  1. Something I just thought about, has Peter been convicted already of any crimes or has he only been charged with lots of stuff? I’m not surprised the show didn’t have the Peter/Maxie stuff on Friday’s episode. This past week has been intense with one of their big stories ending and it was time for a break, which seems to be a regular thing after a big story ends (or at least after a major chapter), plus I’m sure they were giving the actors a break
  2. Really great show today and it’s been really good all weeks How did Spinelli get Maxie’s location via her phone if she didn’t have it with her?
  3. Season 4 (I think) is set to premiere this Fall on IFC and AMC+ with 6 episodes http://thefutoncritic.com/news/2022/02/10/ifcs-emmy-nominated-documentary-now-returns-in-2022-622114/20220210amc03/
  4. It looks like Season 3 of Secrets of the Zoo: Tampa is premiering on Sunday, February 20 at 9pm
  5. Perhaps he didn't figure that Peter would think to kidnap her. Peter only did it to have leverage with Victor; otherwise, why would he?
  6. Debuts Sunday March 6 at 9pm http://thefutoncritic.com/news/2022/02/09/hbo-original-drama-series-winning-time-the-rise-of-the-lakers-dynasty-debuts-march-6-424311/20220209hbo02/
  7. I side with Olivia taking Junior’s feelings into consideration about going to grad school at Yale given they are living together
  8. Charlotte told Kevin she texted her dad that she was there so maybe since Victor has him, he saw it on his phone
  9. Jodie Whittaker is pregnant with her second child. She announced it on the red carpet at the Brit Awards and showed off her baby bump https://www.ok.co.uk/celebrity-news/breaking-jodie-whittaker-pregnant-brits-26175016 https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/breaking-doctor-who-star-jodie-26176141
  10. Good soapy stuff today with Sonny/Nina/Carly and the Louise reveal and Peter taking her
  11. From the TV Critics gathering for Nat Geo today
  12. Peter definitely needs to be dealt with after taking Bailey. But no, all these people are complete klutzes when dealing with Peter
  13. Due to Covid protocols, the season will now premiere on June 2 http://thefutoncritic.com/video/2022/02/04/video-hulu-original-the-orville-new-horizons-shares-sneak-peek-and-new-premiere-date-528214/20220204hulu02/
  14. Tom was just so over the top happy that Marina wasn't pregnant that it was pretty funny. Sarah of course couldn't help being a kill joy at an expensive restaurant
  15. The show will premiere on AMC April 10, with the first 2 episodes streaming on AMC+ and ALLBLK. It looks like Tosin Cole is not the star like I initially thought, Courtney Vance is (which makes sense given how prominently he was featured in the trailer). Poor Tosin looks to be relegated to supporting player based on the press release http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news/2022/02/02/amc-networks-unveils-premiere-date-for-thrilling-new-drama-61st-street-starring-emmy-winner-courtney-b-vance-ahead-of-series-world-premiere-at-sxsw-556413/20220202amc02/
  16. Don't know but some posters have speculated that Stella and Phyllis were related (I don't recall why), so maybe the scene will lead to that
  17. I just watched this and I’m not sure I understood the sequence of events. Was Janelle’s character actually dreaming the slavery events and then she was kidnapped? Or was it a premonition? Or did she get kidnapped and then the opening scenes were her dreaming of what happened to her? It was pretty confusing. I think the themes about Black women were well presented, but I think the plot didn’t quite follow through well. It went from micro aggressions to outright mustache twirling villainy
  18. Transplant Season 2 premieres on NBC in the US on March 6 http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news/2022/01/31/weakest-link-transplant-to-begin-second-seasons-sunday-march-6-on-nbc-575113/20220131nbc01/
  19. 28-day ratings: 4.754605 million viewers (ETA: 22nd for the week)
  20. What drives me nuts about shows like this is how often they make it look like someone is messing up and headed towards disaster and then the person ends up making a terrific dish. They do that often here
