I think production was fine with Garcelle's absence at that point. If Kyle had been hospitalized, they would have delayed shooting.

I believe Sutton was ill. I am curious about why production allowed Garcelle to accompany her and miss the rest of the Reunion.

I believe Sutton became suddenly ill, but I also suspect Andy made the most of the drama by letting Garcelle and Sutton leave while he continued with the filming. They are popular women. Andy will want them back for their nice factors. But the remainder of Part 3 wasn't for the nice. Andy got more drama from the minutes with the Richards' drama and the Doritt and Erika facial responses (kind of out of a silent movie).

I wondered that too. I live only 30 miles from Lafayette so I intend to learn more about the Manns. I'm curious because I'm completely sympathetic with Natalia Grace. She was just a little damaged girl when she went to them at first.
