  1. I think the 6-bedroom was originally set at $699,000 and the 5-bedrooms at ~$650,000, based on what Mona told them in ~May. But based on last week's episode, they took several months to get the houses ready to put on the market instead of hiring cleaners, painters, etc. to get them on the market ASAP. It must have been late September or early October when they finally started building the walls, as the market continued to drop.
  2. I predict Janelle gives up in the next episode or two and gets no commission. She was probably planning to write off all her visits to see Axelbrush as realtor expenses, but you have to earn the commission to get tax deductions. But in January 2019 Maddie Brown and Caleb Brush packed up their home and headed for North Carolina. Robyn's house was sold by another realtor & company (Thomas Love) in February 2019 for $603,000, so he must have taken over right after this pathetic Christmas episode. He sold all four houses. One for $575,000 in April, another for $574,900 in June, and the last one for $535,000 in September, more than a year after they moved out. I suspect the Brown financial wizards had borrowed against the original predicted values (in the $650,000-$699,000 range) and made nothing or lost money once all the HOAs, property taxes, utilities, realtor & lawyer fees were paid off.
  3. Maddie never really seemed like a controller to me. She has been more of an avoider - tuned out during family activities, certainly not controlling anything or any one, and a college drop out. She cannot even control herself.

    The tetched are often happy.
  5. Kody was reveling in the news. Axelbrush couldn't care less.
  6. Presumably #thatswhatmylifeis. W is next to E on the keyboard and she doesn't care enough about her followers to proofread.
  7. So Kody designed it according to Robyn's wishes, without even consulting the other wives, who should have had a say in what they wanted. But since it will never get built, it's a moot point.
  8. I wish the article had emphasized that it has nothing to do with her "Republican" views, but with her unprofessional behaviour and constant interruptions. Missy always complains that they don't let her talk, but if you counted the time per episode that each person talks (and over-talks), she'd come out ahead on most episodes. In that episode where Whoopi told her to stop talking, she had been yelling over the others half of the time. And she didn't remain silent for the rest of the show as she said she would.

Maybe buyers complained that the leggings he modelled were stretched out and sweaty.
  10. An animal probably pooped on the floor that one time the "girls" took a vacation and Kody was in charge (and nearly let Truly die of kidney failure). You have to take them outside regularly to do their business, Kodouche.
  11. Dairy brands are typically regional. Canada's dairy cartel probably has rules against adding cheap oils to make spreadables and calling it "butter", since I have only seen tubs of "butter" in the US, not Alberta. (Real) butter in Canada typically comes in 454g blocks rather than 4 "sticks" per package, unless you buy the specialty brands that cost twice as much.
  12. Christine should have said "You're 1/4th of a husband. I need a companion and security 7 days a week."
  13. Janelle called Robyn's joory designing a "hobby", which it is if it never makes money.
  14. look at all the nicks in the door moldings - they must have bashed the hell out of it when moving the furniture in
  15. Especially in the early days when they lived in a trailer.
  16. I believe that cute little puppy is now the leggy blonde dog we saw lounging with Gwen & Ysabel and also Pudge & Sludge in recent IG posts. She doesn't look like a pure bred. Maybe Christine drove 2 hrs to get her for "free" instead of supporting her local shelters. https://www.instagram.com/p/B7cDz09hudQ/
  17. And aiming your twat at the camera while wearing see-through leggings
  18. Janelle, you could learn a thing or two by carefully studying how skinnytaste artfully displays and photographs food. Not a chipped bowl in sight.
  19. I get clodhopper ads on Meri's thread LOL! Luckily I have a 17" laptop and these ads appear at the side or bottom, so I've trained my eyes to focus on the ad-free part of the screen most of the time.
  20. I've gotten tiny house ads too. Cute, but this COL is not climbing up and down from a loft bed in the middle of the night - it was a pain when I had one in college 45 yrs ago. I'll get an apartment condo.
  21. I wonder if he is also a second or third cousin of Robyn, since Aurora looks like both of them.
  22. That may have happened after Janelle gave up and realtor Thomas Love took over the selling of the houses. He even sold Robyn's in February 2019, so Janelle didn't sell any of them and they didn't save a penny on commissions.
  23. She is a draftsperson who normally draws renderings designed by architects, not bozos off the street. Kodouche was swaggering when showing the designs to his bros, but squeakily said "you can make changes" to the wives. Knowing how Meri wanted 5 bedrooms and a wet bar makes one wonder what he was thinking when designing Meri's tiny area with no room for her business.
