  1. Today's rerun, is an attack by a Dalmatian on a tiny dog at the dog park. Usual defendant attitude, my dog never bites any dog, the little dog started it, I never saw an attack, and my dog was just playing. Defendant claims plaintiff's dog is aggressive, starts fights, and it wasn't defendant's fault. $547 to plaintiff. "Nasty Neighbor Attack". By the way, I've met quite a few Dalmatian dogs, and none were good with other dogs, and most were people aggressive too. I may have only met the naughty ones, but they are big dogs, need lots of exercise, and I don't think a little lope around the dog park will help get their energy down.
  2. There are a bunch of exercise, and gym commercials too.
  3. I'm happy Chris is getting surgery, but he really doesn't look much smaller yet. Tammy was so ticked when she just maintained her weight, and Chris got approved. Tammy was totally enraged when Chris got approved for surgery. I can only imagine what will happen when Amy and Michael announce they're moving. So, is that the other sister driving Tammy around? Those tie-dyed outfits are making me dizzy, and cold shoulder tie-dye on Misty is really awful. Chris and his wife, and everyone else having their mask under their nose is so irritating. I think they should have waited until Chris lost more weight, and even a liquid only prescribed diet would help. That poor Da Vinci robot is having to do a lot of work on Chris.
  4. Ella and her fixation reminds me of Deavon, and her obsession with Korean men. I hate that Ella has been conned, and dumped by at least one other man (The Indian man she met in Thailand). If Johnny is really a good guy, and intends to live in the U.S. long term, then maybe he'll be different. I wonder what will happen with his son? I'm hoping that if there are issues with Covid, and him visiting, that it works out eventually.
  5. 4 p.m. reruns- First (2013)- Baby Daddy Drama -Plaintiff Renee LeBlanc (SSMOT Sainted Single Mother of Two, mother of child with defendant) suing defendant Andrew Tremblay (father of younger child) for half of a loan to move into a jointly leased apartment. Defendant says he had every intention of paying his half of the loan, but plaintiff moved out of the apartment, and back in with her mother. There was a one year lease, and plaintiff moved out after two months. Defendant called the landlord the morning after the litigants argued, verbally. So, plaintiff called 911, claiming defendant needed to leave. Apparently, plaintiff has a child with defendant, and another child too. Crying in court will not change JJ’s ruling about plaintiff’s case. Plaintiff actually called 911, claiming the father was kidnapping his own child. She actually says defendant was kidnapping ‘her’ child. There was nothing written about the custody of children. The defendant signed another lease with landlord at the first of the next month, with only his name on the lease. Defendant got behind on child support, because he was paying the full rent alone. He’s getting the arrearage paid. Defendant has a no contact order from plaintiff Plaintiff claims dismissed. JJ tells her to take the $1200 out of her child support. Sisters Fight Over Puppy -Plaintiff/sister Kerri Dial suing defendant / sister Angelia Dial for the price of a puppy, and vet bills. Defendant got the dog, tiny toy Chocolate Schnauzer, defendant had the puppy for a year. Then, defendant was going away to college, and couldn’t keep the dog. Puppy cost defendant $450 from a breeder. Then, defendant wanted sister to buy the dog for more than the dog than when it was a puppy. Defendant also wants her price for the dog. However, defendant also wants money back for dog clothes, microchipping, etc. Plaintiff actually gave puppy back to defendant, so who knows where the dog is now. Plaintiff gets $450. Defendant stomps out. Second (2013)- Pit Bull Attacks Child – Plaintiff Jamiene Andreozzi suing defendant / pit bull owner, Patricia Bautista for defendant’s dog attacking her 8-year-old son. Son was skateboarding at a playdate with another friend, says the dog stuck its head through the wrought iron gate (vertical rods, rather far apart), and son says dog bit him. Plaintiff contacted an attorney right after the bite, before plaintiff claims her son had PTSD/nightmares. Attorney wouldn’t pursue the case. Son Elijah Panner testifies to JJ., that he was skating with a friend, went close to the gate, when dog put his head through the fence, and bit him. After the bite, Elijah called his mom, she came to friend’s house and picked him up, visited defendant Bautista, then to the hospital. Defendant claims her fence was brought down the same day as the bite. Defense witness didn’t see anything (obviously just wanted a trip to court). Plaintiff submits pictures of fence, there the bottom horizontal rail of fence is broken where the bottom of fence pickets should be secured. The chicken wire at the bottom of the fence was smashed