  1. That looks really interesting! I just added it to my queue. Thanks!
  2. Acknowledged. I'm just really wondering how far they can go with that. If Josh knows he has a July court date, and retains council that isn't available until February, that's acceptable? Could he have found an attorney that's unavailable even further out, for example? What's the limit? *I'm not expecting a definitive answer, I'm just trying to understand this part of the process. Thanks in advance for any light shed.
  3. Are they in a suite? These 2 crazy kids are doing something right!!! LOL So far, nothing is too good for them. Only the best of the best!
  4. At what point, if any, does the judge/system decide that a defendant needs to find another legal team if the current team is unavailable for the foreseeable future?
  5. You guys, that reveal was so lame. I'm almost embarrassed for Nurthan. Jill is trying to keep up with the Fundie Jonses with some of her shenanigans like this, I guess? But it's clear they don't have the knowledge, taste level, or money to run in the same league as....well, anyone. They are many leagues behind the Bates Clan, and even the Duggar Clan for that matter. Jill is so tacky and unaware. Wow. I wonder if they're still friends with the Dingi? I haven't seen any posts with them recently. Don't they attend the same church? Maybe they finally took too much advantage of them.
  6. Jill has an Amish fetish. It's weird. If she loves and admires them so much, why doesn't she join them? I wonder if she's ever tried converting any Amish? Or even interacted with them at all? Or is the love from afar and (most certainly) unrequited?
  7. @scarlett45, wow! I had to go back to re-read what you did to mess your back up and wow, is this a fluke injury or do you have a history of back trouble? It doesn't seem like you did anything too extreme. It kind of reminds me of a friend who threw her back out with 1 sneeze. She has a history of back trauma, though.

Yeah, I'm more of a Roger fan. I just posed the question of Rafa vs. Novak a few days ago because the vitriol seems very personal with Novak. I don't really have a strong opinion. Oddly enough I have stronger opinions of the ladies. Thanks to everyone on your insights about these guys.
  9. I was just thinking, "wow, we have a lot of milky drama going on right now." Hee.
  10. Even "men's church's softball team" is a mess, implying that the men have their own church. It should be church's men's softball team.

That match was amazing. I didn't see Rafa as not being at his best. I saw Novak not letting Rafa be at his best. I know this has been hashed and rehashed, but I'd like to hear from my Primetimer friends: why do you hate Novak so much, and why do you love Rafa so much? Granted, Novak can be annoying, but I don't hate him. And I admire Rafa's success, but I don't love him above all others. I don't really have a favorite active male player, but if I had to choose I'd say Roger comes closest for his smooth style of play. **edited to add: I know Novak has made some stupid decisions during the pandemic, but the hate pre-dates COVID. I'll be rooting for Stefanos tomorrow mainly just to see a new grand slam winner (I'm tired of the Big 3), but it's a pro-new winner vote, not an anti-Novak vote, at least for me. *I will admit to having an irrational dislike of both the Tsitsipas and Zverev camps. Their dads bug me.

Yesssss!!! I was wondering if Sakkari is too muscled for her body and can't close her legs or put her arms down all the way. LOL
  13. I think we can take the "Amish" out of the equation and agree that it's rude to post of pictures of others without their permission, though. There was a big to-do on Reddit recently about someone posting a picture of a fundie couple in the wild without their knowledge (boarding a plane) and the consensus was that it was inappropriate. I agree.
  14. The fact that Tyler was included in the all-brothers photo at one of the recent weddings (Justin's?) indicates to me that he is their brother now, not just Michelle and Boob's "ward" or whatever. How long has Tyler been with the Duggars? I'm guessing he's lived with them longer than he lived with his birth mom. I wonder if he and birth mom have a relationship.
  15. Wow! The last 7 year have been hard ones on Janelle, apparently! She looks really good in the picture (I know Savannah is blocking her belly, but still.). It's a nice family photo. And is Kody holding Janelle's purse?? That's so funny (and cute) to me.
  16. That would explain it! I think you are on to something.
  17. All the more reason why Amy's apparent "friendship" with this woman is so ill-advised and gross.
  18. Once again, as with all-things Jeremy it seems, that library (??) seems to be all about the trappings and dรฉcor. It really looks rather decadent and excessively appointed.
  19. A bit off-topic, but there's apparently a raging controversy going on over a pro-gun control tweet by Country Music Television. God, when people latch onto a buzz word/phrase they run it into the ground. Currently: cancel culture. Ugh. https://news.yahoo.com/cmt-music-awards-civil-war-212058224.html
  20. Sounds like I need to give Sturgill Simpson a listen! I'm going to bring him up on Spotify right now.
  21. I saw a random diaper on the floor next to the toilet. That gave me flashbacks to Jessa's diaper mountain.
  22. Ok. I rarely watch the show but keep up with the family by coming here to read your sharp/funny/snarky comments. Thank you for keeping me updated! ๐Ÿ™‚ I've also never watched an Amy cooking video, but always assumed some of you were being extremely critical of Amy's videos because of the overall Amy-ness of them. And then I watched the twice-baked potato video and oh my! What prompted me to post is when she went back for more salt with her potato-covered fingers. Ugh!!! So that means now potatoes are in the salt. That's so gross!!! There are many things wrong with the video, but you all have said it all! The salt/potato contamination incident just skeeved me out so I thought I'd make sure everybody saw that particular move. Ugh.
  23. I like the show, too. Some episodes were better than others, but they all kept me amused. My favorite was Chad at the ex-boyfriend's house. The friends' reactions to Chad were hilarious. One guy put his phone number in Chad's cell, and even he didn't understand why he did it! LOL The only parts that bothered me were when the kids were put in adult situations, like the 12-year-olds drinking, or Chad going on a booty call (that didn't happen). I don't find scenes like that enjoyable.
  24. I did like the bunk beds for the baby dolls. But then I thought: oh, no! More beds in that room!!! ๐Ÿ˜†
  25. Ben actually mentioned that it was very hard. It probably had freezer burn, if that's possible for ice cream! ๐Ÿ˜„ For real, though, that was a lame celebration for a 2-year-old's birthday. Jessa, Ben and Spurgeon all seem low-energy and depressed. I'm still baffled by Spurgeon playing with the ant, even if he was "training" it as someone upthread suggested. If that's the level of that kid's stimulation and activity, I'm sad for him. Contrast that birthday video with some of Jill's recent activities with her kids (including their Fenna fun) and it's clear, at least to me, whose kid I'd want to be! I know Jessa is very pregnant, but I don't think the lethargic household is a recent development.
