Two Sentence Horror Stories - General Discussion
AnimeMania replied to AnimeMania's topic in Two Sentence Horror Stories
‘Queen Sugar’s Lisa Morales Set As Showrunner Of Season 3 Of The CW’s ‘Two Sentence Horror Stories’ Queen Sugar writer and producer Lisa Morales is joining the anthology horror series for its third season as showrunner and exec producer. The series originated as a five-episode short-form digital series 2SH on go90 in October 2017 before moving to CW Seed in October 2018. That led to the full-length version, which launched on The CW in August 2019 and the second ten-part series just ended on February 16. -
I thought Anti-Freeze Frozie was stupid to put her good hand out the porthole. I prefer to be able to wipe my own arse, feed myself, etc. I would have put my frozen nub out of the porthole.

Ocean is growing psychedelic mushrooms and mixing it with Scarecrow's fear toxin to make the drug SnakeBite. I am not even sure if Ocean remembers what a Desert Rose is.

How did they make a female clone of Scrooge McDuck? How did Della fall out of the plane, she was in the pilot seat?

How long ago did Finola's father die? I know they found him washed up in the water, but he was in pretty rough shape when they exhumed the body. I don't like that they keep finding large hunks of debris that continue to function without any power source. All the debris looks the same, a bunch of flat metal plates that somehow maintain their original shape even when there is nothing holding them in that shape. If the spaceship is built out of one shape and size piece, that interlocks, that piece they show seems to be too large to be functional (in my opinion). There doesn't seem to be a lot of variation/differentiation in the debris they find in terms of look. It is a shame that all the people they released seemed to be from modern times, no animals were trapped, maybe a dinosaur or two. The field should have been filled with new scientific discoveries.

If it is not already there, you should add that information to all the websites that list what music is played on each TV show episode.

Interesting, because Alice said she had to go change before she could go meet the "Queen".

I am pretty sure that shirt was James', Rebecca had a white shirt with a scalloped collar, it also had blood on it. James was given all of the clothes to burn, but he kept one, which I think was his own (but who really knows). I am not sure that only Ben died that night or who might have killed him, now that we know that Fabio and Matheus were around and haven't been shown in the present day. Rebecca stole the DNA database. It seems like even when people meet their perfect match they still can't really be happy or monogamous. There are other factors to being happy in life than being in love, once you find love you kind of assume that is done and neglect it by putting more focus on those other factors that will also make you happy. Maybe Fabio saw his brother was miserable and just stopped by to get his brother a "vacation booty call, pick me up", the same way Rebecca did.

Sounds like the perfect match to me, the cop falls in love with a person you have to beat with a phone book before they will give you an honest answer.

Set in Victorian London, the series follows a gang of troubled street teens who are manipulated into solving crimes for the sinister Doctor Watson and his mysterious business partner, the elusive Sherlock Holmes. As the crimes take on a horrifying supernatural edge and a dark power emerges, it'll be up to the Irregulars to come together to save not only London but the entire world. On Netflix March 26 This has already been approved for a 2nd Season. They are all extremely old, I always pictured them as little kids.

The Nevarro News: The Mandalorian in the Media
AnimeMania replied to formerlyfreedom's topic in The Mandalorian
Mandalorian's Cara Dune Funko Pop! Has Been Cancelled If you see any, buy as many as you can afford, this is going to be a hot collector's item. -
The premise of this show is very similar to one on AMC called "Soulmates". This show focuses more on the company and the science which the other show "Soulmates" gives short shrift. "Soulmates" portrays the struggles that their matched clients go through. In a way the two shows compliment each other. The fact that people who share the same genes would be attracted to each other seems to suggest that inbreeding might occur. Both shows seem to milk the concept that each person seems to only have one soulmate/perfect match. It is amazing to me that that person would be compatible in age to you if the selection process is based solely on their genetics. I would probably be happy with a 90 to 100% match if it gave you more choices about who you might end up with. I would be happy to knock off a percentage point or two if it meant that the person had an education, nice house, good job, and a fat bank account compared to my "living in their car" perfect match. I guess I should comment about the show. It is a crime thriller, I would have preferred a more lighthearted tone when a story is about true love. Missing are the testimonials from couples in love interspersed throughout each episode. Since the story line is dark, you are never sure if the true love claims are real. It seems like the the story is moving too fast, around one year from the death of Nick, Rebecca Webb is one of the richest women in London and her company "The One" is one of the largest in the world with around a million successful matches from all around the world, it just doesn't happen that fast. The story isn't helped by the fact that I don't like Rebecca Webb, before, after, or during the time that Rebecca was in love.

They showed when Walker took his Ranger Exam that Walker is good with horses even though it didn't show in the exam and an excellent driver, I am not sure if his wife is teaching him how to drive or just how to drive a stick.

AnimeMania replied to Meredith Quill's topic in The Flight Attendant
‘The Flight Attendant’ Season 2 Eyes 2022 Landing On HBO Max The second season of The Flight Attendant will probably be debuting in the spring 2022. The writers have just recently gathered to pen Cassie's journey as a sober flight attendant working for the CIA. -
I thought Geri knew a lot because she was there with Cordell's wife when she was killed. I was surprised that she doesn't know more about the incident. Maybe they separated to distribute the food to more locations, so that she wasn't quite there-there.

New episodes (Season 3, 12 episodes) dropped, the opening title group shot changes and relates to what was happening in the cold open, so don't skip it. This is an extremely sexual and violent animated comedy that will limit it's appeal.

I was surprised that it was him playing the alien, it could save so much time if he let someone else do that part.