down, so the Pit’s head can fit through the fence. JJ points out that the failed chicken wire to keep the Pits (defendant owns more than one) was replaced later. Defendant had smaller dogs at one time, but only has the bigger Pits now, so why did she need to replace the chicken wire? Defendant should put smaller gauge animal fencing, the on the entire inside of the fence, not just the bottom, or chicken wire. Plaintiff receives $1500 for medical bills. Giants vs. Cowboys Letdown -Plaintiff Devendra Ruparelia suing defendant/ticket seller, Jarmar Richardson to get money back plaintiff paid defendant for football game tickets that turned out to be bogus Later, defendant claims plaintiff bought basketball tickets from defendant, but plaintiff says he didn’t want to go to another game, and doesn’t trust defendant. Defendant reluctantly tells JJ who he bought the football tickets from. Defendant says he was a victim too, and he bought the tickets from a man who is now incarcerated. David who sold the tickets is back in prison. Defendant is sweating so badly that Officer Byrd has to take him Kleenex to mop his sweat of shame. Defendant claims plaintiff later bought NBA basketball tickets from him, in return for the football tickets. Plaintiff receives $350. 5 p.m. reruns- First (2016)- Bonfire Blowout-Plaintiff Eugene Newell suing neighbor/defendant Jason Tesmar for a bonfire during a party that burned his fence. Plaintiff swears bonfire kept getting bigger and bigger, and then the fire suddenly flared up, and claims someone threw gas on the bonfire. The fence was vinyl, and one panel (probably a 6' x 6') warped very badly. Defendant claims plaintiff’s wife climbs on a bench on plaintiff’s side of the fence, and yells at defendant’s guests, and rocks the fence (garbage). There's also a dust up over using the dock on both properties. Defendant claims plaintiff's wife leans on, and shakes the fence. Defendant’s counterclaim is that common access docks are across road, and that there are no designated place for each person's dock, and plaintiff's dock has been in the same spot for 30 years. Defendant claims the plaintiff moved his dock over, and blocked his dock access. Counterclaim dismissed. I suspect the defendant and his friends did exactly what the plaintiff says. The smirk on the defendant's face is very irritating, and I think he knows exactly who damaged the fence. (This happened in Big Lake, MN). Plaintiff gets $1100 for fence. Move-Out Money-Plaintiff/former tenant Johnny Gallegos , was a month-to-month tenant wants moving costs, and renovation costs on a house he was renting, that defendant /landlord Lori Schafer gave him a 30-day notice to quit. Plaintiff claims his improvements made the property more valuable. He claims defendant evicted him to make more money, because of the rise in rents in Colorado because of legalized pot. In 2011, plaintiff took over lease of defendant’s father, and went month-to-month after that. Defendant bought/transferred property from her father, the previous owner. Defendant is suing for repair costs, to fix the 'improvements' the plaintiff/ former tenant did. Plaintiff case dismissed. Defendant case dismissed. No proof of anything. Second (2016)- Evidence Showdown-Plaintiff Sylvia Wright suing defendant for repossessing a car defendant Sasha Threatts sold for $600. However, defendant's witness says he paid $400 to defendant, and owes $400 more, and he still has the car. Defendant's SO, and roommate saw defendant's witness give defendant the money order, and claim none of them know the plaintiff. Defendant says she never sold anything to the plaintiff, that she thinks she's the defense witness's ex-girlfriend. Defendant also had a title loan on the car for $800. Very confusing case, and I wonder what the truth is? (Unfortunately, plaintiff hideous blonde wig is from the bizarre wig collection in JJ’s producer’s closet of disguises). $400 to plaintiff. Independence Day Attack-Plaintiff Maria Ruiz suing defendants Scott and Michelle DeHerrera for their dogs running wild and attacking her dog on the Fourth of July. Plaintiff wants her dog’s vet bills paid. Plaintiff's dog is a cute fluffy mutt, maybe 20 pounds maximum, and she was walking two little dogs that day. (This should be quick, there are only eight minutes left of the episode). Plaintiff was walking her two leashed dogs, passing the defendant's house on her walk. Plaintiff was crossing street, and the defendant's two dogs (American Bulldog/Boxer mix, and an American Bulldog) grabbed the plaintiff’s dog, one dog was pulled off of her dog, but came back again. Defendant and wife weren't even at the dog attack site, but keep whining about what they claim happened. The defendant's adult son saw the attack, but isn't here in court. In the Hall-terview defendant says it's negligent to walk your dog on the fourth of July, because of the fireworks! In the words of JJ, Outrageous! $2452 to plaintiff.
