Ok I am just catching up on old episodes now. WHY the hell would you go into the buy or rent argument in front of your kids??? What the hell do they care??? That entire conversation should have been just "Guys, this house sold. We need to move to another house in two months. We (mom and dad) are going to find the best place we can. We'll make it work." Kids care about like, if they have to switch schools, if they have their own bedroom, what's the yard like. Not rent vs own.
