  1. I agree about the look on Kelli's face in the office, and I think that was when Kelli finally realized what a problem she created by advocating for VK, and not telling her the truth. I think that was Kelli's breaking point, and she finally realized that not telling VK the truth wasn't being fair to her. I'm sure Kelli also realized that there was a big chance that helicopter parent TK would never speak to her again, but going on with this fiasco with VK simply because they are BFFs couldn't continue. You can't change what you don't know is wrong. I wonder if some of the commercial studio instructors would tell someone the absolute truth, if it means that the person pays for a ton of classes will go somewhere else, where the instructors aren't criticizing them? VK should have known her weight might be an issue, after the fact her mother has fought her weight her entire life. The fact that she acknowledged that, and then instead of working on tightening her middle, started eating too much makes me wonder if she deep down wanted an out. Now she can say that they picked on her, and make all kinds of excuses, and never have to worry about going back for DCC again. It will be interesting to see Kitty next week. I love that she's been so honest with the DCC TCC over the years, and wonder if that will happen next week.
  2. I love Denise. And I love the look from Judy of suppressed glee when Denise said that, and the weak justifications from Kelli started. I'm surprised Kelli had the guts to make excuses she knew weren't true, and how she ignored the jelly belly, and overall pudge VK has added to a not tiny figure. If VK does come back next year, I'm probably dumping this show, and it's a shame because I've enjoyed watching the tryouts all the way through for all of the years this has aired. I loved the Throwback Thursday to the 2011 tryouts after last night.
  3. It depends on the state. Years ago my military dad had a home base of my mother's state (no idea why, it was a bad move), which required inspections. Every freaking time we had to go visit my mother's parents in that state, we would get pulled over by the state troopers, after going through the toll booth. They sat there, looked for inspections, and valid stickers on the license plate (they were color coded by month and year, so it was easy to tell they were good), and nailed a lot of people every day. We got used to getting stopped because it happened every time we went for the lousy visits to the grandparents. Dad would have to show his military i.d., and show proof of where we lived, and then the officer would let us go. Dad finally started getting it inspected when we went to the state, so we wouldn't get pulled over. In this case I bet you're right, and the idiot either did a big no-no with the car, or the officer was parked and noticed the inspection sticker was the wrong color, or something. And everyone's right, in Philadelphia the car would have been instantly towed, tickets issued on the spot, and the owner would have to go to court to pay the tickets, and pay the tow fees, and get it towed off the lot. No valid registration because of bad inspection means you have to surrender the plates. So he would then have to get the inspection done, fix anything they found wrong, then get emissions tests maybe, and then reregister the car. Of course, by then his insurance at fly by night insurance would have expired, or be cancelled, so he still couldn't drive it. I think I've learned a lot watching Parking Wars.
  4. What a stupid couple of litigants. I agree the dog from the other day was smarter than both of these fools. So p. finances a Dodge Dart for d., d. claims p. was only hiding the car with her, and she only had to pay insurance, and the insurance amount was just about the monthly cost for a used Dodge Dart (amazing coincidence that the amounts are about the same, or d. pays a freaking ton for car insurance). Of course d. totaled it, and the insurance didn't pay enough, so p. wants the shortfall on what insurance paid, vs. what she still owes. Too bad infant d. didn't get a big payout for the lead poisoning, (from a 1999 case)because she still seems to be suffering the after effects of that, in being below 50 IQ points. Yes, some guardian sued years ago for lead poisoning, and lost. I can't believe plaintiff was so stupid as to finance this car, when the defendant makes so little money, and has such bad credit. On a shallow note, what the hell is on the defendant's eyes? Huge fake eyelashes, or caterpillars she glued on? Byrd also got interrupted doing 9 Down on his puzzle to listen to this garbage. Car with expired (last year) inspection gets pulled over after dropping car owner at the airport, and meandering his way home. The car got pulled over for expired inspection, they search the car and found weed, pills, and case was later dismissed. My guess is since it wasn't in his name, they couldn't prove if the driver and friend owned the drugs, or if the jerky car owner owned it, so they tossed it. Idiot car owner wants money the ticket and impound cost, which is over $300. New York requires valid inspection, and many areas emissions testing, and can't be reregistered until the inspection is valid. Car owner wanted moving costs, because he had to move from pill/weed user as a roommate, and moving out would look better for his custody battle. By the way, my reading is that if you don't have a valid inspection, then you don't have a valid registration, and they will tow you. Soldier