  6. Seeing tonight's interview with Ximena is bizarre. Mike seems to think it will be easy to import Ximena, and her two kids, and I'm wondering if he actually researched the timeline, and how hard it will be to accomplish.
  7. I loved the new episode! I loved everything they did to the house, and meeting the new homeowner, Jemarcus. The Ross house was spectacular. Erin's right, when you get young people to stay in a community, then the community will be better for it. I also loved the rerun, with the commentary of Jesse and Lauren's house (Ben's brother and sister-in-law). If you want a starter home below $100,000, then Laurel certainly has that.
  8. My understanding is a husband can still divorce the wife in many countries by just saying he's divorcing her in front of witnesses. There is nothing the wife can do to stop it either. I'm wondering if Alina is trying to get on some singing contest or get a recording contract too?
  9. Yes, and the 'nephew' is the oldest looking teen I've ever seen. There's no way he's under 18. Kim's wardrobe of Usman t-shirts must be huge. Her decoration of her bed is so awful
  10. So, Ximena got knocked up with a man who is in prison for many years, and got pregnant in prison on visits! It certainly clarifies her reasons for latching on to Mike's wallet, and wanting to move to the U.S.
  11. Ella is so offensive. She reminds me of Deavan with her obsession with Asian men. Kody Brown has a very punchable face, and I wish someone would give him a buzz cut. I'm really tired of Flo being mean about the cute animals on the commercial.
  12. Yazan and Brittany? Yazan finally got a clue, broke up with Brittany, and he just married a lovely woman. Johnny is not going to love working on the ranch in the hot summer, and the cold winter. Do all of the 90 day people get their supportive sidekicks from central casting? So, is Johnny going to abandon his kid? Is it easier to import a kid with the fiance visa, or to wait? I am not enjoying Ella describing their video sexy time.
  13. My guess is the 'boyfriends' Tammy has are either hired, or just want the TV money. I really am worried for Mike, and for Ella. After her mother's conversation with Ella, I'm hoping Johnny really does want a relationship, and not just another person who will hurt her.
  14. So, Gino and Jasmine have the same hideous laugh. I hate that. I think Caleb is going to show he's as clueless as we all guessed he is. Kim is so deluded. I hope Mike doesn't get his heart stomped on by Ximena.
