  1. I just started to watch and I won't read comments till I'm done - but I'm peeing in my pants because of Liam! I get the feeling she's going to call rape on Bill or just say it with her eyes. The writers don't know how to write a complete story with any kind of depth, but this one has some good moments. Well that was some high drama!
  2. Not that these writers would know or care, but Felicia had lots of horny sex with Luke, so maybe Felicia and Mac won't be at Laura and Kevin's wedding. Laura and Felicia had major bitch fight jealousy scenes when you didn't see women on GH claw for their man. On AMC, but not GH. I'm home today and I love coming back to watch when I'm completely clueless as to any story line. I see SB is back. He's too old to be still looking like he's from a 90's boy band. Alexis hair same, check. Sam in a stretchy cold shoulder top, check. Ava, well, I'll never understand her purpose on the show. Britney is there again? And they still kept Olbrecht on. It's all so odd to me.
  3. Who thinks Steffy will continue crying until New Year's Eve? Puzzling as to why Jax is on B&B (that's a GH thing). LOL.
  4. Thanks! Steffy 2010. I ask myself why ruin a good look? This is when she really looked like Taylor, her tv Mom. I wonder if HT inspired the "work" that was done?
  5. I remember Steffy and Bill stuff but not enough for it to make much difference. Looking at clips from 2009 and 2010, I see they were called "Still". Did they go al the way? I don't remember that, this must have been the first time. It's still the most incestuous show on television. If they tire of a Liam story, they could do a triangle of passion with Brooke, Bill and Steffy.
  6. I wish I had been watching during the juicy years of Stephanie and Brooke, but I have had some good laughs since 2006, today's show being one of them. But for me, nothing has come close to the utter enjoyment of Oliver doing Brooke against the wall at a party both wearing masks. "Uh, I swear I thought it was you, Ridge"! (Ron Moss RIdge). Oliver's realizing "Omg, I fucked yer Mom, Hope". Anyway, I'm looking forward to the outrage that's to come from all the characters.
  7. In light of today's Hollywood, I'm calling out Bill as a predator/groomer.
  8. I've only been watching since 2009 and that's because Jack Wagner was on. Then I got it into it, and began to enjoy some good Brooke screw ups and always loved watching Stephanie do anything. I have watched some old shows on YT with Stephanie & Brooke's fights, Brooke, Ridge, Taylor etc. I recently watched some old Sheila to see what the fuss was about, but the Sheila thing is falling flat. She used to be a very attractive, sophisticated and handsome woman, but now she looks very middle aged with no glamour. Frumpy I'd say. I look forward to Bill, and Steffy getting it on but my feeling is that these writers can't find the drama they are looking for. Sheila? Who cares? There's nothing there. And why is Quinn so upset her son is in bed with Katie? She was jealous of Katie for one day. They never even explored Quinn's potential psychosis. The show sure has changed since the days of Lesley Ann Down. And they really stuffed down and packed away the hatred between Rick and Ridge. Well, I don't even think of that guy as Ridge. I miss Frankenstein Ridge ;-)
  9. OMG, I was just coming here to say that. It's very fashion-y to have different wigs every day, but they've never given Steffy a remotely good wig. This particular one is plopped on her head with barely an adjustment. You'd think Bill would have a touch, just a touch of gray hair for a wee bit of realism.
  10. The Spencers. When scenes were 10 minutes long without a commercial or a scene change. Compelling. I can't take my eyes off of them. One of the few retcon preposterous stories that I didn't mind because it was well written and well acted.
  11. How many times can I scream at the producer in my head, bring back Scorpio for Anna! Romance or not, they are interesting and crackle. Grandma and Grandpa Spy. They just let Tristan sit around and it's a waste.
  12. Thanks. Interesting character to bring on I suppose. Now can they just make a widdle adjustment and have Heather and Scotty NOT be his parents. I'd return to watching if they brought back crazy VM, Brenda back.
  13. Do the parents teach the boys and the girls about marital sex? If they learn the rules from the Bible, what does that really teach them? Or do they get married and have no clue what to do and figure it out together? Would a married sister ever talk to an engaged sister about what they might do or expect on their wedding night?
