  1. My problem is that they're all lightweights when it comes to acting. Kim and Brianna seem like good fun and apparently have become solid friends (just like the Js) so it will be a fun set for everyone.... but I've never felt any on-screen chemistry. (Still, that's a problem with almost all hour long dramas on TV today. Either too wooden or too overwrought.) They found chemistry gold when they cast Jensen and Jared. Anyway, I hope I'm proven wrong and it's a fantastic success. I never seek to see people fail. But I wouldn't personally be laying down bets. However in light of recent movements in terms of more women in film both behind and in front of the camera the climate is kinda perfect... so maybe they're making a brilliant move at the best of times. I will give it a go.... but watching Claire, her hair, and the rest of them "saving" Sam and Dean will probably make me gag a bit. When's the first episode? Next October?
  2. I don't know how to attach tweets of the videos but everyone must've seen them on Twitter. Jensen's in the same denim shirt. He looks gorgeous
  3. There's a bunch of interviews on Twitter of Jensen talking about his beer and which Supernatural character would drink which favour of beer. He looks delicious.
  4. I wonder how Jensen (and Dean for that matter) will deal with reaching the big four-oh in 2018.
  5. Life isn't easy. It's hard. But no one seems to have coping skills anymore. Take a pill, shoot up and forget everything. Same thing with dealing with pain. I had surgery, I was given medication for pain. I took as directed until prescription finished and that was that. It's not so much that they're addicts, it's that they don't want to face real life.
  6. I don't think Powers That Be should ever be allowed out in public to talk to media or whatever. And the JENSON spelling has my claws coming out. People commented right away why didn't she fix it?
  7. Of course I want the show to go on forever. However, the Js deciding they don't want to continue puts a lot of guilt on their shoulders as they would be putting friends out of work. OTOH failing ratings is not a good end to an epic show either. I don't want Supernatural to go out with a whimper. I'd rather TPTB made the decision - "season 14 will be the final season" (for example)
  8. I don't like beer. I don't like the taste, I don't like the smell, I don't like the gassy, But it would be great if Danneel opened a winery next door with similar amenities. I'd be all over that. LOL.
  9. To me it was no big deal. I'd have done the same thing under the circumstance and if I had a clue about how a gun works. Dean went darker than dark when he saw mother alive in that iron maiden thingy. He was furious with himself for not having faith like his brother. For not believing mother could still be alive and for giving up on her so readily. Giving up is not Dean's MO. His facial expression from the moment he learns mother is alive to holding a gun to that girl's head is one of panic and fury. Got to save mother! No time to waste! Dean is all action and to hell with consequence when it involves family. I, too, hope it's forgotten and I hope they never do it again as it has upset the fandom no end.
  10. A friend suggested maybe she blocked someone's tweet to which my name was attached so I got blocked too. I'm not bothered about being blocked, just intrigued why when I don't know her from a hole in the wall ? Anyway glad to know she's a supporter of Jensen. I often think there's this huge Supernatural thing going on (hit show, sold out conventions, etc.) and the wide world of media entertainment has no clue, they're too busy with the kardashians.
  11. I'm kind of hoping KN's career takes off, although I cannot in a million years visualize her in Little Women. Which sister is she playing? I don't remember a morose moody one pulling a face all the time. She's just not very good IMO. The other girls (minus Patience actress) are far better IMO. But her name will carry some weight for the first couple of episodes, then I hope we focus on the other girls and she dies or wanders off or something. I do like Kim and Brianna. Hope they get some lighter moments and it's not all angst all the time.
  12. I have no idea who this cadlymac person is - but she seemed to be someone linked to Jensen so I thought I'd follow her on twitter and I got this response - You are blocked from following @cadlymack and viewing @cadlymack's Tweets. Why is she blocking everyone? Or am I the only one? I don't really care, but it's weird.
  13. We have a whole set of different people writing Dean. Jensen keeps him on track.
  14. Hopefully there will be other promos. This one's more like an ad for hair products.
  15. Judging by recent pix at his brewery I'm thinking Jensen's New Year Resolution was to look even more beautifully handsome than ever!!!
  16. I enjoyed this episode although I think we needed more about the woman so we could connect with her. The dogs seemed relentless but fairly easy to conquer for an intelligent human population. Were we supposed to believe an apocalypse began because of marauding mechanical dogs? One thing about Black Mirror episodes - technology apparently will always work brilliantly and reliably in the future!!
  17. I pity the cameramen (and women) on this show and Intervention. Hope they get danger money. My 600 pound life always begins with the morbidly obese blob being washed or showering, and the cameraman (or woman) has to be there filming it all. Ugh! And on Intervention they're in filthy, dangerous rat infested places watching wild and crazy addicts shoot up god knows what into their veins. Yeah, I hope these camera guys get paid well and have excellent insurance. They'd much rather be filming a soap opera I'm sure.
  18. Well, thank goodness Sam and Dean have the Waywards to save them from the mean dinosaurs. What is happening to my show? ::sob:: Hark! Is that the death knell I hear tolling?
  19. The most terrifying aspect of this and other similar episodes is the scary notion of someone being able to remove my consciousness from my body and placing it wherever and it still works. Being aware and responsive yet not having a body to control, being in a stuffed toy or whatever... it's claustrophobic and scary. Ugh! I'm glad I won't live long enough to be in a future where this is possible. The one thing we have all for ourselves is our thoughts. The idea of them being open and available to others brings me out in a terrified sweat.
  20. If Sam dies first (and it takes) and if Dean continues to hunt - well, he's going to be one reckless impulsive hunter not caring if he lives or dies. He has literally shown us he will die for Sam over and over again. Dad did a real number on his young son. I think my take on Dean is much different to everyone else's. But that's fine. Jensen gives us all something to grab onto and embrace but for me his performance rarely attempts to smooth the rough edges of this iconic character. Which I admire. Great discussions, guys! :)
  21. I want to go to Dripping Springs and I don't even like beer. I wish them enormous success with this undertaking.
  22. I've left a comment. Hope everyone does. It's a a major omission :(
  23. Hunting is in his blood. I don't see him walking away ever. He's been through worse. Sam dying (for good) would be the only reason he'd stop and I'm scared to think what he would become. Probably a drunken recluse. The show ending with Dean's death and Sam continuing on alone would be terrible. There'd be rioting in the streets. I'd be rioting anyway. I want them both going down fighting.