  15. Flagg also said the dog had six months of training, at L.A. prices, that's a lot of the price he quoted.
  16. 4 p.m. reruns- First (2013)- Jealous Rage Vandalism? -Plaintiff Bryon Richardson suing defendant/former girlfriend Narkyssa Haskel over her breaking his car windshield, and three windshields on his neighbors’ cars also. Plaintiff had bad credit, and defendant co-signed on the lease to help plaintiff out. Plaintiff’s witness isn’t the other girlfriend in his house for the fight, but another woman (she’s his cousin). Plaintiff says they were dating but not exclusive, and defendant didn’t like that. When defendant was texted that there was another woman at defendant’s place, she went over there, while drunk, to confront plaintiff. When defendant arrived, the other woman at plaintiff’s home texted or called plaintiff, and told him to get home. Defendant smashed plaintiff’s windshield, and then smashed three other neighbors’ car windshields. Plaintiff paid for the neighbors’ windshield replacement. Defendant also told the complex security company that she would pay for the windshields, but didn’t. Defendant came to plaintiff’s home, and found him with another woman. Defendant is asked by JJ if she was arrested, and defendant says “No. I left before the police got there”. Windshields added up to $1900, plaintiff gets that. Pool Table Trouble -Plaintiffs Susan and George Maadanian home sellers suing Emil Babadjov and Katrina Delaney /home buyers and defendants, over return of a pool table, or the value, from home sold by plaintiff to defendants. However, house was a short sale, and so the real seller was the bank. Defendant says plaintiffs offered to sell the pool table to defendants. Defendants didn’t want the pool table, and told plaintiffs to get the pool table out of the house before closing. Defendants hired a hauling service to get rid of pool table, and other stuff left behind in the house by plaintiffs. If pool table was so important, plaintiffs should have moved it out before house closing occurred. In the defendants’ place, I would have called the hauling company the second closing happened, which is the buyer’s right. Defendants are counter claiming for cost to change the locks. The only communications were between the two realtors, and not with defendants. The buyer’s realtor supposedly arranged for pool table pickup, but everything was gone. Plaintiffs moved out a year before, and rented for the first six months to renters. (This was in Porter Ranch, CA). Plaintiffs had a year to get the pool table out, but didn’t. Plaintiff wife also says it would cost $800 to get the pool table moved. Plaintiffs have a lot of excuses, but not one reason that they didn’t get the pool table they claim they can’t live without. Plaintiff case dismissed. Second (2013)- Alaskan Husky Custody -Plaintiff Athena Anderson suing defendant/ex-boyfriend Juarez Ordonez for vet bills, Dog-Daycare costs, and return of the dog. Litigants were co-owners of the dog. Judge Judy has dog put in the middle of the room, so he can choose who to go with. Defendant bought another husky for plaintiff, but always had the other husky. Litigants argued and defendant took the Husky in question to his home. Defendant also owes plaintiff $1500, not the $1800 plaintiff claims he owes. Plaintiff will settle for much less if defendant will give Jacob the Husky back to plaintiff. (This is in Hesperia, CA). Defendant says dog lives part time at his parents’ home, but now at defendant’s apartment. Defendant paid for the Husky. Plaintiff filed paperwork for registration of the dog during the two months when the litigants were estranged. Dog has been with defendant and family for three months. Defendant claims plaintiff isn’t allowed by landlord to have animals. However, plaintiff never actually answers JJ, just says the rental her family is in turned into month-to-month. Jacob (the dog) goes over to see plaintiff. My question is that if plaintiff has another Husky, why does she want the other dog? Hopefully, not for breeding and selling puppies. I hope the dog is neutered. Dog goes to see both litigants, and JJ really doesn’t know anything about Huskies. JJ sends litigants out to talk about the dog situation, and see if they can come to an agreement. The decision is defendant gets the dog. However, JJ says if he can’t keep the dog, for some reason then he gives dog to plaintiff. Plaintiff gets her $3500. Stolen Car and Credit Card? -Plaintiff/car owner Tammy Johanneson suing defendant/ex-boyfriend Frederick Price for car value after stealing plaintiff’s car. Plaintiff also says defendant stole her credit card, charged a lot on it, but all charges were reversed. Defendant claims plaintiff let him use the car all of the time. Defendant borrowed car in morning, then on the second time that day, he failed to return her car, and never told her car wasn’t coming back. Defendant claims he got jumped, and car stolen. Plaintiff says in her sworn statement that defendant’s sister told her that he sold the car in Milwaukee for crack. $1025 to plaintiff for car. 5 p.m. reruns- First (2016)- Same Sex Wedding Woes-Plaintiff Maurice Wright suing videographer/defendant Najayah “Fitchy” Burrus for bad wedding video, and wants fee back, and damages. Videographer was only paid $250. Videographer was there from 2 or 3 p.m. to past 1 a.m., covered by the $250. The video is shown, and the preliminaries look good, but the ceremony lighting is terrible, and that part of the video looks awful. I think the groom received $250 worth of video. My personal guess is a videographer to do what the grooms wanted would cost many times $250 The groom actually hired