  1. And what they can't twist, they'll make up.
  2. They are as dumb as she is, if not dumber, and she is their hero. See how far dumb can get you in this world? (Besides Congress, I mean.)
  3. Oh, please -- it wasn't "anti-man"; it was about the inefficiency of a court system that took a little girl from the loving family who raised her and gave her to the convicted criminal sperm donor who calls himself her "father." That SOB doesn't deserve her. The judge did not follow the law and neither the sperm donor nor his attorney accepted the View's invitation to present their side of the story. The "person" who won in court is a convicted CROOK and presented no evidence that he will be a better parent than the couple who raised and love her. That poor child . . .
  4. if Sherri takes the little one, she's still bound to the lunkhead because he's the biological father. I think Lamar Jr. will be better off with a family who loves and wants him for himself. Poor little guy -- not yet born and he already has a job.
  5. Sherri has often spoken of the niece she has raised. I always thought the girl lived with her and is helping care for Jeffrey.
  6. Because Rosie caught the shark (if indeed she did, and didn't just pose with it) years ago, before the hammerhead was declared endangered. I. too, live in FL, and the sport fishing industry here is huge. This picture is old; her kids are much, much bigger now. I don't hunt or fish and don't support those who do, but neither do I think Rosie deserves to be vilified for something that happened a long time ago. Hunting moose from a helicopter is just despicable and cowardly.
  7. Ooh, I have an idea: let's not give Hasselbitch any more publicity or attention unless she does something else to deserve it. This story is over.
  8. I'm presuming the "big announcement" will be what Jenny's doing next.
  9. Jenny McCarthy playing Brian's (Bry-bry) girlfriend -- beautiful but too close too soon.
  10. You're very kind, springtime. I know it's bad form to criticize a woman's body shape, but that's the strangest shape I've ever seen. She's thin as thin below the waist, but up top, she's massive. Her boobs, her face, her arms are huge. She has lost weight and worked on her lower half, but breasts are fatty tissue and when most of us lose weight, that's where it comes from first. They get smaller, flatter and droopier. Her weight loss hasn't affected her boobs at all. How does that happen?? Her arms don't sag either. She's not a young woman any more; the skin is elastic and doesn't respond to exercise all that much when you age. Her weight loss (and it was substantial) should be showing in her arms, her face and her chest, but it's all still there.
  11. Helen's wedding to Antonio, wearing his mother's wedding dress that was many sizes too big and kept falling off her shoulders, with her hiking boots.
  12. Yeah, Donald, you're the first one they'll think of. Right. Man is his own two-bit press agent.
  13. Will someone please post a picture of Whoopi's pantaloons?
  14. I don't even know what the phrase "support the troops" means. Waving the flag and cheering when they come home and ride in parades? Standing ovations when they appear on TV shows? Or not cutting veterans' benefits and seeing that they get the support and healthcare they need when they return? That last part kinda lets her friends in Washington out.
  15. Bits is tons more fun to snark at than Sherri. Who will be the target when Sherri leaves?
  16. I doubt there will be sparks between them. A split-screen was a Geddie trick; it won't work again, especially in a non-issue situation.
  17. C'mon, Roger, get real. The clothing lines are all owned by QVC -- period. EH 's input was limited to her designs and her name -- period. Research electronic shopping a bit and QVC in particular. I bought from them for years, until they contracted all their lines to Chinese businesses. I've done my homework and know what I'm talking about. My statement was based on what I know to be fact, not on what I "think" might be true. Bits drew pretty pictures of dresses, etc., signed her name and showed up in PA to shill the finished products. What happened in between was not her problem.
  18. She did nothing of the sort. I hate ridiculous misstatements as much as I hate Bitsy herself or the deliberate misspelling of Whoopi's name. EH had NOTHING to do with where her line of clothing was manufactured. She had no say whatsoever in the matter. QVC owned the line, and pretty much all of QVC's products are made in China. QC no longer sells Bitsy's "designs." They also no longer sell Whoopi's high-end linens collection, which was also manufactured in China. Sherri's wigs are listed as being "imported."
  19. Thank you, Tunia, that's what I was trying to say. The View's average viewer is not part of the desirable demographic. Even though we have more money to spend, our brand loyalties are well-established.
  20. Sal's ex-girlfriend (the one who was a bridesmaid at their wedding) lives in CA. Her daughter is Sal's beloved "goddaughter"; he has tweeted how much he enjoys spending time with the little girl. Just my two-cent speculation: maybe that little girl is really Sal's daughter. and for personal reasons, they present her as his goddaughter. Maybe the CA incident was an all-out fight between the three of them over Sal's close friendship with this woman and her child. (Just my imagination, runnin' away with me.)
  21. The 60-yr-old average viewer isn't important, and where do you get your facts about who their "average viewer" is? What's important to the advertisers (and they are the only ones who matter) is the audience they want to reach, and it's not 60-yr-olds.
