  1. I figure Robyn just explained that poorly. I don't think it's like "I'm seeking a divorce from my husband and one of the final steps in the process to make it official is having sex with another man." I think it's like "IF a woman happens to cheat on her husband, the consequence for her is that the seal to her husband is broken."
  2. I'm just watching the wedding specials now because I wasn't very interested. Ysabel looks sooo much like Annie!!
  3. Janelle is one of the top earners in the country for Plexus (MLM). Isn't there a screenshot listing her Plexus revenue (not take home) as $400,000 or something?
  4. Sobbing with relief or sobbing from "my mother built this up as something I should desperately want with all my heart and soul and to thrive on emotional drama like this" ?? Personally I'll never forget the look of hurt and confusion on Dayton's face.
  5. I wonder what Janelle's kids think of David, or if any of them have gotten to know him any. Have any of them said anything about him on social media? With Christine being their "other mom", he's almost like a new "step dad" to them too (even though they are adults, so it's more of an adult to adult relationship than parent-child).
  6. I always thought Nancy kinda did the best she could, considering she was probably told to operate as if leaving polygamy was not something they were going to explore. So all she could really work on was getting them to understand each other better or communicate better. She couldn't address root problems/reality, they weren't there for that.
  7. So we are to believe that when Kody sat at that picnic table and said to Robyn "You made me promise that if I wasn't in love with you anymore we wouldn't stay in it" (paraphrasing), and A WOMAN HE WAS MARRIED TO AT THAT TIME overheard and it didn't occur to her that had anything to do with her lackluster marriage?? Wowsers. Dense.
  8. I think of them ALL as victims of their religion, Kody and Robyn included.
  9. Maybe. She did say on the show it was when Kody didn't care if they ever got a bedroom door put on their bedroom at her house that she knew she was done.
  10. I'm in the camp that doesn't believe the surgery was her final straw. I think her final straw was that Kody stopped having sex with her.
  11. I wholeheartedly disagree. People who sign up to be on a reality tv show are still people and do still have a right to privacy. They have not "signed away their right to privacy". That is a really dangerous way of thinking about celebrity, or anyone.
  12. I think this is one of the instances in Kody's mind when he ranted about how Robyn always got the SCRAPS!!!
  13. I always thought this - this entire family and all its issues exist because Kody wanted his dad and the cool guys at school/church to think he was cool.
  14. Her reception didn't need to be cheap if she hadn't invited 1000 people and filled a stadium.
  15. Real subtle clip of throwing trees in a wood chipper while Meri discusses her marriage lol
  16. I don't know. I suspect Austin wouldn't have a problem taking daughters hunting and fishing. Joy ran with the boys and likes outdoor stuff and he liked that about her.
  17. Agreed. I don't think Robyn loves Kody the way Kody loves Robyn.
  18. I keep thinking about Christine saying something like "Kody should have just sat us down and said 'I've found the love of my life, we're soulmates, and we are going to spend the rest of our lives together' and we should have sorted out what that meant for all of us going forward." I find that fascinating. Maybe they could have dissolved the OG3 marriages at that time and worked out shared custody of the minor kids / scheduling of holidays etc. Who knows. I don't think Janelle would have been ready to split. I think Christine was already well on the way to understanding she didn't have a loving marriage like her monog kids. They (as a group) probably wouldn't have had the emotional intelligence to make it work in any scenario but interesting to imagine if they had dealt with reality at that time instead of dragging out the pretending.
