I really liked both the challenge and elimination games this episode. Both very creative, tough, and required a combo of brains and brawn to complete. That being said, I'm pissed that Shane is gone and that Camilla won. I'm also pissed that when they finally evened out the teams (how in the hell is the underdogs having a 4 person advantage fair?!?!), they throw the Champions into another elimination right before the final so they could again be disadvantaged? What the hell? This would have been the perfect opportunity to pair the Underdogs against the Champions and force the underdogs to finally earn their spot in the final. Again, a great premise ruined by the morons making this show. SMDH!

Basketball Wives LA - General Discussion
luckyroll3 replied to Peper81's topic in Basketball Wives LA
I can't stand Evelyn or Tami (really any of these chics), but goddamn it if Tami doesn't have a point with regards to Evelyn. Evelyn is trying to use semantics to get around the fact that she slept with a married man. And I don't believe for a second that she's "never" or that he was the only one. She's full of shit and is as idiotic as Phaedra on RHoA if she thinks she's pulling one over on the audience. Ugh, she needs to return to wherever it is she's been. And every time I see Shaunie, I want to throw something at the screen. She continues to bug. I love how she tries to act all above the other ladies, including the ones she considers her close friends. But we all know she's just as trashy, petty, and immature as they are. Just the fact that she's been friends with people like Ev and Tami for so long tells me a lot about who she really is. -
I would accept a $50-100 backpack and use the rest to pay off my mortgage. I can't even believe that people waste that much money on a bag. I have to say that I loved Kandi calling bullshit on everything Porsha and Phaedra had to say. Porsha just dumb and Phaedra has so many lies she's juggling that she's starting to lose track. I'm ready for both of them to be gone.

I'll be adding this too. I bought the one from 2 summer ago and loved almost every single product. And I'm just starting to run out of those. (Also, how am I already up to almost $200 in my basket?!?! Damn sales!)

S09.E20: The Finale - "Chateau She Did That"
luckyroll3 replied to Jamie Satyr's topic in The Real Housewives Of Atlanta
Lol! Words to live and die by. Just scroll on by.... I don't mind Kim so much, although I preferred her old (or 2nd) face. But I know she's full of shit most of the time. Plus I'm still waiting for her to write her self-help book on how to get a sugar daddy and convince him to buy property in your name. -
What in the hell is stranded with a million dollars?

Kandi Burruss: Atlanta's Own Willy Wonka
luckyroll3 replied to radishcake's topic in The Real Housewives Of Atlanta
They didn't even write it! It was that old dude; I believe he was one of Kim's daughter's music instructors or something. Kandi then re-wrote so it wasn't as cheesy as the original. -

Why are their 12 women listed in that description? And really, Evelyn? Ugh! As if Shauni and Tami and Jackie aren't bad enough. What happened to Evelyn's other reality show?? -
Looks like the Mariah/Tanaka relationship is over. Already. Apparently she's tired of supporting his shopping sprees for more clothing with tiger designs.

Oooh, I think this is the palette I wanted but I couldn't remember what it was. Running off to add this to my cart now (my wallet does not thank you!)!

Finally caught the last 2 episodes. Glad Nova won, cause as they said he was the only one who is ready right now, plus he also has great crossover appeal. That being said, I would have been happy if either Deetranada or Roscoe took the competition. Deetranada is fabulous, but she needs to work on her attitude a bit. And Roscoe is so damn adorable and he grew so much during the season. Also, his last performance was fantastic and definitely on par with the other to. I have to say that I really enjoyed this season. I liked that the kids and parents/managers are got along and actually cared about each other. I especially appreciated seeing the adults act like adults. When they had an issue they talked it out and worked through it, and when necessary, sent the kids away so the grown folks could talk. So refreshing for reality TV. I think the main issue was that Supa Peach and her team were lying about who wrote the lyrics.

I second this! I was so pissed when he was all shirtless and that chick stepped right in front of him blocking what would have been a glorious view. Let's also not forget that Haley sacrificed all the werewolves that were in the pack with her and Tyler, people that considered her a trustworthy friend, because of some deal to learn more about her family. I think back to that every time they try to make her the moral center of the Michaelsons.

In the words of Porsha, "Bye ashy!" (cause that will never get old!)

Tamar does the same thing I do whenever I hear a song with Birdman or someone mentions his name to me: make different bird sounds! And Toni needs to stop. You too old to be saying "I'm on fleek" and to be the gangsta girlfriend. She's trying too hard to be cool. You're motherfucking Toni Braxton...no need to prove anything else. But Birdman did know he was coming to dinner, even if he didn't know daddy Braxton would be there, so why was his shirt unbuttoned down down to his navel? Lol at Tracee saying he came in looking like a LeVert!

I've always pronounced it tu-tah, like in "Ta-ta for now". Let the coke-head Kelly eps begin. I still find her to be a righteous bitch during these episodes, but her eyeliner is on point through it all!

I have to say I definitely missed Rhonda this episode, cause you know she would have been right next to Andrew making plans on how best to seduce Nia Long's character to get their way. It also made me reminisce about The Bib.
-
I am so here for Kandi getting all in Andy's ass with his pretend shock. Was the person in the dark blue dress walking Kandi out Shamea? Why is Peter there?!??

I let out a loud, "Oh HELL nah!" when they turned the black girl into a blonde chic. I was ready to fight somebody! Lol! I was definitely one of those kids who fell asleep into my dinner plate because I refused to eat. Not because I was picky, but because my grandmother couldn't cook....she would put sugar (and lots of it) in almost everything. I would take one bite and it was over. I was so disappointed to see Chris Brown in this episode. I wish people would stop giving him jobs.

"This punch smells like Pops room!" LMAO. And Coach Dad! So many chuckle worth moments.

Beauty FAILS: Disappointing Products or Brands
luckyroll3 replied to Petunia13's topic in Beauty & Fashion
I actually love this! But I use it differently. Usually at the end of the week (or coming up on 2 weeks from the last time I washed my hair), I'll slather this on and throw my hair in a tight bun. Then 1-3 days later when I wash my hair, my curls are so silky and moisturized. I got a travel size in one of my beauty boxes and ended up purchasing the full size. -
I plan on getting a couple of the Bite Lip Pencils and some hair care stuff. There's also an eye palette I wanted to get, but for the life of me, I can't remember which one it was.
-
Nice! I have a bunch of things sitting in my basket cause I've been too broke (I recently moved) to purchase anything. But never too broke to buy makeup on a discount! :-D
-
I doubt they had a well thought out plan. This premise had so much potential and the majorly fucked it up by not having underdogs challenge the champions for their spots. I'm so annoyed by this season cause it could have been so much better.
-
Oh yeah. She definitely still sucks as an actress. When I saw the trailer for this new season I was excited, then I saw Sarah and was like, "this bitch.....still ruining shit!" If they keep her to a minimum, I'll be good.
-
Sarah gained some common sense since the last time we saw her. I was impressed.
