I love that they stood their ground and refused to dress alike. 😄

S18.E06: There Is Only One You
SuprSuprElevated replied to ElectricBoogaloo's topic in Project Runway
To the poster that shared the link/s about the guest judge, Mr. Garcia, thank you! I really, like the designs that were featured for his Monse line. I found this one ... interesting and sort of eerily familiar, perhaps a worker bee/conservative version of a Victoria original. -

Artistic license. Varsity jacket/school/education. A graduation gown and mortarboard may have been a little too difficult to market to the masses. That is it exactly. -

Bethenny Frankel: Skinny Girl

For those who are Bethenny starved, HSN has a SkinnyGirl schmatta as their daily special today. It's amazing(-ly 2015)! Unsure if The Mogul will appear in-person at any point in the day. -

Okay, this is a miss for me on many levels, not the least of which is the fact that this is a 55-yr old woman. This seems better suited to a much younger woman, if anyone at all. The multi-tiered ruffles just ... no. -

I prefer mine roasted, served with a soy/honey/butter glaze. -
From the link: "Each week, two episodes will debut and the winning look of each episode will be available for purchase (each look will go for under $100) immediately after the show on Amazon in 200 territories where the series will be available." I'll be short and sweet, as it appears that the show/competition will begin on March 27th, and finish on April 24. I'm not much of a streamer, so this takes some getting used to. p.s.: This site has some info about the competing designers: thefutoncritic

I look forward to ignoring it with great vigor and glee. -

Leave it to the thirst trap to weigh in. I'm not sure I believe that a reconciliation is in play. This has all the earmarks of Bravo pre-premiere media manipulation. Dunno when the premiere is, but yeah. ashley-jacobs-wishes-thomas-ravenel-kathryn-dennis-the-best

If we're measuring success in $$, it's Madonna by a mile. I didn't even notice that. Can you be had more than once, lol?

I don't have firsthand knowledge of the dining/bar biz either, but seems like one is either madly successful or just eeking out a living. Randy Gerber (Cindy Crawford's husband) has made a fortune in owning several places, and I know there are restauranteurs in Chicago, New York and elsewhere that do well. It is hard to imagine how they could support that lifestyle, yet be competitive in a very busy area. Ken was wealthy before Lisa married him so, I guess they've invested well.
