I hear you, FA. For the first time in I don't know when, if ever, Matthew made public an actual hope for Reid. I don't know if that will be noticed or taken into consideration by the writers, but by all accounts, everyone on staff (especially the writers) likes and cares for Matt... so maybe he'll get some semblance of his wish. Especially if this is his last season, I'd like to think they'd listen to him. Spencer deserves some happy, we've been saying it for years, and now his portrayer is asking too. I think, I hope, odds are good that will happen. Regarding Morgan and Garcie... well, they are who they are. They've been besties forever and some think much more. I don't know why Morgan helping her through a rough patch should be surprising or 'news' to anyone who's followed the show for any length of time. I would like to see more Reid/Morgan bro stuff. I've always loved that and they even addressed the lack of it in 8... but other relationships don't preclude that or cancel it out. True, there might not be room or time for all and every, but I'm looking forward to it all.

Yeah, and Savannah and Reid and JJ and Kate... everyone is getting time, guys. And we're going to be getting them all year, that's the show. As much as I wish it were ALL REID ALL THE TIME, I know it won't be, and the show wouldn't work if it was. SO not grokking the begrudging of other team member's screen time.

Well, since he y'know, wrote it... I tend to go with his version. It would be interesting to see you, CoStar, on a panel with Joss. I'd like to see you posit your views, and be witness to his responses. And your responses to his responses. :)

I liked their stuff, too. Not because I think they were predestined or anything, but it was just... hot. I loved their hate!sex, and how mean she was to him, I loved their occasional jokes to one another after the fact, and I do think that Spike was crazy about her, no matter what. You don't have to be *perfectly healthy* to have serial sex with somebody, most people aren't - so why would Buffy have to be? She lived, ran, worked, and socialized in the darkest of worlds, why wouldn't she have a few unconventional sexual relationships? Maybe even simultaneously? I don't see how holding a superhero who works with and kills the undead every day, to our standards of normal, healthy relationships works at all, CoStar. I say let the gal have her masochistic fun! :D

Agreed kitlee625. And I have never seen what the big deal is about Dalton, anyway. He's a mediocre actor at best, and he has nice dimples but nothing else that great as far as physicality goes. I couldn't care less about him OR Skye. I'd like to see both of them Fridged.

Yes, sorry if I was unclear. I knew about JJ's PTSD as my statement above says "with all the press about Garcia's and JJ's PTSD..." Meaning he probably wouldn't want to mention if Reid is feeling that or not.

None of the other shows I've ever been a fan of do this. They expect you to keep up. Bleah.

I don't think that's necessarily nutso. If he knows that she's gone, and he's struggling, I think it would be very normal and comforting for him to imagine the WWSD scenarios. Maybe imagining her filling in the blanks for him is actually his own neural pathways healing themselves. It's a stretch, but hey... Marvel!

Another thing that would be dramatically awesome and I've been thinking about is what if Reid... lost his Reidness. Not permanently mind you, but in a way that changed what informed his character and how he related to his team. Something minor, like he bumps his head in a car accident chasing an UnSub, and he gets checked out and everyone thinks it's fine but... soon he starts forgetting words, names, losing trains of thought, maps start to confuse him... and maybe he sees it happening and tries to hide it from the team, thinking it's an onset of schizophrenia or something... It would give Reid a LOT more screen time, and give Matthew a challenge to play Spencer using a different set of tools. He of course would recover, his neural pathways would heal and we'd have our boy back. But it would be a helluva arc.

So gratified to see all the Fitz love, and I do hope Simmons is working on something to help him - an implant of some kind, or some kind of trigger that would jump-start his synapses into healing mode... something? *sob* #ILOVEYOUFITZ At the very least, they should get him his helper monkey now. /ducks

Yeah, it's all about incest, that one. *squick* I love Matthew's imagery but the story, written by SLW (who has really shown improvement since then, to be fair), is flat-out gross. *snerk* to CoStar's "Dru Finally Goes to the Looney Bin". heh heh

If that's the case, it might be good. If she's crafty and kind of teasing with them a little, like Catwoman does in the DC world. I could get behind a female UnSub that I actually like, who's really skilled and gifted in some way. Her motivation would have to be pure though, even though her actions were not. Something like SHE was beaten as a child, so she's killing heinously abusive parents... or something. Or they could catch her early, and she'd be in prison but maybe helping the BAU still (contacts, cronies, etc...)... I've always wanted to see an UnSub redemptive arc.

I thought FitzSimmons in the ocean was brilliant. It had me bawling, more when they figured out what to do than the heartfelt disclosure itself. Their brief joy in figuring out how to escape was a wrenching moment for me, them doing what they do best. AUGH! I do need them together. I hope that's endgame.
