I know nothing about pnd, but my husband is constantly bothered by a runny nose due to oxygen use. His MD has suggested regular use of nasal gel (suggests to liberally line the nostrils) and saline spray, to rehydrate the nasal passages which the O2 dries out. The runny nose is causd by the mucus membrane trying to compensate for the constant flow of air drying it out.

DH is Italian, and he enjoys Olive Garden, not because it's authentic like his mama made (I never found her cooking to be all that, lol), but because he just likes it. I don't imagine anyone thinks they've clicked their heels and stepped into Tuscany or Calabria when they dine at OG. I too have eaten at local, "authentic" Italian restaurants and been left to wonder what was so great about it.

To edit the above - Site runs on user contributions. ^^This is the site where I learned that I got wholly ripped off (at least I'm 90% certain of it) by a repair tech, who charged me $200+ to replace the electronic console on my dishwasher. When the same glitch happened a year or so later, I went to ^this site only to find out that it probably just needed a reboot. I reset the breaker and voila! Fixed. I was POd, but it was a valuable leson, teaching me to do even a minimal amount of homework before picking up the phone and laying out money.
