8.611 steps yesterday. I got stuck in the snow twice getting out yesterday for cat food. Then when I got back got stuck so badly I had to shovel a whole path and make a turnaround so I could back in to my space. Facing out is the only way I'd be able to get out the next trip. So two hours of shoveling snow. Thanks to the new shovel I bought on the way home it was easier than with the old aluminum bent up one I had! Only sore area as a result is my right thumb feels sore and stiff. Back seems OK though. Only chore today is taking the garbage up to the road. At least it will flatten down my way out some more! I sure will be glad to have 4WD again after tomorrow! The shoveling was mare actual steps than I though I guess. I sure got my exercise for the day yesterday. But I don't have another day like that in me for a while!

OMG!! I don't think I will make it through the first 30 min!! Way too crazy, over the top, almost cartoonish. This isn't the Worst Cooks of the beginning years when people were really there to learn. I just can't with this bunch!!!

🤷‍♀️ Who knows with those two.... The only thing for sure is they have some plan to get all the $$ if they can. I feel sorry for those kids it feels like they are being held "captive". I can' believe at least the adult ones are aware of a world outside of the Kody Kingdom, with so much to offer. Mansion living or not, it would feel like a prison to me at their ages.

8,655 steps yesterday. Between shoveling snow and doing laundry, yesterday was a very heavy duty day!! Didn't feel like I got the chance to sit at all. It lightly snowed all day and I was constantly trying to keep the paths I had made cleared so I didn't have a huge job at the end of the day. Today I am enjoying all that work as the paths are still usable with no work required. I do need to uncover my car and make a small path for the tires to get it going if I need to get out. I'm going to try to take it a bit easy today even though my leg is doing fine. I need to watch out for overworking my back with the shoveling. The steps will be whatever they end up being, and whatever that is, is fine!

Watching a rerun as background noise. Wow! Just noticed Aurora when crying on the porch, has Robyns exact crying routine down pat. Squeeze out a tear, look upwards head back as wipe at eye, then look at finger as she looks back down. I still wonder what they are looking for on their fingers !

8,958 steps yesterday. Even with all the wait time at my stops yesterday, I managed to get back in the groove. It feels good and my leg feels pretty good too! Not going to push at all but just do what I can today. Today looks like laundry day and shoveling snow day. And sorting last years bills and organizing papers.... Woke to 2" new snow, temp 30°. More snow through Monday is what they say right now. Postponed today's trip to have 4WD fixed, too much snow around to drive there w/out 4WD!!!

Got the stitches out this morning. One was hard to remove so I have a tiny bit of a sore spot but otherwise it feels great!! Went to get my tires rotated as it was also right across the street from Urgent Care, so sat there a while too. They couldn't fix my 4WD dial so have to go in tomorrow to alignment to have it repacked(?) car is 28 yrs old so guess it is time. Then to grocery store and scored the bao buns I had been hoping for! So a good day! Steps will be marginal today due to hours sitting at both Urgent Care and the Les Schwab, but tomorrow should be much better.

8,121 steps yesterday. Feeling so much better! I think yesterday was the last day of consciously taking it easy. Today I am going to just try to get back into my normal groove and see how that goes. Today there will be snow shoveling involved and a trip out to Urgent Care to get my stitches out. Since the big grocery store is across the street, I will make a quick stop there, and then home to stay. The weather forecast is for snow through the weekend and I don't want to be driving in it if I can help it!!

Yeah, I think there is still an ever so small lingering "love/longing for times past" in Meri, but I think she does deep down know it is done/dead/finished forever. Kody is so happy Meri is gone. But I think he thinks the show of tears and hugging are his one chance to hurt her. A stab into her heart for that one final opportunity to have power over her.

6,460 steps yesterday. Got most of my projects done yesterday except emptying the Paid Bills box of 2014 bills and filing the new 2025 ones already in. Next is getting tax stuff organized. This year I'm getting it done early...yeah right.... sigh. The New Year's Eve firework's around here were pretty tame last night. Maybe the cold kept people in? They were done just a bit after 12 and that was the only time there were the big boom ones. That was just fine with me!! I think I am going to go get my stitches out today. I was going to show up right at 9AM when they open but it is too icy outside for me to want to drive even the 10 or so miles there. It's still just 20°F outside (9:10am) so I'll wait a bit and see if the road looks better. Wound is finally feeling pretty good, I'd like to get the stitches out! ETA: After calling Urgent Care to verify they were open, all I got was messages to call 911, etc. So I guess no stitches out today. :(

6,715 steps yesterday. Feeling better, I think the antibiotics were dragging me down. Finished both yesterday morning. Only a pin point of blood on the bandage when I changed yesterday and today also, it's probably from a stitch hole. Tomorrow is the day for them to come out. Then I'll know for sure how it is healing w/out intervention of stitches. Still on take it easy plan for now. Sitting projects mostly for today. Filing away 2024 bills/receipts, pulling any tax related. Setting up 2025 bill folders and marking important dates/birthdays on 2025 wall calendar. Not looking forward to the fireworks tonight. People go crazy around here and I worry about all the animals, not just my cats. There is a city ordinance about shooting them off in neighborhoods but it is pretty much ignored. Every year in Nextdoor app there will be reports of goats, chickens, and larger animals dying trying to escape the perceived danger from the booms. It is sad...

Oh I expect her daughter's weddings will be nothing short of the scale of Princess Diana's wedding to now King Charles! They are indeed the "princesses" of the Royal Brown famliy. And all progeny of course will be under the direct tutelage of Queen Robyn. Poor babies.....

5,438 steps yesterday. After some snow shoveling in the morning I had to back off a lot as my leg was aching more than normal. It is feeling much better this morning. I've finished all the antibiotics she gave me, stitches out the 1st. They don't say anything about being closed holidays. I'm going in early maybe to avoid the long (4hr) wait we had the first time. So, for the next few days I'm going to be taking it easy until dr says it is healing well and no restrictions...

Boy I totally misunderstood that comment. Trying to type and listen at the same time I thought they were talking about the drive when they were going away. Yep, Kody is a selfish and inconsiderate pig!

For once Kody was right, that was such a petty thing to bring up. So your luggage was on the floor of the car, at least he didn't just drag it behind the car......