went to Alaska-D. agreed to store his truck on her property til he got back. D. and P. have braces or right arm casts, and P. is limping, I wonder if the hotel has a video of the fight they had last night? He stored his truck with her, and gun under the back seat of truck, gun is long gone, and he has zero proof of who did it. Defendant, who is wearing a lovely night clubbing dress, claims his Sergeant picked up the gun. However, he left his truck on her property, and it was trashed, and license plate switched. He found receipts in truck for gas, and she was driving his truck a lot. OMG! Defendant approached the bench without permission. Apparently, the defendant ripped the front wheel almost off. It costs $4700 to get it fixed. He gets $1500, because he can't prove the other $3,200 was her damage. D. claims towing, and no receipts, no money of course. She also wants $350 a month and utilities, and JJ told her to stuff it. Defendant claims he lived there for 10 days, and that made him a roommate. Loan, rent, and dog with idiot boyfriend defendant. P. took his phone, apparently saw evidence of ho activity, and they had a fight over house temperature (no I'm not joking). I'm upset, apparently d. has no idea where dog is, but I'm hoping that a lie, and he got the dog a good home. I hate this heifer plaintiff already, and on a superficial note, next time buy that dress two sizes bigger so I don't have to see every bump of lard. She took his phone, and made some calls, I suspect to his other tramps, they had a fight, she never returned his phone, but changed it to her phone. He doesn't have to pay ho rent after he moved out. Now JJ gets to the big issue, where is the dog? She claims he stole the dog, and the police refused to make a report. Defendant still says he doesn't know where dog is. I love she's trying to sue for the cost of the dog, and she got it as a gift seven years ago. And plaintiff just said the dog came back on his own-what a bad dog owner she is, and what a freaking liar she is. Plaintiff gets nothing, and deserves nothing either. I'm not sure how the phone came out, because I was so ticked that plaintiff kept talking like the dog was permanently gone, and they finally admits the poor animal came back. Next time he should follow the old rule, "Never sleep with anyone crazier than you are".
  5. Yes, I agree the pad injury was the kennel owners fault, but not the subsequent puking, and other illness that actually cost more. I think the dog owners thought they could get everything paid for, and not just the pad injury. I'm wondering if the dog eats random garbage, as some dogs do, or if the dog was incubating some disease. The p. wife expected a bonanza, and was mad she didn't get it.
  6. What is 'almost dating', just sleeping together, but not knocked up yet? So he drove her car, she claims he ran the red light, he claims the other car ran the red light, and p. keeps asking the d. what happened. Was she really in the car or not? Tickets were no insurance (on her car), he doesn't have insurance either; second ticket was for no license, or the license wasn't in his name. They call him Cartier Banks, because he's an artist, and p. doesn't know his real name. Apparently, Mom of p. didn't know this insurance or anything else, Mom looks stunned and really pissed. According to police report a spinning car hit a third car. Witnesses say d. idiot ran red light, another non-involved driver says he swerved around driver stopping for the red light, into the bike lane, and ran the red light. P. wants lost wages from the facial bruises (no seatbelt of course), meant that she couldn't work at the club. She claims she's a bottle seller, probably naked. That's bull, all of the women that work that club can cover bruises so you can't see them during a lap dance, or dancing on the pole. What the hell is going on with p.'s lower teeth? Missing or what? MM gave that heifer almost $2200 for the car and tow, and heifer should have left with no money at all. He ran a red light, and could have killed a lot of people. JJ would have thrown them out when p. kept asking d. for information, and wouldn't have given p. a penny. Bleeding dog paw from boarding kennel, and p. wants over $2300. Dog needed a few stitches according to d. A boxer/pit mix, but if there's any boxer in that dog I don't see it. Dog had paw injury, but those bleed a lot. Dog apparently had stitches, then dog is puking, etc. and not eating. IV fluids, X ray, and something with her stomach. How could this be caused by a paw injury? Wonder if the dog had all of it's shots? The kennel run looks fine to me, and I don't see how the dog got hurt. They get awarded a little over a thousand, not for the dog infection, which wasn't their problem. I bet the sour face on the p. wife is because she thought that d. was going to finance their dog's entire illness, cover the cut paw, the stomach issue, and their trip to Colorado. I hope in the future that the kennel owner refuses to deal with the plaintiffs. p. wanted three puppies from litter, d. dog secretly had 11 puppies, and d. claims uncle didn't want them. p. wants 50 of profit from pit bull litter. Apparently there was an issue involving pot. What a couple of idiots, and I feel sorry for the female pit who probably will have litters every six months for the rest of her miserable life. There's also a dispute over weed, and a lot of family garbage. P. wins $1,000 and poor dog is still going to be popping out puppies. What a family full of losers.