two videographers, the defendant and an assistant, and the assistant never showed up. Defendant blames the dark lighting on the wedding venue, and says the dark video is because the venue had inadequate lighting. Case dismissed. Hit-and-Run Detective-Plaintiff's Ihab Wazir Ali car was hit while his car was parked. From evidence he found, he located the owner of the car, the accident happened in a college parking lot. He’s suing defendant Ken Dukes (by the way his car is a Hyundai Accent, not a Honda Accent) for the reduced price of the car. Plaintiff found license plates at the scene of the hit-and-run, and traced them back to the defendant. Plaintiff sold the car at a reduced price. Defendant claims the license plates were stolen, and put on the same model and color car. The security guard who saw the accident, and called the police said it was the defendant's car model, and color, that did the hit-and-run, and the license plates were found on the scene. I find it amazing that the defendant's license plates were stolen twice, in a short time. Plaintiff had insurance, but was only liability. $3500 for plaintiff. Second (2016)- Social Insecurity-Plaintiff /former tenant Steven Crnogorac suing former landlord/defendant Carole Dillard for false charges, illegal eviction, and property missing. Defendant claims man was a drunk and drug abuser, claims he stole her pills. Plaintiff rented a room from defendant, then she later filed false charges against him for stealing her pills, and property damage. Defendant claims she helped move his stuff to a home across the street, and claims she didn't lock plaintiff out. Plaintiff claims defendant gave him some painkillers, after he broke his rib, and the next morning she called the police and claimed the man stole her pills. Plaintiff came home one evening, there was a lock on the chain link fence gate, and a note from plaintiff telling him he no longer lived there any longer, and that she had gotten rid of his stuff. Defendant is counter suing for cleaning fees, and rent. Plaintiff found out some of his property was at the house across the street, but had nowhere to store the items. Plaintiff will be paid for the false police report, and the court time, $500. Defendant's counter claim dismissed. (Sadly, the plaintiff died in March of 2019). Parked Car Hit and Run-Plaintiff Tya Oden claims her mother's neighbor/defendant Michelle Barren hit her car, and left the scene. Plaintiff was going to the emergency room, and she heard the defendant hit her car, and saw the defendant speeding away. The plaintiff made the police report after the ER trip. Defendant had no insurance (and needs to get her bangs out of her face, they're covering one eye, and a lot of her face, and it's driving me bonkers). Charges were filed against defendant for illegal backing, but ticket was dismissed. As usual, insurance just lapsed, so defendant had two vehicles without insurance, Plaintiff receives $1,069.
  17. Yes, they've had Trouble and Jax for a long time. I'm sure no matter how irritating George's behavior is, that he has a forever home. I agree with Josh, I bet there were no allegies involved with returning George to the breeder, I bet the previous people didn't want to deal with him.
  18. I have another reason for disliking the hillside behind the house, in a bad rainstorm, all of the water will be right next to the back of the house. Depending on the grading, and how the rest of the terrain is, and how water flows on the property, you could have serious problems. ALso, there was no room in back except that patio area, and that awful looking hill. I wouldn't plant flowers, but some kind of ice plant or other ground cover that would be zero maintenance. That mulch and flowers hillside will end up on the patio at the first rain, or if the sprinklers run too long.
  19. There are going to be four episodes, three seem to be at locations we've never toured properties in, outside Beverly Hills, and the metro L.A. area. Maybe they'll do a few episodes at the end of each season from now on. I really liked knowing more about Bobby and Heather, and Josh & Josh. There's a new one next week also, on the 30th. I'm looking forward to it. https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/million-dollar-listings-josh-flagg-dropped-30000-dog-ate-drywall.html/ George the dog, was returned to the breeder, by the people who had him before Josh, supposedly the family was allergic to him. Then Josh Flagg bought him from the breeder, and dog supposedly had a lot of training. I don't see that Flagg sent the dog back, but I could have missed that. However, dog ate the wallboard, baseboard, window sills, and the dog walker dropped George as a client after George bit another dog. He may be from the same breeder, but apparently not the same parents, or he's the naughty child of his family.
  20. I'm watching the Josh and Josh, with Bobby and Heather first episode in Palos Verdes. I love the view. The interactions between the two Joshes is hysterical, and Bobby really adds a lot. I'm sure the 'have to sell' this week is a story line, but I'm having fun. I love the private bus to the house, and the private chef. I love that Bobby Boyd has his own online cooking show. From what I read on the cable guide, this will be episodes set in places we never see on the show.
  21. I loved seeing Izzy's brother Rudy on one of the flips. I hate that the wild prices in L.A. make houses on here very profitable, even houses that I think are too trendy. Takeover Flip where they bought another flipper's abandoned property was OK, except I hated the gold border on all of the shower, and back splash kitchen tiles.
