  1. But she didn't say it approaches. She said it was closer. And $800 is a LOT closer than $300.
  2. That's average. There are some might expensive places that pull that average up.
  3. On Zillow I could find some 1 bed/1 bath places as low as $640 a month. In NYC that is, not Annapolis 🙂
  4. This was one of the worst Bull episodes yet. Bull and TAC were jerks. The Insurance Woman was completely right.
  5. Actually she said that one was too "close to NY rent", and it is. $800 a month is a lot closer to what you'd expect in a borough apartment than $300. Not all New Yorkers live in Manhattan or trendy neighborhoods.
  6. Putting out that sensitive info didn't ruin D's life in the Congressman's POV. Turning D into a burned asset who now owes the McCord's his and his sister's life is what ruined it. BTW, this is all according to the GOP POV.
  7. She didn't seem surprised or angry that he'd dated someone, just that he claimed (or in a non-denial denial sort of way) say that he was alone there making it seem like he'd met virtually nobody socially, let alone a women he had a romantic relationship with.
  8. It wouldn't help as there are too many people who believe as he does or acquiesce to them. It would end up hurting her in the end. They'd spin it.
  9. http://www.fljud13.org/JudicialDirectory/MargaretRTaylor/Profile.aspx I'd also judge her on not being able to correctly pronounce foyer.
  10. Thank you! I was shocked at how wowed he was by it.
  11. The Agency depends on lots of freelancers to do simple things like that. There's not a big enough budget to pay for full-timers.
  12. Torres is a huge jerk, why do the NCIS people put up with him? And wouldn't McGee know if he is on call or not when planning his alone time?
  13. Yet another episode where questions that should have been asked and investigated weren't until the dramatic storyline required it 🙄
  14. I was taught to speak the truth, even and especially when it's uncomfortable. I'd be quite dismayed to have paid taxes to train and employ someone (and possibly pay for their medical care) who can't even follow basic fire safety.
  15. The Chicago house was almost everything that's wrong with new builds. It lacked any kind of character or uniqueness. Ick. As for the door direction, you can ask that of any religion.
  16. Sigh, yet another white couple where the man is in charge of construction and the woman is the decorator. And they love open concept. It's like HGTV turns out clones.
  17. If AV didn't do open concept I'd like some of her designs more. But for all her boasting about how expensive everything is it comes off looking quite cheap and wannabe.
  18. I think his character comes off as incredibly realistic.
  19. It seemed like he was the one who was knocking her down. His money, saying that he wasn't listening to her etc.
  20. If they're Quiverfull too they're not more likable. They've just learned what to show the cameras and what not too. Abusive Cult. Period.
  21. Really? When I was looking for a house I looked at places that were furnished, either by the current owner or the agent.
