I loved when they said it's not like eating cat food, where the label makes you think: well, maybe. I think it is the tablecloth, dinnerware, cutlery, candelabras, and a cat with a cloth napkin tied around it's neck on the label that make you think it might be OK this one time. Everyone enjoys a fancy feast.

I spent way too much time thinking about eating a can of dog food. I wouldn't want to eat it cold or hot, I think I would want it slightly warm, just above room temperature (and there better be gravy!).

I think HarryHuman did something in New York that made him hide out in Colorado. That something will probably come to Colorado looking for him and AlienHarry will have to deal with it.

S01.E01: New World Order
AnimeMania replied to formerlyfreedom's topic in The Falcon And The Winter Soldier
Here is another downvote for Captaint America. I didn't like that Bucky kinda lied when the girl asked why he always wore gloves. He should have given her a little heads up that something might be a little different there if their relationship should go forward. It is better to let her imagine tons of horrible things which is usually worst than what is actually going on, just to get her mindspace in a more receptive mood if he ever decides to show her. Sam should be able to open some doors to get the catering a ton of new business, just from offering to make an appearance. Sam could even start making deliveries, "30 seconds or less". The opening sequence was amazing. I had to question how they restocked the bad guys after Sam took out the first wave or how all the bad guys weren't sliced into cold cuts by Sam's wings after getting 6 feet from the door after jumping out of the plane. Being a person who knows the names and "maybe powers" of all the Marvel Superheroes and little else. I feel I should whisper that I thought WandaVision's sitcoms were boring and their action sequences were mediocre. It seems that if you weren't that interested in or knew about the characters, or trying to solve the mystery, there wasn't much for you. The Falcon And The Winter Soldier is typical Marvel movie action brought to television and I can't find any downsides to that. I give high marks for Episode 1. -
I have a different belief about this situation, which may or may not happen, so I will put it in a spoiler so as not to ruin it for those people if this does occur in a future episode.

Two Sentence Horror Stories - General Discussion
AnimeMania replied to AnimeMania's topic in Two Sentence Horror Stories
Attend #WarnerMediaRISE https://rise.warnermedia.com/ The Warner Media RISE event goes live March 16-18 at 11 am Eastern Standard Time. Day 3 (March 18): Culture in Motion 2:30PM ET | 50 MIN STAGE 13 PRESENTS: 'TWO SENTENCE HORROR STORIES': USING HORROR TO ADDRESS SOCIETAL ISSUES Season 2 of Stage 13’s critically-acclaimed psychological horror anthology series 'Two Sentence Horror Stories' is currently airing on The CW. Featuring a different sub-genre of horror in each episode, the series subverts classic horror tropes by centering everyday people and diverse perspectives, tapping into universal primal fears while tackling provocative social and cultural issues that exist within our modern society. The New York Times has said the series’ “roster of writers, directors, and characters is more diverse than you’ll find in just about any other broadcast-network show.” Our panel of writers, directors, and executives, will dive into how horror is used to address societal issues such as school shootings, medical neglect, inhumane warehouse conditions, and drug addiction. It will also discuss how the series, which began as a short form digital series in 2017, has consistently prioritized diversity in front of and behind the camera, and continues that tradition as season 3 is currently being written. Vera Miao, Creator and Executive Producer Chase Joynt, Director, “Elliot” Kimani Ray Smith, Director, “Bag Man” & “Manifest Destiny” Melody Cooper, Writer, “Ibeji” & “Quota” Elaine Chin, SVP, Scripted Content, Stage 13 Moderator: Crystal Ro, Senior Editor, Buzzfeed All content featured within the WarnerMedia Rise experience will be made available to the public until March 20. Addition: The video of the panel is already available, go to "Content on Demand" and go down to the "Stage 13" section. There is also a scary background "Two Sentence Horror Stories" pic in the "Digital Drops" section. -
Walker may or may not know that Trevor is up to no good since Trevor slipped up and called him Duke when he was contemplating shooting Walker in the back, but decided to hand him the gun instead. I wonder what really happened between Walker and Trevor's mother?

I thought it was weird that Destiny had a picture of the "new" Lightning, instead of the "old" Lightning when she put the hit out. It would have been funny if Destiny had told Ishmael to start by killing the "old" Lightning first before killing any of the other mutants. -
Deputy Liv believes in aliens, she watches Ancient Aliens and has a crush on Giorgio Tsoukalos. I was wondering why D'arcy never anchored her rope when climbing so that if she fell she wouldn't fall that far. I am surprised that they had water, alcohol, but didn't have any food to get their strength back, HarryAlien really likes food.

Jodan's Occular Ejaculation hit a X-Kryptonite crystal turning Tag into a X-K Mutoid. Once Morgan Edge drills Lana Lang and all the X-Kryptonite crystal from the mine, he will be done with Smallville. After doing his "Super Slow Clap"/"Thunderous Applause", Clark thinks "I know a guy who would be green with envy after seeing that move". The coach says they have to start playing with their heads so the team goes out and throws a raging kegger. The boys run up to Clark "What did you do with Tag?" Clark says "He was a alien, so I threw him into space". Who had the bigger hangover, Lana or her daughter. The X-K Mutoids probably need something from Edge is order to retain their mutant abilities. So they remain loyal.

I was sort of annoyed that the helicopter somehow spotted Batwoman in the first place. Like what possibly drew its attention to where Our Heroes were and how did Our Heroes possibly shake them? I suppose there has to be some suspension of belief that in 2021 a police force that has access to a helicopter at a minimum and that anybody rich enough who has access to Arrowverse-style satellites or other technology/powers could not determine exactly where the Batmobile goes on its many journeys. Was that helicopter from the Crows or the Gotham police force? I don't remember if they have ever shown what the Gotham police force is like? Maybe the Gotham police force are very pro-Batman/Batwoman. When they realized that these guys were helping Batwoman and not hurting her, they backed off. I think helicopters are mainly used to observe and not for shooting at suspects.

I really had no idea that Wilford knew so much and participated so much in the designing and building of Snowpiercer. It really seems like they need both Wilford and Melanie to survive in the "New World". It would be nice it the train thought about surviving "long term" rather than only their short term benefits. I guess more of "real life" creeping into the story. I still don't understand why Wilford's Luxury Railroad Car Suite isn't somewhere on Snowpiercer. Where was Wilford supposed to have lived if the train hadn't left him behind. I thought that would have been the first place he would have wanted to visit if he ever got onto Snowpiercer. Where is he going to live now that he is back? Where is the car where they were supposed to hold the large orgies, the "Caligula Car"? Does anybody else feel that Snowpiercer's hallways are really narrow. I would think that people would have taken to visiting/living in the bottom of the train for privacy and ease of movement. There has to be a ton of empty space down there, although it might be a little cold. I bet L J is very happy Wilford is back, maybe these next 2 episodes will be heavy with her story line (There must be some reason they are keeping L J around).
