  1. Involving this...this trick in the show is clearly a thinly veiled attempt by Bravo to inject some nastiness/drama into a franchise which should have been euthanized several years ago. mv
  2. I think the word "ultimatum" automatically puts it/him in a negative connotation, but actually, it's a discussion about their future, done while contemplating marriage. It's what every couple should do, and damn few actually do. A 5-yr old would know that the marriage would likely be doomed if she stayed on the show, commuting between Chicago and New York (and beyond). Bravo television doesn't exactly have a great record for healthy marriages. The advice offered from the likes of Sawyna, Ramona, and Luann would be immeasurably helpful wouldn't it? Edited to add: I am fully aware that my sentence structure resembles that of ^said 5-yr old. It's too screwed up to fix.
  3. This observation from the ^real estate photos. Notice the distance from the dining table to the fireplace in the two photos. Don't you just love photographic trickery?
  4. My favorite so far. Note - How soon before we read that Taylor is suing these meme creators?
  5. William Luce, 'Belle of Amherst' and 'Barrymore' Playwright, Dies at 88 william-luce-dead-belle-amherst-barrymore-playwright-was-88
  6. I'll stick to my notion that Riley (Rhylee, Rilhee, Rielie or whatever cutesy spelling she uses) was brought into the mix to stir up mess. It's what was needed and what she does. I'm beginning to think that nothing spontaneous happens on this show.
  7. I don't mind Chelsea, though I admit that she doesn't offer a whole lot of content. Her Instagram is mostly filled with shots of surfing in Costa Rica, which is clearly where she most wants to be. I don't know when the show films (seems like we've seen both summer and winter stories), but if during cold weather, I could see her taking a pass. Not sure how she would support herself and her many adventures, plus the new house without the show, but I don't know anything about her life, so... Naomi and her über-distressed denim, I could do without and not miss a beat.
  8. Well yes, but they are also people who had to prove their skills to be chosen for this tremendous opportunity. Dozens or hundreds were beat out and sent home, so they had better be prepared for some serious soul-crushing criticism. If they can't take it, they should learn coding or something.
  9. If I may respectfully disagree, just a bit. I believe that initiative can be trained in, but it needs to start well before one enters the workforce. My father was a professional salesperson, and I believe that his stories and teachings, examples of integrity, etc. were paramount in forming my own habits and philosophy in my sales career. So many businesses seem unwilling to train, especially in the customer service arena. I believe that the corporate mindset has concluded that it is too expensive to train folks who will likely leave their employ, so they just don't do it. The evidence is everywhere. ymmv
  10. Two per day for a year, plus four extra just in case she didn't get to a tampon in time, duh. 😉🙄
  11. I expected she would die, and Hen would foster/adopt her son. Could still happen I suppose.
  12. I'm basing my opinion on the footage of him in her first season or two. I stopped watching OC before she had the twins. Perhaps there was footage I didn't see that would change my mind, but for now, nah.
  13. Initially, I was concerned about JLH's inclusion in the show, as I've always found her roles/acting to be sappy and overly dramatic. After the first few episodes I was pleased that her part was at least moderately interesting. I'm now back to finding her to be annoying and sappy again. If not for her relationship with Chim, I would be wishing her character to vaporize.
  14. Am I the only one who thinks Jim only wants shared custody to "stick it" to Meghan? He clearly was, at the least, apathetic about having more kids. Not saying he doesn't love his children, but I have no problem believing that he thinks of them as a nuisance better dealt with by nannies and baby mamas.
  15. I'm a tad uncomfortable with the highly produced aspect of this proposal, but maybe this is how the uber rich roll. I wouldn't know, lol.
  16. Pretty schmaltzy, but proposals often are I guess. This looks overly produced. Eh, results are the same I guess. Bigger isn't always better. That honker doesn't even sit on her finger well. Oh well, she loves it I'm sure. It's a beaut!
  17. “The reason I chose YouTube was really for me to have the ability to control the message and work by my own rules. because no one in traditional television production, outside of Bravo, knew who the f*ck I was." Ftfy Caroline.
