  1. Well, he didn't do NOTHING. He got Anna pregnant. That was his full-time job.
  2. The dogs of the world are grateful that Mullet is no longer on TV. Hopefully, the dogs' hearing can recover.
  3. Not all seizures are the "unconscious and flailing" type. Carlin is for sure a dingbat, IMO. So are most of the Bateses.
  4. Do we really have to bring up the cat abuse? It's really upsetting to some people. It's almost as bad, for me, as reading about the stuff Smuggar downloaded.
  5. You'd think that while she's filtering the hell out of her face, she'd pay some attention to her Lee Press-On-looking nails. Honestly, those are about the tackiest not-ridiculously-long acrylics I've ever seen.
  6. Everybody got confused by his name and thought he belonged with the Duggars.
  7. I have a feeling Ofsmuggar would take care of that herself. Show up on time, work hard, don't leave early, don't proselytize? That's for commoners! Assuming she managed to get hired anywhere with her lack of education and work history. Also assuming her job was not a pity offering from the kind of people who did the Duggars' laundry and gave them love offerings while Jim Bob blew $250K on vanity.
  8. And it has to be before they apply or attend. In other words, they can't say "we lived here for three years fifteen years ago" and be entitled to in-state tuition.
  9. It's $15,000 per year, but there are many loopholes -- they could claim half came from Smuggar, half from Anna, and so on, even if it came from a joint account; and thus give way more than that amount. It's a moot point because common sense says the money didn't come from Smuggar himself. If it existed at all.
  10. Adult porn and Ashley Madison accounts aren't illegal; thus, his admissions of those actions can't be held against him in court.
  11. That question was mostly meant to stay on topic. But I do hope Anna and the M kids get counseling. Even if you leave out the why, their father is going to prison. That's a tough thing for any kid to deal with (I speak from unfortunate experience).
  12. "We have a Jason?" @hathorlive, is there a way for the judge to order counseling for the M kids and their mother?
  13. "Significant financial contributions" = a couple of bucks, once. Because he was guilted into it.
  14. She's not a princess -- she's a duchess. I think she managed to avoid being hospitalized with the second and third kids, although of course she has staff to take care of her at home. Topic: I hope Abbie is not having a hard time and that John is a good husband. I really do hope he's a good husband!
  15. I skimmed it. It's bad. I don't want to talk about it again.
  16. Duggar is "...a profoundly hardworking man committed with every grain in his body to his family, his faith, and to helping those around him at any cost." CACKLE. Who the fuck do they think they're kidding? Please excuse my language.
  17. I can't imagine Smuggar being anything less than smug. I've been looking on Reddit but haven't found anything of note yet.
  18. We also have no way of knowing whether Jessa knew what Smuggar was doing; therefore, we have no way of knowing whether she was enabling him.
  19. I hope Bobby Randy Travis Smith makes good money and has decent insurance. I also hope they don't mind being crowded.
  20. I dislike "Middle of Nowhere," although I like the idea of it. I think it's the overdone southern accents and stereotypes of southern people that bother me. We're not all racist redneck hicks with hardcore Tara accents. The only people I know who sound like that do it on purpose. It's always fun to watch Benton out of his comfort zone, though. Remember the Halloween episode where he does a handstand to amuse the pediatric patients?
  21. After Anthony Edwards left, it also became more and more about the characters' lives outside the ER (especially Abby's) rather than the medicine and patients. It started to be more like a soap opera than ER. Most of the out-of-the-hospital episodes were deeply boring. I think the exceptions are Anthony Edwards's final episodes, the one in California with AE and George Clooney, and "There Are No Angels Here." (That might be because I have a crush on Eamonn Walker.)
  22. Esther's wearing a lot of spackle even in the bathtub. She'll fit in well with her sisters-in-law, with their hair done and full faces of makeup even in labor. She still needs to work on the open-mouthed airhead look look of "surprise" that Carlin does so well. Nathan creeps me out. I don't know why, but he does. I can hardly stand to see his photo. We hope so, anyway! You never know with attention-whoring fundies. It might be either a full swimming burqa or nothing at all.
