  1. He looks like Snidely Whiplash. He can tweak the ends with his fingers when he's been bad.
  2. And Erin asked, You got towels? Tom said, I'm sorry this how you had to find out. #Terrycloth Top that, Tyra.
  3. https://people.com/style/watch-jana-and-jinger-duggar-go-shopping-on-rodeo-drive/ They say it was the boutique in Pretty Woman. Isn't it a sin to be in a store associated with a hooker movie?
  4. First I've heard of it. I imagine they're trying to film on the cheap, and Tom's salary is too much. Who's going to cohost, Alfonso? That's going to be the death of DWTS. It will be a miracle if they can find a host like Tom. Just film a finale with the best celeb dancers and pros and say farewell with dignity.
  5. My mother said Meghan was as mad as a hornet. I said it was because she can't drink and shoot something.
  6. Yes, one of my favorite pairings ever. It seems some people in this group thought Mac was misunderstood, and others thought she was a sourpuss. lol Yes. I never really cared for any of Jill's relationships, but he was good with her.
  7. I shipped them too. I shipped a couple on Guiding Light who were cousins(They stayed cousins unlike Billy and Mac). So I'm in the twisted club. I thought she had breast cancer, but I looked it up and she had ovarian cancer. Lily, her niece, got ovarian cancer too. I had never realized that before. It does run in families. Were the writers really that smart? lol
  8. Mac/Billy/Brittany was a pretty typical storyline I've seen elsewhere. Pure girl, rich boy, scheming girl. Mac had an abusive stepfather. Throw in Romeo and Juliet with a family feud, Jill and Kay.
  9. If it were Kate, Steve would be with her, and she'd have a bikini on to show off the "girls".
  10. The Williams were one of the few middle-class families on the show. The father was a cop, mom was a housewife. Mom cooked even though the dishes didn't sound good.
  11. The PR articles keep coming. Michelle is a happy grandmommy. She does remind us she has a 10 year old. https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-moms/news/michelle-duggar-switches-to-grandma-mode-around-17-grandchildren/
  12. I'm trying to remember them being close, but I can't think of anything. John would've been a more logical choice since Cricket was a Jabot model and John would've have been her stepfather.
  13. https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-moms/news/jessa-duggar-ben-seewald-are-considering-adoption-for-4th-child/ They're talking about adoption. Haven't they done this before? This is just PR for the new season.
  14. But there was a lot of emotions with Vietnam, and although nobody should be abandoned, it happened in real life. There was a similar storyline on As the World Turns. I don't know if they were society. Mary Williams would've wanted a long wedding writeup in the paper like they used to do. The bride wore lace from blah, blah, and satin from blah, blah, and she carried tea roses. Or at least an engagement announcement. I don't remember Vivica A Fox either. Google said she was on there in 1994. Yes, it wasn't that long ago.
  15. There seems to be an anti Fauci thing with Republicans. A Facebook friend called him creepy, and the Texas lieutenant governor is against him. What? He's not telling them what they want to hear? Why did Meghan defend Fox News when they don't want her?
  16. Being shy and having anxiety issues myself, I think they're doing the best they can with Parker. And I don't know if this applies to Hazel, but premature children may have learning issues. She was a preemie and the smallest one. Yes, child birthday parties in the South can be insane. A family member had one for a one year old, and there were around 20 people there. One's friend's husband has heart issues, and a friend had been around with someone with the coronavirus. We didn't go.
  17. I recognized Mari Jo and knew she was involved with Jack, but that's all I can remember. I had to look her up. She tried to kill Victor and kidnapped Christine so she wasn't that bad. lol She was institutionalized. She should come back with Patti. Poor Jack attracts crazy women. She was involved in a story with Keemo(Jack's forgotten son) and his mother.
  18. I thought that's what happened. I read the book a few months ago, and I was pretty sure she started it. I thought it fit Izzy's character because she was spiraling out of control by not feeling like she fit in. Also in the book, they go into the cause of the infertility of the woman in Mia's couple which was MRKH. That's when a woman has no uterus so she can never carry a baby. There are other physical and possible emotional issues for a MRKH woman. I found out about the book through a MRKH support group. I have the condition so I was more sympathetic to the infertile characters. Back then, infertility treatment and surrogacy was pretty new. But I do agree it was not wise to get a young girl off the subway. I think Mia's kidnapping Pearl was comparable to a sperm donor kidnapping his child from a couple where the man was infertile, and the wife had the baby. Both parents should matter.
  19. I wonder if Danny and Traci could've been more without Lauren's influence. I was a teen when this aired and so into it. I got to see Michael Damian at the mall. Yeah, I didn't realize she was a big movie star. I thought she was just some actress who had to play Victor's mother. I didn't care for their reunion then. Even when I was a teen, I didn't care for his stupid orphanage story.
  20. I didn't remember her so I looked her up. She Keith Dennison's daughter and Tricia's sister. Yes, that was the actress. She always struck me as scrappy and ambitious because she came from nothing. The money from the Chancellors couldn't have hurt.
  21. I think they were just updating the audience. Deb has to be a nanny or Adam's mother. I don't know his parents' names.
  22. After seeing a commercial on TLC, I saw where the show is coming out on July 7. It looks like there may be footage after the quarantine at home. That will be exciting. lol
  23. Rex started out as a con man who Jill hired to seduce Kay. He was a homeless bum going by a fake name. I had to google, but his real name was Brian Romalotti.
  24. These Gothard families may do the poor act, but they don't mind buying the latest when they get money from the shows/social media. I noticed the Duggars got new technology and better clothes after they got the show.
