciate. I never needed closed captioning and now the enunciation is so bad, CC can’t figure it out! I also like narrowing contestant lanes to specific genres. Test their limits outside their box. I enjoyed the group numbers and duets. Seeing how contestants can share the spotlight. Now contestants are just ME, ME, ME! Look at ME! Humility is underrated. Unfortunately AI is just following the trash TV trend with some contestants, some mentors, and too often even a judge or two. They scout, recruit and encourage outrageousness. I know the bottom line is entertainment (and the almighty dollar), but I think they should count their blessings this train-wreck has lasted 20 years. Hold on Ryan Seacrest. Don’t go down the drain with them!
  14. I love music. For that reason and more, I’m finding this show difficult to enjoy. I think the only sane person left is Ryan Seacrest.
  15. I really wish we didn’t have cause to wonder. 🤔
  16. I’m not going to rewatch but I recall Nutsa appearing peeved that her duet partner was upset. I think Nutsa did her wrong, caused a ton of stress, and then acted innocent. I want her gone. She’s not all she thinks she is.
  17. Zack is so excited for Charity to be put through the wringer like he was. Some friend. 🙃
  18. And that’s what makes this show trash TV. 😂 People convince us (maybe just me) that they are classy, only to turn their basic instincts into low class entertainment.
  19. Nobody made Zach to go Gabi’s room the next morning and tell her he loves her. He left that out of his confession to Kaity.
  20. Yes! This has been driving me nuts. She “clomps” around like a horse. I knew the night in the museum something was off with the walk.
  21. This is just my opinion based on what I’ve seen of Christina on TV. She’s either star of the show or victim. Not much normalcy to her that I witnessed. That can be very exhausting for everyone. I’m glad Zack eliminated her early and thankful she wasn’t crowned ‘ette. There were better choices even though TPTB missed them. 🙄
  22. I’m terribly disappointed in the selection of Charity. I think early on TPTB made this diversity decision and were too rigid to course correct as Arial organically became the one to watch. Such a miss. 🙃
  23. I agree totally. Charity is beautiful, poised, has a good education and nice family but completely lacking spark/personality. Others had personality in spades. Actually more than we’ve seen in a long time. But diversity won out. That’s the one box that the more personable girls didn’t check and that’s what TPTB wanted. I long for the day when skin color doesn’t matter. No one chooses their color. Why do “we” think it should be a consideration for anything? Seems inconsequential to me. For Pete’s sake, just pick the most qualified person. (I’m not seeking to be on this show, so I’m not concerned about my social media. You can twist this simple post any way you want it.)
