What's with this Word stuff?

Somebody thought they were being clever and edgy once by calling it a Christmas movie because no one else had ever thought of calling it that and bunch of people jumped on board so now every Christmas we have to hear all these people defending Die Hard as a Christmas movie.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I'm impossibly beautiful and my lighting is always impossibly gorgeous and I holiday in impossibly gorgeous settings. **only kidding...please don't hurt me**

I don't see how this show hasn't been sued by Seinfeld. They literally stole the name of this show from a Seinfeld episode.

It's not just Nick and Disney. It's all Hollywood. Cory Feldman the actor from the 80s has been saying it for a long time and people are now starting to listen instead of thinking he's crazy. The truth is starting to come out now. It started with the me too movement but I don't think it's gonna end there. People used to wonder why child actors were always so screwed up and thought it was because they had a hard time transitioning into adult roles etc. But it may be because of all the sexual abuse going on. Have any of you watched the Dave Chapelle special on netflix called The Bird Revelation. There's one part in there where he says something like What if the rapes aren't even the worst part. There's a reason he left and went to Africa. There seems to be some pretty dirty stuff going on in Hollywood and it's probably been going on for decades. In that special Dave makes a lot of veiled comments and speaks in metaphors parables. I guess he knows he can't really say what he knows so he tries to let us in on it the best way he knows how but also keeps himself from getting into trouble.

I loved when Mike said he wished Eve were there and right then the doorbell rang. And it was Chuck. Such a funny fakeout.

I get so tired of these tropes where one girl has to so vapid or into status etc. or they have to have a dumb character or a young child who knows more than everyone else etc.

I wish Kelsey Grammer was still the voice for the Geico gecko. His voice is so soothing. I hate the cockney english accent he's got now.

I don't own a roomba but I can't see that they would be able to pick up or hold very much since they are so small.

I love your name. There's a channel that I watch on YouTube sometimes and they have a daughter named Everleigh and spell it the same way. Also, people keep mentioning a setup for a Haley and Dylan spinoff. I don't want that to happen for several reasons but one of the main reasons is I worry about Sarah. Pictures I've seen of her lately, she doesn't look real healthy.

I know this is about TV commercials and I'm broadening the topic a little with this post so I don't know if it fits here or it should have its own thread. I know YouTube is free because of the ads but when the ad is longer than the video you're trying to watch, that's just excessive and annoying. And I hate when I go to imdb and an ad expands to take up anywhere from a quarter to half the screen. And every time I go to a new page on there it does it again. Having to click out of your ad a thousand times doesn't make me want to see your movie or watch your show. It makes me want to avoid it at all costs.

Yeah, that kinda went nowhere. I thought they were setting it up for some kind of humorous payoff. Guess not.

Joey's feelings for Dawson had moved from friendship to romantic. Dawson was oblivious until the end of season 1. They got together (too soon in my opinion). No sooner had they gotten together than the writers were pulling them apart. You're right, we never got to see Dawson and Joey's good times. And we kept hearing about this awesome friendship they've had since forever but we never really see any of that. Their relationship was made to be about romance from season 1. I don't know that I every really believed that these two had been friends since they could walk and had this deep understanding of each other.

I'm thinking Cam's nephew may be older than Lilly by the end of the season. Is the actress that plays Lilly really good at deadpan or really bad at acting?

I think it's saying Dong. Which is a little phallic.

I get a little tired of that message too. They make it as if there's something wrong with being a girly girl and being into pretty things and wearing skirts etc.

It was fun to see Patrick Duffy. Haven't seen him since Step By Step. And I'm glad he's taking Wendy Malick's character with him. She's only okay in small doses. Anna-Kat should just tell her sister. She could do it and Taylor would believe her as opposed to Trip because she just thinks Trip is jealous. It's gonna be a long layoff for American Housewife. It won't be back on until February. I may have withdrawals. I guess it's moving to Tuesday to make room for Schooled? Wednesday is my big TV night. I start off with The Goldbergs then American Housewife followed by Modern Family and wrap it up with Single Parents. I'm gonna miss this show being on Wednesday.

I hate hate hate vocal fry. And it seems to be everywhere. I was listening to someone do powerpoint presentation a few weeks back and she would start each sentence normally but by the end of the sentence she was in serious vocal fry. Every sentence.

I love how into Real Horsewives Trip is.

I agree a hunnert percent. I've said it before, I've never cared for the character of Dylan. I don't know if it's just that he's a bad character or it's the actor or a combination of both. But yeah, I doubt Phil was ever that brain dead. I'd say Dylan getting into nursing school and becoming a nurse is pure fiction but after listening to the podcast Dr. Death, I'm not as confident in the healthcare system.

Cameron is also a surname.

I don't know, I thought a lot of the things Pacey did in season 3 to try to win Joey's heart were sweet. I'm sure if I thought about it I could think of some cringe inducing or eye rolling things he said or did. My problem starts in the second half of season 4 when he's pushing her away because he doesn't feel like he's good enough for her and he knows she's going away to college and he's afraid he'll be stuck there in Capeside etc. But I still feel that season 4 was the last good season.
