I really enjoyed just seeing the family together. It made me think of so many shows. Frisco and Felicia looking after Robin, Anna and Robin always hugging and kissing, feeling like Tristan and Finola were really her parents. Somebody must have been chopping onions in my house cause there were these tears..... I didn't get my wish. ALL I wanted was a one minute bumping into of Laura and Robert with a hug and a 'hello Luv".!

GH History Lessons: Because History is Always Repeating Itself
TessHarding2 replied to Stinger97's topic in General Hospital
I went nuts when Felicia cut off her hair but Frisco seemed to have enough for both of them at the time. I loved the long hair and beard. I will always feel that Jason Quartermaine should have had his brain issue for one year after it happened with personality change - and then recovered and changed back into JQ. Someone (maybe Monica)? had a fantasy about that. I'd love to find that. He'd be the head of the hospital now and he could have affairs with the nurses and doctors. Like a real soap! -
Annual Year-End Best and Worst of GH: What Rocked? What Stunk?
TessHarding2 replied to yowsah1's topic in General Hospital
I loved Fonduke. I remember that I actually felt excitement when Ian Buchanan came back on. I had no idea about it and glad I didn't know. I usually watch the classic stuff, but I'm going to watch me some Fonduke this week. And good ole Faison. -
Annual Year-End Best and Worst of GH: What Rocked? What Stunk?

I can't make your well thought out lists because I'm not watching. I can't watch Laura be tell Mama everything. I'm a lifelong Luke Spencer fan. As far as I'm concerned Guza started his slow, embarrassing death in 2005 and it continued for 10 years. When that skeletal corpse was propped up in the chair, I knew it was all over for real. So I'll just say Best Actress and Best Actor - Finola and Tristan, and I'll happily live in the past. -
I don't know where to put this and I know I'm late to the party, but Tristan Rogers is going back to YR next week. Double duty is more work for him and he always seems to want to work a lot - but I don't think he was on YR for many months, and now, right after an always highly anticipated visit to GH, he now gets time on YR? He should be Robert Scorpio, Anna is there and that police dept is weak. Give the man a good murder to solve. And Laura's there. Let those two hug after 30 years. They did a good job together on YR.

S01.E01: Jill and Jessa Counting On: A New Chapter
TessHarding2 replied to frenchtoast's topic in Counting On
I haven't been reading here for a few weeks and I didn't know that the Jessa and Jill show was episodic, I thought it was just one show talking about what happened. So TLC gave them a full show. Anything goes, huh? Just make the money. -
Sorry if this was mentioned before. Now I know why new Paul Hornsby looked familiar. He was the guy on Seinfeld who called both Elaine and the ugly baby "breathtaking".

I've been watching it on Dailymotion. Just type in General Hospital and look for the most recent date.

Then can they undo Duke and Silas McBain? After the new writers started they didn't have to stick to whatever the story was - no one dies on this show anymore, so much so it's a joke so get 'em back so I'll have more people to watch. Also, if anyone can tell me what Nina and Franco BALDWIN (that Carlivati fuck) do - I just don't care. Waste of a paycheck, no?

PREACH IT! It was like when you're so thirsty on a hot day and you gulp that first sip of water.

These weren't put into playlists so pay attention to the dates. https://youtu.be/b7cpLd9fEEM https://youtu.be/SNQBAeaH-RU' https://youtu.be/7n6CAfswQzs https://youtu.be/53kOHov0nt4 https://youtu.be/pYAOPGSd-SM Then the GH Rick Lesley channel picks it up with full episodes and follows the post murder investigation. Watch the playlist from the date below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=06ZpFFUQlwo&list=PLAbSANZ00Hpqmaqoozr1CpsCqLwP9nRWC&index=30

Oh no. Well, thank you for that info. Why should anything about this show give me happiness?

I think I've watched a few shows (all with fast fowarding) since Tony left. Last week I caught Nurse Webber and Private Eye Morgan have a good bitch out. I enjoyed that. I will be thrilled to become re-invested when Robert returns and god willing stays. I'm hoping he shakes things up with Anna and Laura. He was always good with Tracy. I love Genie but I cannot watch Laura become Audrey Hardy, giving support, sage advice or being a busy body Mom. For me, there's no reason for her to be there without romance or Jonathan Jackson! Sorry, I really came here to ask a question if somebody doesn't mind....Since the new writers have started - do all the Metro Court guests now live in a real home? Is Laura living with Nik?

I've been watching the Diana Taylor murder for the past week. A few each night. There are clips from episodes as well as full episodes of the show. I love everything said above. Bert Ramsey was so great too. My favorite is the Susan Moore murder because Robert turns it out. That man could work a crime scene. I love to watch the old shows when there's a full blown storyline - a beginning, middle and end.

Was it really necessary to kill of Constance Towers? She's going strong. Still diabolically delicious despite the drivel they gave her in the last few years. I'm sitting here waiting for Robert. What they've done to Anna is another crime. I also can't wait for Robert and Laura to see each other. At least give me that. It's been more than 30 years since they've been on together.

I miss my Josie Girl. I really do. She was the whole show for me. Well, Michelle and her Minnie Mouse voice too. I couldn't pick out any of the other kids in a lineup, but I lit up when Josie was on. I wanted to watch her grow. I miss her whacky antics. Collecting all that laundry and pushing the carts around, too much. She has a zest for life. I loved when she just got on her bike and rode off. Good for you, Josie. I think her birth hardship gave her an extra helping of living and loving life without sweating the small stuff. Maybe by the time she's grown her life can be different.

If they cancel Duggars that means all Duggars to me. Jill, Jessa and their dull spouses are Boring & Boring Incorporated. May they all go and lead quiet lives. I will miss Josie.

The Lonely Js Club: James, Jackson & Johannah
TessHarding2 replied to SpaghettiTuesdays's topic in Counting On
I am very happy that I won't be seeing Marjorie the frightening 40 year old. They look like mother and son to me, I don't really know why. She scared me from start. -
Don't we know it!

I'd like to see Jana romanced by a grown man, not a man-child. Like early 30's (not that a lot of men are mature at that age, but it's better than a 19 year old guy). Some one with real life experience who would open her up to living outside of that metal box. I think she's so incredibly beautiful. She may have some depression too. She always looks like she could use some true joy. -
This reminds me of what Guza did to Holly when she made one of her returns about 10 years ago, the virus in the water supply - and now with running scams with Ethan. Holly, born into a con artist family and the perfect hostess. Come on. She should have been left alone and in tact. She mothered Robin when Anna and Robert were faux killed. The character had a good heart and good nature. I'm of the school that characters rarely do things out of character unless the dopey writer can't think of anything else or they want to kill them off. Case in point, Dr. Tony Jones. What Guza did to him, I can't even put it into words.

Out of all of the shit show ideas that they've done with the classic vets, I've put this out of my mind. It does not exist. Never happened. Did Scott and Heather "do it" in 1965 cause Franco sure don't look in his early 30's. I can't imagine a more pointless, aimless character. It's too bad that Roger Howarth has all that contract time because he's got range. I never watched OLTL but I went back to see what Todd Manning was like.

I liked McBain with Sam and then, yeah, Silas (same guy to me). I knew they had career history but I hadn't seen Port Charles the soap so I went back and watched some. I was surprised I bought into vampire stuff on Port Charles, but I liked it. Genie and JJ's last scene, 1999. https://youtu.be/zPW2jf7hQ1M
