  1. That was the bestest juxtaposition ever and a pretty good interview overall. But except for her smiling at the beginning of the interview because of the craziness that another indictment of Trump was about to go down, she indicated she wasn't gloating about it, that it was a sad day for the country
  2. I initially thought the disability equipment modifications for the house that Portia was looking at had a cost in the millions and was like “that’s very expensive!”. I looked at the screen again and realized it was in the thousands, which was certainly better though still expensive for most folks. Portia being a doctor should be able to handle it plus hopefully insurance should help and maybe Sonny can help as well
  3. The 3rd surrogate was very off-putting with both her personality and her life. She seemed very lax about her life and potential surrogacy and with her severe lack of money she gave off a vibe that she would suck as money as she could out of Molly and TJ. The first 2 ladies had better personalities
  4. I just wanted to give people time to watch the show without being spoiled right away Another interview https://www.givememyremote.com/remote/2023/08/14/crime-scene-kitchen-season-2-winners-amber-croom-yassmeen-haskins-interview/

  8. Figured it was the boyfriend halfway through
  9. Producer Frank Valenti tweeted that the studio roof was used in some scenes, probably Liz and Finn on the hospital roof

  18. Walt Willey to return as Jackson Montgomery for several episodes this month https://tvline.com/news/general-hospital-walt-willey-returning-jackson-august-episodes-1235024646/
  19. The first half with Joel choosing the dessert was so much fun and about as chaotic as you would expect with Joel involved. Kudos to roping the judges into trying to figure out the dessert from the clues in the kitchen; perhaps they should have also baked the dessert for show. Was this time the judges were involved in trying to figure out the dessert?
  20. If Corday was as checked out as some of the stories implied, then I can see this going on for a long time with him ignoring festering problems and especially if Alarr was in charge of the day to day stuff and ignoring issues since he was the problem. Plus, many companies have been slow to react to changing times and the MeToo movement until the media publicizes the problems. So yeah, I think Corday is likely complicit in at least ignoring things and letting them fester, if not worse than that
  21. Surprising that he blames only 2 individuals (I wonder if one of them is Lisa Renna given she's a prominent name and spoke out? Or maybe they are producers who wanted promotions) when it appears many of the cast wanted him out. He says the studios caved to pressure to fire him but he doesn't explain why he was told to take some training. I'll agree the studios caved to outside pressure. It seems to me the studios thought they could get away with an egregious long-standing HR issue with a little retraining but the public outcry (and maybe pressure from SAG per some gossip) forced them to change course and in this case, that was probably the best decision. If this guy has been doing this for many years, it's terrible the cast had to endure it for so long; it's even worse that Corday seemed checked out and let it happen
  22. I have a feeling the cast going public was a bigger factor
  23. Alarr out https://deadline.com/2023/08/days-of-our-lives-co-executive-producer-albert-alarr-fired-out-misconduct-investigation-cast-petition-janet-drucker-1235453139/
