  1. Star Trek: Picard May Be Filming Seasons 2 & 3 Back-to-Back
  2. The behind the screens from HBO Max this time was the confrontation of Massen and Amalia and the scene where everybody is translating Mary's song. They mention that Massen's house is Knebworth House in Hertfordshire England. My favorite scene this episode was when Bonfire Annie was bad mouthing Amalia while sitting in her chair saying that Amalia was not that tough, but when Annie thought that Amalia was walking through the door, she immediately jumps out of Amaila's seat, but it wasn't Amalia. I wonder if Amaila and Maladie are aliens that were originally on the spaceship from episode 1? They probably have to find that glowing blue thing they are digging up in the mines.
  3. Once I saw the girl's brother, I knew he was the killer.
  4. Aired all eight episodes in the UK on Sky on April 30th. I believe this will also be streaming in the U.S. on Peacock starting May 13th. (There is not a lot of information.) Set 150 years in the future, when all of Earth’s nations have united into a single authority known as the Commonworld, and a new element has enabled Earth’s people to escape ecological collapse and colonize other planets via intergalactic travel. We follow a group of female fugitives searching for freedom and uncovering long-buried lies. The series tells the story of fearless young cop and galactic pilot, Ash Harper (Savannah Steyn), who has her glittering career ripped away from her after being wrongly convicted of a treasonous crime and exiled to a distant prison colony. But on the way there, Ash’s fellow convicts stage a mutiny and seize control of their prison transfer ship. With the flight crew dead, mob leader Tula Quik (Sharon Duncan-Brewster), is intent on reaching the free world – Arcadia – with her gang; and Ash is the only pilot who can get them there. Ash is forced to join them on the run towards a distant galaxy and an uncertain future. From the fringes of outer space to the depths of human emotion, Intergalactic is a drama set in space, but with its feet firmly on the ground. The show includes Eleanor Tomlinson (Poldark), Sharon Duncan-Brewster (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Sex Education), Natasha O’Keeffe (Peaky Blinders, Misfits), Savannah Steyn (The Tunnel, Wannabe), Oliver Coopersmith (Tin Star), Imogen Daines (Black Mirror), new comer Diany Samba-Bandza (Jack Ryan), Parminder Nagra (Bend It Like Beckham, ER) and Craig Parkinson (Line of Duty).
  5. That Damn Michael Che is a sketch comedy series streaming on HBO Max, all six episodes will be available on Thursday, May 6. Che uses sketches and vignettes “to illustrate what it feels like to experience various every-day situations including racial profiling, unemployment, falling in love,” and more. Cecily Strong, Heidi Gardner, Ellen Cleghorne, Omari Hardwick, Geoffrey Owens, Godfrey, Billy Porter, and Method Man also lend their talents as well as Che's co-anchor, Colin Jost.
  6. Girls5eva streaming on Peacock May 6 and all eight episodes will be released on that date. When a one-hit-wonder girl group from the 90’s gets sampled by a young rapper, its members reunite to give their pop star dreams one more shot. They may be grown women balancing spouses, kids, jobs, debt, aging parents, and shoulder pain, but can‘t they also be Girls5eva? The series stars Grammy® Award-winner and Tony® and Emmy® Award-nominated singer Sara Bareilles, Grammy and Tony Award-winning actress and singer Renée Elise Goldsberry, Emmy® winning “Saturday Night Live” mainstay and comedy icon Paula Pell, New York Times Best-Selling author, actor, activist, writer and host Busy Philipps and Ashley Park (Emily in Paris). Meredith Scardino serves as creator and executive producer for the series. 20. I would think the Viltrumites would want to keep everyone on Earth alive since they can successfully breed with the Viltrumites to produce offspring with at least (80%?) of a Viltrumite's powers. The Viltrumites need soldiers to keep expanding their empire and there is probably about a billion breeding age women on Earth. The Viltrumites have probably spread themselves a little too thin and the universe might start to take them out one Viltrumite at a time. Mark kick Amber to the curb, she is a flake.

  22. Based on the erotic short stories of Anaïs Nin, the six-part limited series Little Birds premieres Sunday, June 6 on Starz. "Little Birds" follows New York heiress Lucy Savage (Juno Temple) fresh off the transatlantic steamer and ready for love and marriage in exotic climes. But when her husband Hugo (Hugh Skinner) does not receive her in the way she expected, she spins off into the surprising, diverse and degenerate world of Tangier in 1955. Period drama about an ingénue abroad this is not. Instead, "Little Birds" is a modern tale of a woman losing and then finding herself down a mesmerizing rabbit hole. What Lucy discovers is a world in flux, a country quivering on the cusp of independence, populated by a myriad of characters including a provocative dominatrix, Cherifa Lamor (Yumna Marwan) who particularly captures Lucy's imagination. "Little Birds" is a bold and subversive re-invention of melodramafor our times that takes the audience on a witty, moving and provocative journey towards freedom and independence.