  14. Yep, not buying the Sheila stuff either. Enough with the Alexis and Crystal Carrington fights, they are stupid. I never saw Sheila on the older shows but I watched some scenes on YT. I see she was an attractive, handsome woman. No humor, but seemed intelligent. She was hard and feminine, now she's a man and it doesn't work for me. They'll beat her story into the ground like they always do. I'd be up for a big Bill and Brooke scandal. I miss Brooke screwing up.
  15. Am just catching up here - the address you wrote above for Ramona is the one I was referring to where my old friend lives. It has Eli Zabar's gourmet shop on the building's corner. If anyone knows how Tinsley can do $7000 per month please tell me. Does she get monthly dividends and from where or from whom? I remember when Cher was living in a NYC hotel for nine months while her apartment was being gut renovated. She had moved to NYC so Chaz could go to Performing Arts High School. But she's Cher with millions and has always earned a living. Does Tinsley have millions?
  16. Carole's apartment is on King Street which is "SOuth of HOuston" street so it's technically SoHo by location, but it's mostly referred to as the West Village if you're basically walking around the area. Yorkville is closer to the East River than it is to Park and Fifth Avenues which is thought of as older money etc. Yorkville is a regular neighborhood with kids, schools, neighborhood shopping, markets etc. The closer you are to Fifth, Park and Madison, you have to walk to Yorkville to get to a supermarket. Sonja lives a few blocks south of Tom's building. His building is very tall, hence the big view, but his building is average. I've been in Ramona's building which is plain, nothing fancy, but the apartments are huge. I had a friend there who got her apartment in a divorce. It's not that common to have enormous rooms like that. FYI - during her marriage she gained about 100 lbs and her husband left. But she got this great apartment! Good riddance to him. All the Upper East Side women can be at each other's house in two minutes by taxi. Jill Zarin lives in a building above Bed Bath and Beyond near the 59th Street bridge with big views, about five blocks from Sonja. I saw Bobby in the store deciding on shower accessories a few years ago. I don't know where Bethanny lives now, but her former apartment was definitely in the very heart of happening Soho. I wonder how she does walking on the many cobblestone streets in her Louboutins. My favorite knowing where they live is Gloria Steinem (who lives in Lenox Hill - around Madison Ave and 73rd street). Much better than those bimbos!
  17. Unrelated to the reunion - I saw Jill Zarin today. This must be my 4th time seeing her around the city. She looks natural and has a pretty face. Her face is small and thin (meaning she wasn't all plumped up). She looks young, like 40 with good skin, (and I'm her age). She's slender with long, slender legs. Of course her voice could slice ice, but that's all I got. I saw her in the same place that I saw Carole about a year ago. They're all into decorating.
  18. I saw it last week for a few minutes and had no idea why Vernajean from Welcome Back Kotter was on the show. That's where John Travolta got his start. I'm glad Kin Shriner is getting fan support for his 40 years.
  19. Bless you and dear Debbie for this. Don't root for love too much, root for ratings! On a serious, no snark note - Luann appeared (to me) to have it together. She always looked pulled together, no visible plastic surgery or fake hair, a great figure and good taste. There are single men her age that will date their age as she found it Tom, but that guy was affair material, not husband. That's why I thought it was all for ratings. She didn't need to marry a slimy, short, bald guy with a tiny apartment without a view. It was all beneath her. She lived better when she was solo.
  20. I stopped watching for about 8 years, not including Genie or Scorpio returns. It was from end of 2002 till 2010. I stopped when L&L were done, Genie was gone, Luke was too out of sorts and they changed Lucky's so what was I doing there? I went back because I wondered what Luke was up to. So it's 7 years since I went back and I can't remember one story line, other than FonDuke, the vets returning and L&L on the screen together with nothing to do. How about they get back Brenda and try it once again.... lol
  21. I'm not going to live in the past and start a rant in the wrong thread about Dr. Tony Jones and how he was shafted in every way. Great doctor, great brother, great father. A character type that every soap needs, solid yet interesting. Remember how Robin used to boss around Jason around the time Michael was an infant? She had the cropped hair and oh she could whip.
  22. Ha ha. Steve Burton is the definition of square from what I've seen. What I honestly thought was great was the two Q brothers together. They looked alike, the ages were right and they had brotherly chemistry. Having them both sleep with Carly was soap gold. This is more than I've ever thought about JM in my entire GH watching history.
