  1. I'm guess the sellers are pulling up a corner of the rug to show there are hardwoods under the nasty carpet. On the first one I had to laugh when the wife walked into the enclosed porch with a huge laundry sink, and said she would put the washer/dryer out there. So they bought the third one at $610,000. And asbestos, not a surprise to anyone, and framing issues is very predictable for a house that old. And spend 65k on renovations? 675k before anything starts, I'm sure the budget will have surprise extras. I hate how they always spend extra on something like the big marble bath tile, when there are ceramic and porcelain that would never stain, and look just as good, and be a lot cheaper. The gray/brown accent wall in the dining area was ugly. I find it hard to believe they only went $10k over budget. I was so sick of hearing about his spice area, and had to laugh at the pull out spice cabinet that kitchen cabinet companies have sold for years. That is such a tiny house for close to $700k. I'm sure they're not staying too long, just until they make a big profit on it, and move to something bigger.
  2. I can't wait either. I love how the judges have those fantastic costumes, especially Carla's.
  3. Didn't Jeanetta, aka That Slut, have some kind of medical background too? I think something was said about that, and that's why she told the 911 operator the cut wasn't life threatening. I just hope the neighbor was OK after her attempt. I think PB also tried to get the officer to change his report later too. And she brought her young granddaughter to court, and Byrd took her outside.
  4. I loved the interior of the first house, especially the kitchen and master bath. The tiki bar was nice, and the pool was great too. I'm glad they could get the extra land across the street. I loved how the couple, and their daughter looked so happy. The second house without the pool wasn't my favorite. Landscaping that yard, even if just around the house, and building a pool, and outdoor kitchen, and tiki bar would have cost a fortune. I didn't like the house either. I loved the pool on the third house, but I do understand not wanting to maintain five acres of horse property, and barns.
  5. I usually tape this when it's a new episode, so I skipped this week. I just looked and it's supposed to be a new episode tonight.
  6. Maybe Jinelle was part of the nutritionist situation, because my understanding is that HIPAA (spelling?) only applies when it's the patient, and no outsider present, so Jinelle wouldn't be a confidentiality issue.
  7. My understanding is that anyone living in the apartment over 18 must sign the lease, because they are legal tenants. Minors aren't financially responsible, since they can't sign a legal contract. There are exceptions I've been told about, like student loans contracts are enforceable, and signed by a minor are still enforceable. In Alabama I found out that you have to be 19 to be on a mortgage, and I found that out with the buyers for my last house, a big dust up occurred.
  8. I almost forgot about that sad case too. It was obvious that the ex cared more about his death, than his mother did. With some people it's all about the money.
  9. Brandy Sears was also interviewed with the Governor again after the house rebuild. Any publicity that might lead to more volunteers, and help for these poor people is good, and it's a great human interest story too.
  10. I remember not too long after Patricia Bean went ballistic BSC someone posted that she died, and they weren't showing the episode. However, it was another Patricia Bean, in the same state, and not BSC PB. They don't do weekend showings here, just the regular Monday through Friday hour, and I wish they would show some of the classics. Or they could do a third DVD with PB, the VFW ladies and the slut shaming, and some other goodies. If anyone stumbles across the old DVDs they issues a long time ago, one of them has the sad case with the woman suing the mother of the girl that died in an accident, for the loss of her car, and JJ reamed her out. That is a case to skip, and the follow up of what the son of Greaseball Mommy from Hell is doing now is not for the faint of heart.
  11. I really enjoyed the new episode. The couple that won the $5 million were so cute, and such hard workers, it was nice to see them get their dream home, and the pool, and still have a lot of money left over. I liked the house they bought, with the extra land, and loved the master suite and pool, but I really liked the third house with the horse barn, and pastures already established. I loved the third house pool. I would have liked the bigger, attached land for horse that the third house had.
  12. I bet the motor bike thief has a house full of stolen items, and the reason he got fired was because the plaintiff called his boss, told him about the theft of the motor bike, and the boss put two and two together with missing items.
  13. My thinking was that unless she's self supporting, and since he's her sponsor that it might cause issues with her status. Can convicted criminals, with drug convictions be a sponsor?
  14. I bet the former Rockette could have cut the ones who need to go on the spot. They should have asked her for Yes, No, Maybe.
  15. Actually, in the $1,000 for a million dollar repair on the POS car, I am really mean, and I hope that she does start the car, and the fuel line does leak and go up in a conflagration resembling the Great Chicago fire.
  16. And her boyfriend is stepping up as a father to the little girl, and support for Brandi. That makes my heart warm.
  17. I hope they'll show Shep and the world class butt chewing of the kidnapper in Florida. I love that dog. Live PD has been renewed for 150 more episodes.
  18. A relative worked for the city as a crossing guard at the Catholic elementary, and middle school, and this was when they had nuns. The nuns were from a teaching order, and not one had any college outside of the training they had at their order's prep school for teachers. My guess is they barely had the equivalent of an associates degree. The nuns at the school were all from Philadelphia, and would go home in groups before long holidays to visit family, or the home convent. Everyone in the local area knew to watch out for them, because they were terrible drivers. It turns out that the many years they had the traditional habits with the white borders on their headpieces, it restricted their vision, and they all eventually lost their peripheral vision. No one realized this until they got the modern habits with a much smaller headdress, and then everyone found out they were bad drivers and never saw other traffic coming because they couldn't see to the side. I don't know if their vision came back or not, but they were still bad drivers.
