Jenny tore out the arches around the front door with the truck! I was worried part of the house or roof would come with them.

I love using my kitchen scale w/zeroing button to measure things like butter by weight rather than volume. And if you do it in the mixing bowl, there are no measuring cups to wash! -
Does Disneyland have a separate day for He Gays and Theys or (Boys Gays and Theys)? It is odd that they use "Girls" to refer to girls and women in this day and age.

I thought they tore down the arches outside the front door. If they didn't like those arches, why would they want arches in the bathroom?

I thought she said she adds the pineapple juice to the icing after putting the solids into the cake. -

According to the recipe that ginger90 posted, the "block" is 1 stick (1/4 lb or 8 tablespoons), but in Alberta, the standard "block" of butter is 454g (1 lb or 4-sticks worth). US-style, individual "sticks" are less common and twice the price for the same total volume. My sister in the eastern US routinely buys tiny blocks that are 1/8 lb or half the size of one of Christine's blocks/sticks. But that sure is a huge amount of butter, cream cheese & sugar in that icing! I also hate recipes that have measurements like "1 can" of tomatoes, since many things come in 2-3 different can sizes, and in plygville that includes Janelle's #10s (109 oz, the equivalent of >5 soup cans). -

Have you tried walking with hiking or Nordic poles? They lessen the strain on knees, give arms a bit of a workout, and lessen the chance of slipping on icy surfaces. Without them I often find myself "protecting" my knee by walking differently, with my muscles tensed, on slippery or questionable surfaces. -

Did she filter this photo or has Bryn lost some of her excess pudge? Perhaps they smell Catthew on Garrison. -
Catthew is very cute & lively. I wonder how many pieces he has stolen/hidden from the board games behind him.

I think she may have still been deluded into thinking Robyn was her friend when Meri agreed to the divorce. And she did get her wet bar. Even if he has a will, it could be legally challenged by his 12 illegitimate children - this is done all the time when millionaires & billionaires die. But I doubt Kootie would have assets worth going after once the lawyers are paid. Robyn will be saddled with all of his debts, so the non-Robyns can look forward to that!

He's not that great of a dancer, though he looked like he was enjoying it (and Paloma wasn't that great of a pianist when Sunny videoed her during the early days of Covid). I wonder if they are embarrassed about what their mother puts on TV.
-
In one show in the past couple of years, Kootie said he had no retirement savings. He's 53, so I suspect he'll be hustling for money until the day he drops dead.
-
This must be why Meri & Christine now have to work out of town at sell-a-thons, helping their downliners sell crap so that they, the upline, will get more money.

Merging everyone into one big company could end in disaster if Lily & Billy or Devon & Amanda break up - would they all want to continue working together? Or if a Locke clone swoops in and buys out or sues the pants off the company and nobody has a job in the end. Morons. Devon was correct when he asked if Lily was sure she wanted to do something so big only a month into the job. -

They probably are while working for TLC and selling MLM crap, but Christine's SS payments would be tiny if she only worked and paid premiums for 12-15 yrs of her life. Your Social Security payment is based on your best 35 years of work; 0's are put into the sum for all the years you didn't pay into SS. Christine didn't see any TLC money until she was 38.

One thing people notice is that everything looks bluer after cataract surgery and everything will look yellower with the pre-surgery eye. Also, if you wear glasses and they put a lens in your eye to correct your vision to 20/20, you cannot just pop out one lens and wear your glasses in between surgeries because a lens in or on the eye has a different focal length than glasses at a distance in front of your eye. So what you see with one eye is bigger than what you see with the other eye and your brain cannot merge the two images (unless you don't need glasses now). -
I presume TLC owns all the footage from all the seasons of Sister Wives. One way to jazz up Christine's cooking show would be to invite someone over each week (one of her kids, Mom, aunt, Janelle etc.) to cook something, and then eat their wares while watching selected footage from Sister Wives and commenting on it, like on Pillowtalks from 90DF.

I wonder if Christine or her kids read any of the stuff we posted about Christine's minimal retirement savings. Meri & Robyn (if she makes it to 10 yrs) both will get Kootie's Social Security payments (and any of their own) when he dies and Janelle will get hers because she worked many real jobs in the past, but Christine's two decades of being the unpaid school teacher & nanny for 12 kids had earned her nothing but some food and a roof over her head. That may have sparked her into planning for her future.