  7. The people who eat a bunch, and don't gain might also be bulimic, and are vomiting up, or using laxatives to keep their weight down. The worst part of watching this show for me is that I get to know about the people. After that every time I see an update, I wonder if it will be that the person has gone back to binge eating, and are gaining a lot back, or that they've died.
  8. I love it when they have outside instructors and choreographers.
  9. Judy just isn't speaking up the way she used to. I wonder if something's wrong? I hope she just isn't discussing the cheerleaders on camera, but I'm sure her input is invaluable to the entire selection process. I miss the way Judy and Kelli would discuss before cuts, and try to decide if it was the end of the line. I suspect that Judy and Kelli are talking a ton off camera. I think it's a result of Erika and her lawsuit, and the other cheerleader lawsuits about being treated like ornaments, and not members of the team.
  10. Both of the falls looked very painful, and it must have been tough to get back up and dance so quickly. Who was the second one that hit the floor? She looked very heavy. Dayton looked wonderful. VK looked heavy. Who picked the long gray tops? They were hideous. Kristin looks ready to faint again.
  11. Sexual harassment/no wages-Woman who wears a black bra with a see through pink top needs to do something different, so I don't see her underwear. Of course, at least she wears bras. Woman owed 1,036 for back wages, until she claims man harasses female employees that don't put out. Unfortunately, JJ doesn't like people who lie about harassment, and screen grab pictures off of FB/Instagram, whatever, and claim they were sent directly to them. Idiot woman lost her back wages. The highlight was when d.'s witness got bounced by Byrd. Also, JJ mentioned Byrd's crossword and asked him to transfer bag to d. interrupting valuable crossword time. Pool fraud-Woman who sold house says on disclosure that 15 year old above ground pool liner is OK. Her husband asked for a proposal to get a new liner in 2016, and house sold in 2017, with still ripped liner. I bet her real estate agent wants to hurt her right now. I think replacing the liner before putting it on the market, or just removing the pool, would have been the smarter option. However, d. is stupid, and lied on disclosure about the pool instead of doing the right thing. I think the pool liner issue should have been easy to see by either an inspector, or the buyer, so I'm not sure they should get entire amount. $2,000+ awarded, but they bought the house as is, and the pool was plenty old enough to be falling apart, and they did have a chance to inspect everything, so don't think I would have given them the full amount. Drunken brawl, leading to wreck of car in driveway on Thanksgiving. P. in her truck, D. in his truck following p. home. She claims d. drove across grass in turn around, and rammed her car in her driveway. D. claims p. jumped into car again she parked, and backed up and hit the right side of her car, on his truck. His insurance company didn't pay, but at least he had insurance. P. doesn't want to put through her insurance, because she has $1,000 deductible, and she doesn't want to pay that. JJ told everyone too bad. I bet everyone was drinking, including p., and were all driving loaded. What a lovely drunken Thanksgiving that was.
  12. Some local mattress stores here will exchange a mattress to keep good will, and their reputation intact. However, they get killed on the exchange, because they can only donate a pristine mattress, and then it's sterilized and resold through thrift stores, or trash the mattress. That woman was infuriating, and I'm guessing she goes through life eating the steak (TM JJ), and then wanting a full refund and damages. I'm sure the person that invented the pillow top mattress is beloved by the entire furniture and mattress industry, since it cuts the life of your mattress in half since you can only turn it on one side, and not flip it.
  13. I think the decision to sue the homeowner might be because both parents were told about the arrow shooting, and saw nothing wrong with someone on their property shooting potentially deadly objects onto the neighbor's property, and going right back to the parents' property and doing it some more. I bet the little cretins do things like this all of the time. The parents were a piece of work, and didn't care about any damage or trespassing the idiots did either. The parents will be making lame excuses for this idiot for the rest of his life too.
  14. Many of the businesses he's investing in are so upscale, that there's no way I could ever buy anything from them, so I guess he's not interested in scaling businesses into franchises any more. I also think companies like Ellison Eyewear are just for people who want to spend money to impress others, and I don't do that.
