95, 84 and 15 are all major traffic jams between Fairfield and West Hartford. Use to drive that and it's not great. Actually, just went back and rewatched last night's episode. That gown was deep navy blue not black. Everything that she wore in that scene were in different hues of navy blue.

I swear that HH must put out a casting net for the most bizarre couples that they can find. He acted like an immature idiot - climbing and jumping over everything. She wasn't much better. The only thing that I give her credit for was wanting a basement because of tornadoes. Thought that calling the room with all the mechanicals a shelter was a stretch. Tornado doesn't make a distinction about sparing the middle of a home when its blowing up everything in its way.

His commute is going to be a killer in the mornings and evenings with that house. Woodbridge is on the I-95 corridor and it always has backed up traffic no matter what time of day and it's really the only house that is in the DC area surround. Use to be considered out in the sticks, but the pent demand for affordable housing now has made it a somewhat suburb of DC.

After watching the newest Florida couple being featured on HH; I now know why I never became a realtor. Would absolutely go crazy working with people like this. Wish the realtors that they feature would stop calling the living room a sitting area and the family room the living room. Also can't understand why couples would even want to designate a room downstairs for the kids play area - that's why they have their bedrooms.

I so/so on the skier's lower level rec room. Thought their boys will outgrown that climbing pretty fast and then you have to redo that space. Hopefully the slope in their back yard drains really well, with having the inside steps being so much lower than outside ground level could lead to serious water in the basement.