  22. They actually had the sixth and final episode of the Flipping Showdown, or whatever it's called. I hated who they picked as the winner. A big factor was that the homes were judged by improvement in appraised value over the purchase price, and rehab work. One house was appraised way under value, and that knocked my favorites out. So, a couple I didn't like, and disliked their flips won. If this gets turned into a limited series, I'm not watching it. The winner gets a franchise, but I don't know if it's in Atlanta, or my guess, in their home city. I don't think Atlanta flips will translate to where the winners are from. Also, if there's a season two I'm out. The houses were too unequal to be fair, and some needed so much more structural work than others.
  23. It depends on the practice. A large/small animal practice like Pol's has emergency services, because there isn't anything else available. They cover a wide area. However, if you're where there's a small animal emergency clinic, those practices often only refer after hours cases to the emergency clinic, and don't do after hours work. I know some who moonlight doing extra shifts at the emergency clinic too. I've read recently that there are large animal practices that have stopped farm calls, so you either trailer the animal to the clinic, or pay a huge extra fee for a farm call. Or there is another large animal vet that does the emergency farm calls. Some vets don't do on farm calls any longer under any circumstances. There are also places that simply don't have a vet within several hours for large animals. Texas Tech is opening, or might have already, started a vet school with the emphasis on large animals, with other animal care taught, but not the major focus the way other schools do. That may eventually help, but it also will have to get experienced instructors, so some large animal vets may want to work teaching. A large animal practice is expensive to run, and working iwth big animals can be very dangerous too. The hours, emergency calls, farm calls, and the workload at Pol's is brutal. There is also the danger of injuries too. Brenda got nailed in the knee a few years ago, Dr. Pol got a facial boo-boo too, Dr. Emily had some injuries too. I'm sure that there have been other injuries we didn't even hear about. I hate that they work all hours. Falling asleep at the wheel, or having an accident can kill you.
  24. 4 p.m. reruns- First (2013)- Trust Fund Raid -Plaintiff/daughter Abby Jensen suing defendant father James “Jamie” Jensen over her missing trust fund that father raided. Father admits he took the money from daughter’s account, but he claims it was to save money from spendthrift daughter. Trust fund was $4647, started with $1100, set up by defendant’s mother and brother for plaintiff when she turns 21. Defendant was trustee on the account, took the money, and put it in another bank under his name. Paperwork says father/defendant’s name, not Trust Account. JJ tells defendant to put money in the trust, or daughter/plaintiff will file criminal felony charges in five days. Plaintiff gets her $4647 into the trust fund she gets at 21 (she’s 19 now). Defendant says daughter demanded her money, but plaintiff says she didn’t, and knows she has to wait until 21. The other account was a joint father, and daughter account (she was a minor). The plaintiff put the earnings since she was 16 in that account, and when she was no longer a minor she took the money out of that account, and father say some of the money was his. Defendant claims he had a pay check in the closed account, daughter took the money. Daughter wants money for car for college. I would be proud to have a grownup child like the daughter. She’s so hard working, and responsible. Daughter is going to a community college for two years, and she works full time. Plaintiff lives on her own, and works full time now, and is going to college in the fall. Father shows his true personality, criticizing the daughter, and the way she lives. He keeps saying daughter wasn’t the girl he raised, and blaming the bad relationship with her on daughter moving in with her mother. Daughter closed the joint account two years ago, so defendant claim dismissed as too old to pursue. Plus, I would bet so-called father probably blew through the money. JJ tells defendant he has five days to put the trust account money back in the bank, and in a trust account for the daughter, or criminal charges will be filed. $4647 to account, or applied directly to the college for tuition. Furniture Fight -Plaintiff Julia Easley suing defendants/former roommates Amanda Strobridge and (Amanda’s boyfriend) Kole Klentz after they kept her furniture. The three met online, and after that they moved in together into an apartment