  15. Did I just see two idiots trying to sue each other for loans and drug dealing profits? What idiots. What are they going to do for cases during sweeps in November? Have a person suing the hitman they hired because they missed? It's apparently stupid day on here. Woman buys mattress from some guy, doesn't like it, and she wants her money back, but it's a restocking fee or he applies it to another mattress. She gets another mattress from the same guy, and doesn't like it either. Mattress number three doesn't work either. I hate when people want a deal because they have a special needs son, like this woman. Mattress number three gave her marks on her arms, and kept growing like a monster-I'm not making that up either. The woman is a total scammer and I bet she does this all of the time. The woman complains about mattress #2 two months after she bought it, and he still gave her a third. I bet her poor little old lady act works on people who don't want bad publicity, but if I lived near the mattress guy I would definitely look at his mattress stock, because he really tried to help her. I bet that scamming heifer is going home, and sleeping on that mattress for years, because she's nothing but a liar. I wonder if other furniture places won't deal with her because she's pulled this before. I live in town now, and within a mile of my house are two department stores with mattresses, and at least six mattress specialty stores, so why did this woman go to someone's place where she had a limited selection? I think she wants a free, fancy mattress, because her reasons for not keeping the mattresses were very lame. Also, the mattress seller was being very nice, because my mattress store (my favorite one) does do 30 day refunds, or exchanges, but the original mattress either gets donated, and sterilized, or trashed if they're stained or torn.
  16. I feel sorry for the business owners, because you know the idiot neighbors will never make their special snowflake stop shooting at people with a deadly weapon. I hope the local authorities saw this, and someone will tell the woman how to legally post her property, and she'll get a restraining order against the parents, and special snowflake. I bet her insurance agent saw this, and was writing her a letter canceling her policy. Since she has video, I would have a lawyer do a cease and desist order on the whole family, and restraining order, and then scroll through the video every day, because you know this isn't the end of dangerous behavior. I also wonder what a criminal background check on the parents, and the kids would show. I'm also betting idiot 19 year old son wasn't in court because his parole or bond conditions won't allow him to travel. I'm sure the 'work' he couldn't leave for was phony too. It's too bad the parents of the idiot, who were both stupid too, just bought that house. I'm guessing they're all part of a group where they buy big houses, and everyone lives there forever. I'm sure the parents got a great deal on that house, because it's in a business area and it's too bad someone doesn't want to build there too, and buy them out.
  17. Remember the other case during the summer, when the 10 year old (maybe not exactly 10) went in late grandpa's safe, and stole thousands split between him and his little friend, and the parents weren't suspicious about them having tons of cash, because "he told me he mowed lawns". Going on the show was just a way for the parents to get out of repaying the money, and they didn't care about the kids being felons. I'm guessing the parents should keep practicing their stupid stories, because as the years go by, they're going to be in court, and paying for lawyers a lot. Just like meth face heroin dealer's parents do. I felt sorry for grandma, because unless she has others to help her, those parents will be making decisions about her, and then the little criminals will be stealing everything she owns.
  18. Even if you keep a lot of money at home, you don't announce that on national TV. I can't believe she was so foolish as to meet someone, give them $3500 the next month, and then spend $11k on credit cards to buy them a truck. I do love that when she found out about his harem (he said a woman was at his place two days after the truck buy when she repo'd it, but not the woman she thought it was), she got the police, and got her truck. At least she didn't put it in his name. I bet the police were familiar with his scamming, because they certainly did jump into the repo situation, and many times they don't. I'm sure the jerk would have changed the registration and title as soon as he could, so it's good she acted so quickly. Some hygienists work at several offices, and I wonder if one pays in cash, and she's not reporting it, and of course, the business wouldn't be either.
  19. I guess the California couple was a rerun, but I hate when they say "it adds 30 minutes a day each way to my commute" when they're looking, and then after they make the huge sacrifice to buy it, suddenly the extra commute is 5 minutes extra. I guess the house moved closer to make them happy. And they needed a room for 37 guitars? If they didn't spend money on expensive guitars that need their own room, then maybe they could afford a house closer to work. My guess is a lot of these people that need a MIL suite, it's for the live in nanny, or they have a relative that's moving in and going to be the unpaid help. Was that the one with the blonde wife, who had the most nasal voice I've ever heard? Very irritating.
  20. Great idea, but JJ should hit the idiot women in the head with the book, to make sure they absorb the information. Maybe the men who get some ho should get the book treatment too, like the man who got chewed on and hit by Jaws, and possibly fathered a second kid with the tramp should definitely get the book treatment. However, JJ should hit him several times elsewhere, and much lower, because his head on his shoulders is empty.