  19. $400 for a damaged dirt bike? And without a title? That was his girlfriend? I thought that was his mother, and not a young mother either. The local police should drop by and check the VIN numbers on the other quads, or ATVs, and their other motorcycle, and every other vehicle they own too. I wonder if they fell off of the back of a truck too. Why isn't Mr. Ponytail charged with receiving stolen property? Plaintiff has receipt dated before bike was stolen, and still maintains he didn't know bike was stolen. My guess is "Mario" is a tallish idiot with an ugly ponytail, and a stupid girlfriend. The police should have arrested his pony tailed butt when he tried to keep them off the property, and wanted a warrant. The police should have applied for a warrant that specified all vehicles they own, because I bet the others were remarkably cheap too. Defendant is lying about all of the dates too. What a bunch of professional liars. My only comment is right from JJ, "liars should have good memories". Did they ever say how the plaintiff found out who stole the bike? Because we all know Mario doesn't exist. The defendant suing for harassment, defamation, and what he spent to repair the bike is ludicrous. I love the idiot thieving defendants halterview, saying the plaintiff should have come to him to get the bike back, and shouldn't have told his boss about it. I hope his boss fired his thieving butt. Crazy roommate fight-How old is the plaintiff's boyfriend? I thought it was her father, make that very hung over grandfather, who now lives with his sister. Does anyone believe the bf isn't living with her after the roommate ran for his life? So p. and d. split the rent and utilities 50/50 even though d. sometimes had four extra people there, and his two kids on a lot of weekends? That's a total ripoff for the p. I suspect that giving potential roommates a huge bargain is the only way she can get someone to stay in the same place with her crazy butt? Plaintiff wants the rent from November to June, because he moved out between her and the defendant's girlfriend, and her kid with the defendant, and his kids that were there on the weekends. And now gf is soon to welcome number four. D. went nuts over the roommate and gf's kids, and the three kids were unsupervised while d. and gf were still in bed. I don't agree with the p., but I certainly think someone should have been supervising the three kids closer. Then there was a huge fight between the roommates, and the gf and kids got involved, because the p. screamed at the kids, and punched the d. And d. claims the p. punched his girlfriend, who was pregnant at the time. He called the police, made a report, and Mary Buzzard (p.) didn't call the police back, but did end up in court on a protective order on the plaintiff. Restraining order denied by judge, I'm guessing since the roommate had already moved out. The plaintiff is a total idiot thinking she's getting seven months of rent after the roommate was assaulted by her. Does the fact the plaintiff and old fart boyfriend a.k.a. grandpa, work for Amazon explain why my packages are late from them sometimes? I hope the HR at Amazon watched this, since Mary seems to have an anger management issue, and her boyfriend seems to be hungover and maybe stoned too. I'm so glad that JJ told that idiot to stuff it, and I wish she had Byrd kick her out for disrespecting her. She's lucky the defendant didn't punch her lights out. I think the local judge should have granted the protective order, and hope that he has good security where he lives now. His kids safety worries me too.
  20. Yes, I know a bunch of people who had a first job teaching in a religious or private school, because they weren't certified teachers and were willing to work for very little. As far as I know, private schools still don't require certified teachers, or even college graduates. In contrast substitute teachers in public schools here have to have a college degree. Apparently the idiot in the video clip said that as long as they used an approved curriculum,, a chimpanzee could be a teacher in his school. Actually, I'm sure many chimpanzees are smarter and would be better teachers than that 'teacher' and 'principal' that locked the kid in the close for full days at a time.
  21. Dunlaps refers to her spare tire. I don't know if the company still exists, but it's a brand of car tire.
  22. I was shocked the repo'd car didn't have a few gaming systems in the trunk too.
  23. Kitty didn't look right last night. After looking at the lookback episodes to Season 7, and seeing Kitty charge into the studio, and put the girls through their paces, the difference in her was dramatic. I wonder if there's something going on with her, because she just didn't look like herself last night. Season 7 uniform fittings did illustrate that the shorts now cover more. They were dramatically smaller.
  24. Have they ever had a legacy make the team, and not have issues that lead to them eventually being cut? Wasn't there a red head years ago, in one of the first seasons, who made the team, but didn't make it back for year two?
  25. I think Judy knows exactly how the VK situation would go down, and hasn't been saying anything because no one is going to hear what she says. My guess is that the fireworks from Tina started the second VK got home and told her how mean Kelli had been to her in the office talk. So much for Kelli and Tina being BFFs since DCC days. I think Kitty recognizes that 99% of her business comes from her connection to DCC, being DCC Technical Director, and referrals from wanna be DCC. If she pisses off DCC management, and gets the boot in favor of another dance studio, then her business would be in serious trouble. Kitty also doesn't look right for her usual outgoing, over the top demeanor, so I'm wondering if she's been sick or something. I think everything Kitty said in the office was scripted, and that's why Judy has been so quiet this season. I don't think Judy is willing to lie on camera like Kitty and Kelli are, so she's been quieter. Tina's a big wheel in the alumni group, and the fact that she's apparently not talking to Kelli since the VK situation tells a lot doesn't it? I bet after the 11 pound talk that VK went home crying to Tina, and that started the bad feelings. Also, it's not 11 pounds for VK, but 11 added to her tryout weight, and that was pudgy too. I'm guessing she dieted for tryouts, and went back to her regular eating, and gaining back put all of the excess weight in her stomach, and butt, and thighs, so it looks like more than 20 pounds now.