with a year’s lease. When plaintiff decided to move with a boyfriend, and told defendants’ she was breaking her lease, defendants kept her furniture. Defendants couldn’t afford the lease without a third roommate, so were going to sell the dining room set, a few chairs end table, minor kitchen stuff, DVD player, and other stuff. Then plaintiff’s boyfriend was discharged from the Air Force, and went home without her, so plaintiff stayed at the apartment. Plaintiff gets her furniture back, and is told if she doesn’t pick it up in five days, it’s gone. Defendants are paying $692 lease breaking fee. Plaintiff claims that’s not her money to pay. $692will be paid to defendants, when furniture goes back to plaintiff. Hall-terview is hysterical with plaintiff saying how wonderful she is. Defendants say when the plaintiff met her “Facebook Man” online, she started doing ridiculous stuff, and moved her ‘psycho’ mother in to the apartment. I have to wonder if "Facebook Man" even existed? Or if he was in the Air Force, or honorably discharged? Plaintiff’s mother is in hall-terview too, and denies being psycho. (Hall-terview was the best part of the case). Second (2013)- Smashed Windshield -Plaintiff Chaz Matsuura-Smith suing defendant/plaintiff’s sister ex-boyfriend, and father of plaintiff’s nephew, Gerren Grey over smashing his windshield with a hammer. Defendant claims he didn’t smash the windshield. Plaintiff brought the rock in question to court with him, from Las Vegas. Plaintiff says the litigants were in mediation for a year about this case, which failed. Defendant was also in mediation over visitation and child support over their mutual child. Defendant claims he was secretly meeting his baby mama (plaintiff’s sister), and they were intimate. Plaintiff has text messages from defendant about the windshield. At 4 a.m., defendant claims he went to the plaintiff’s house, with a new found friend from a bar, and the other guy broke the windshield. Car was totaled, but after the windshield was fixed, so plaintiff gets the windshield money. Plaintiff only had liability, so had to pay for the windshield himself. He did receive $8,000 for the car from insurance. $891 to plaintiff. Financial Friendship -Plaintiff Veronica Chacon suing defendant/former friend Mirna Mondragon for unpaid loans to buy a car, and for rent. Defendant needed money for a car down payment, and she asked plaintiff for money from plaintiff’s student loans, and money was a gift. Defendant paid $100 to plaintiff a year later, and no other repayment. Plaintiff had scholarships, and financial aid, plus $1,000 stipend for living expenses. Plaintiff’s husband works full time, and plaintiff worked part time. Car title was in defendant’s name, but plaintiff has possession of the car. Defendant has no drivers license, and didn’t when she had the car. Defendant’s roommate told plaintiff that defendant had tickets on the car, so plaintiff would have to pay the tickets to register the car in her name. Car cost $4,000 when it was purchased. Plaintiff was going to keep car until defendant paid her the loan amount back. Defendant signs the title back to plaintiff, and JJ tells plaintiff to sell the car, and should get $2,000, plus gets $2,000 cash. 5 p.m. reruns- First (2016)- Baseball Bat Rage!-Plaintiff /cousin Jeffery Mobley suing defendant/ cousin Prince Harrison for unpaid rent, damages to their apartment furnishings with a baseball bat. Two cousins leased an apartment together, until the big fight over rent non-payment for one month, and defendant finding out plaintiff was cheating with the defendant's girlfriend. Plaintiff denies having a relationship with defendant’s girlfriend. During the fight, the defendant picked up a baseball bat, and whacked the dining room set, two TVs, and other stuff. Plaintiff gets $4k, for back rent, and damaged property. (Sadly, defendant is drinking enough to have blackouts, and is 50, he looks great for that age, with abusing himself with alcohol like that). Suspicious Sublease?-Plaintiff/landlady Tera Hudson suing former tenant/ defendant Ryan Kohler for non-payment of rent. Plaintiff was friendly with defendant's wife, when couple separated the man moved into the home. Defendant didn't pay last two month’s rent, moved out, sublet to someone else without permission. Rent was $1875. Plus, security deposit. $2400 for plaintiff. What a nothing case. President Obama Dancing!?-Plaintiff Syomone Johnson-Hawkins suing former roommate/defendant Shandrea Grant for unpaid rent and damages. Defendant wasn’t on the original lease, but plaintiff claims she signed the roommate addendum, but defendant claims she never signed the roommate addendum (there is a signed addendum from litigants, including the defendant’s signature).
