    S04.E10: The Getaway

I can't stand the Genki Girl trope wherein the naive adorkable miss who talks too much is AWKward but everyone loves her. Felicia Day ruined the last 1.5 seasons of Eureka with her Genki schtick as Holly Martin, and the character of Nell on NCIS:LA made me stop watching at the beginning of season two just after she joined the show because I couldn't bear to see her overly-energetic know-it-all-ness on my screen. Mona is this trope toned down a bit, but still super-annoying. I love how almost all the comments on this thread say things like 'too much Mona.' Considering that the powers just added her as a main, it's unfortunate they didn't do a better job of vetting her. I am not worried about the Zari/Nate ship yet. They teased Mick and Amaya before they swerved. Zari is the woman who found Jonah Hex attractive, and Nate, well, he ain't no Jonah Hex! Since last year will likely be the last of LoT, I would like to see Mick have a heroic moment, even a whole episode devoted to him. I would like to see Mona die, and Jonah Hex make at least one more appearance. If we can manage to get Victor Garber to guest for an ep, I want a time jump to Martin Stein's later life, just before the Legends caught up with him. And are we done with Captain Cold? The powers have created a number of awesome characters. I will try to celebrate THAT instead of Moaning about Mona and the Hawks.

    S04.E09: Lucha De Apuestas

I just have to weigh in here. I found this so boring it was excruciating! I never liked Mona and don't care about her story. She was far too cavalier about the Kope getting carried away with violence, like a dog-owner who can't keep the beast under control. (I adore dogs - people, though ...) I don't feel this season's writing has been on par with the last two seasons.

Those drawers on rollers are available at Kohl's if you have one in your area. The one I have holds 36, that is, 6 x 6, so is a bit wider, and each section of 6 is separated so you can hang the k-cups by their edges. If you wanted to store another kind of thing, though, there is no solid bottom that pulls out. Just the rails on which to hang the k-cups. Works perfectly for that. I was trying to watch ITKWD this evening, but he is now on his second thirty minute presentation of a vacuum cleaner. I just can't.

I am getting a kick out of the verbal typos. Stacey had four spurtles in her hand, the sign said four pieces, and I think she called it a five-piece set at least three times. David said he has six new products for tomorrow's DHWD sow, and told us that he "heard" us. Said we loved the show but want more new. He's half right. I don't think anyone loved it.

Shopping Channel Hosts: Sales Prevention Team

Tara's stand-in is her sister, Lisa. The resemblance is familial. I really like DV, however he HAS become a caricature of himself. I wish he would dial back the southern "charm."

    S02.E00: The Miracle of Christmas

I didn't really appreciate the 15 minute denouement. What is up with Lucy's head pain?

I enjoy ITKWD more than the rest of you but the food prices are ridiculous. David is selling 6 pounds of beef for $140 plus tax. Jeez Louise! In other news I ordered the temp-tations framed baker set. It looks beautiful.

    S04.E06: Tender Is The Nate

I was so pleased to be getting rid of Nate, then I came here and learned that his daughter is sick. I didn't want personal tragedy to be the factor that got him gone! I hope his kid is all right. That said, really glad Nate is gone or reduced to cameos. Can Mona please follow him? Part of this ep felt old school LoT, the part with the minotaur. I really liked the show for the first time in several episodes, but the Mona character is unnecessary and grating, and yes, Felicia Day levels of off-putting. I agree with the poster above that we need Gideon in human form on the ship. I think the show, Andromeda, did that with their AI. Plus give me Jonah Hex and I will stop bitching about Mona.

    S04.E05: Tagumo Attacks!!!

Starfish - FD absolutely trashed Eureka from season 4.5 onward. I have no idea why the powers that be think characters like that are awesome. NCIS:LA was pretty good in its first year but in season two they brought in Nell. Nell would not stop chattering, knew how to do Eric's job better than he, and was too perfect for words. I put up with her for about two episodes and couldn't stand it any longer. I hope you are right about Mona being more than she appears. I have no patience for Mary Sues.

    S04.E05: Tagumo Attacks!!!

A little Gary goes a long way but I like him. For now. I am concerned about Mona. I think they are setting her up to be the adorkable Felicia Day character that makes me - and thousands of others - want to throw a brick through the tv.

    S04.E04: Wet Hot American Bummer

Stopping by to defend Ray's hair! I want it as long and lovely as it was in last season's finale. Don't like Ava anyway and she was nigh unbearable in this episode. She totally deserved the prank. Don't like children either, so this episode is a total miss for me, however - Mick and Charlie can bond and can romance or not. What I don't want to see is for Charlie to transfer her attention from Mick to Nate or whoever like Amaya did. Let Mick have a girl bestie! Especially since Ray left Mick for Nate as well. In fact, let me just say the second best part of this ep, besides Mick and Ray'sHair was the absence of Nate. More please. Or is that less please? When they named the Striga I thought they should call Dean and Sam Winchester for help!

    S04.E03: Dancing Queen

Please give us a Mick romance at last! He and Amaya seemed to be heading that way until Nate preempted them. Also, Mona is ok as is, but I hope they don't turn her into some kind of "Sue" who can do no wrong and has abilities far beyond believeable.

    S04.E02: Witch Hunt

I am not looking forward to adding the new folks but I will trust the creators until they let me down.

Just popping by to say I was able to identify where I'd heard Jane Carr's distinctive voice thanks to dkb She was Londo Molari's "favorite" wife, Timov, on Babylon 5.