  21. She must be really desperate.-Meets him in the end of February, gives him $3,500, to pay off his apartment lease, not repaid because she has no evidence. The lease money was so he could go to his managment job, and something else with the hydro company for big bucks, and he said he would buy her a $1 million plus house, in a place where there are no houses. And then he needs a car fixed, which morphs to $11k for a truck. They were engaged by then. Then two days later she finally figures out he's a total liar, the job was part time maintenance and janitor, and he was boinking other women. So she calls the cops, they stand by while she repo'd the car two days after she bought it for love muffin, and the car dealer only charged her a $2k restocking fee. She only gets $2,000 back on the car, and but she has texts from love muffin instead of an I.O.U. She is so stupid, and just announced that she keeps a lot of cash at her home. I can almost hear the stampede of thieves running to her house, and breaking in. She looks just like a college roommate of mine, they must be related because they both have the I.Q. of a turnip, and my ex-roommate also fell for any line a guy gave her, and they're both totally stupid. Trailer arsonist-Old hag sells trailer for $4k to two young women, still doesn't move out to her next lovely trailer ($2,800 trailer in Arkansas), then after skank moves out most furniture, and appliances to new luxury cheapo trailer, the original trailer burns to the ground. Old hag (I'm an old hag too, so I can say that) burns trailer down, and then uses the $1200 (original trailer was paid to O.H. for $4k), for her expenses. O.H. claims she couldn't move out because she was very ill, but could go out shopping with her granddaughter, and apparently left dryer going at the time, because that's what the fire department says burned the trailer down. I've never heard of a dryer fire when the dryer was turned off, so she definitely did it. O.H. claims no insurance, but I bet it was in someone else's name or something. JJ gives the two young women $4k back. Cute dog custody case-Pierced p. wants dog back, hasn't seen it in a long time, and wants dog to live with some cats, etc. the dog has never met. D. gets to keep dog, but has to give pierced p. fishing rod back. Ugly friend (apparently previous ex of d. Logan ) of pierced p. claims d. baked pot brownies and got dog high, and she claims he takes every drug on earth. Dog was so sick, but p.'s witness doesn't take dog to vet either. Three fools, actually four counting new girlfriend. A lot of he said, she said, and no vet reports. Logan the defendant is now living with girl friend #3, with his parents and the dog. I'm glad the dog's there, and hope the parents are smarter than Logan and his girlfriend. The only cute part of the case is the dog, and I think the dog is also the smartest of the 4 litigants.
  22. I think any grown person who is dating these days should either do their own online background check, or do one of the internet background check services. If they don't then they shouldn't be surprised when the person they're hooking up with turns out to be a liar, with a string of scams behind them, multiple criminal charges, and a few spouses looking for child support.
  23. Today's was another special snowflake with idiot parents case- Lady wearing one of those open shoulder tops (I hate them) just bought a former car parts store, to rehab (that wasn't an intentional pun) into a physical therapy shop, had the 19 year old criminal brats next door shooting arrows through the tall chain link fence, I think it's the kind with the vinyl slats in it, against her building and damaged the stucco, plus damaged a bunch of fence slats that are inserted in the chain link fence. Then her contractor tells her about it, so she watches the video and sees the brats shoot the arrows, climb over her fence, take the arrows out of her stucco wall, and climb back over. Then the idiots start shooting arrows again. The father of the idiot, who is probably quite used to vandalism charges by neighbors, and police visits, says he'll fix it himself. He's also ignoring the fence damage, but fortunately the contractor fixed everything for $200.00. Dad of idiot (kid comes by it honestly, both of his parents are jerks too), whines about the business owner's video cameras showing the vandalism and trespassing, and says he's suing for her illegal taping of his property, because he can't walk in his back yard in his underwear, or less than underwear. This man is lucky he doesn't live here, because the local good old boys don't put up with losers like him and his son. If I saw him on my video in his underwear, I would sue him for causing uncontrollable projectile vomiting, and eye damage. Idiot and wife lose, and still are whining about building owner picking on their kid. Another thing, the building owner/business owners now have to worry about an arrow hitting people working at or visiting their business. The poor lady received for replacing the arrow damage to the fence, and building $200. My guess is son isn't in court because his travel restrictions from parole don't allow it. A couple of old farts claim a 50 year old common wall cracked because of vicious attacks by workmen on the lady's side. Big nothing, but they are another reason not to move to a place with a joint fence. They must be going through their second childhood, because they're acting like two year olds. Man sold two box trucks to a now former employee, never registered in the defendant's name, or paid for the trucks entirely either. Then defendant got two tickets, but never fixed the registration either. Then the defendant has a pending workmen's comp. claim about hurting his hand at work, and a facebook posting two weeks before that about hurting it outside of work in a bar fight. Another boring case.
  24. I think Mimi's problems stem from losing her job of many years, moving to Houston, having a hard time finding another job, then the flood trashed her house, and Dale said her Lake Charles house flooded twice too. Then she just doesn't know what to do next, so I can see her being upset, and stressed.
  25. I don't know if they didn't mention her disability, or didn't ask, and I may have missed it. My guess is she's a scammer, and wonder if she set up the online begging account yet? I wouldn't be surprised if she did.
