Sorry, if I missed this in any other comments, but do we think that Prometheus went after Curtis specifically when he was with Paul because Evelyn told him that Curtis hadn't told his husband in order to break up the marriage and cause him more pain?

You know, considering everything they've thrown at Felicity and how little comfort she's received, it actually wouldn't be crazy for her 5B arc to be her turning evil. (I know it'll never happen.) I really hope her 5B arc isn't her mourning Mayo. It does seem like it could be the start-up that she and Curtis pretended to be working on? I haven't watched SA's FB video. Does he mention anything else about 5B other than truths/lie? (Hey, maybe we can get a scene between Felicity and Thea with actual dialogue during the boys' only road trip!)

Yeah, if anyone's alone right now, it's Felicity. The woman whose boyfriend was just killed. Not the guy who has a team of people backing him and comforting him instead of her.

Oh thank god. I wasn't a fan of Laurel, but she deserved better than that.

The Olicity flashback was cute. But are you honestly telling me that Oliver kills Felicity's boyfriend, then goes to the reporter and hooks up with her? Seriously?! Is Arrow trying to make me not want Oliver and Felicity together? (Also mad that it took until the end of the scene for Thea to go hug Felicity.) Well, at least it looks like we'll get movement in Diggle's storyline. He should've known that was a trap. Be smarter, Diggle. So BS Laurel is a genius because she somehow got into the lair after they just changed the codes? Why do they even have any security for that place?

Well, obviously what we need to do is pay attention to the guest cast for the episode and then Google every single one of them.

Crazy theory that would never be true: Maybe back in S1, something happened and Oliver was split into two people. (Magic, you know?) Prometheus is Evil Oliver, who has been plotting all this time/sitting back because Oliver has been doing a pretty good job of ruining his own life. But he's finally had enough.

Someone asked SA on FB how surprised we'll be after this episode, on a scale from 1 to 10, and SA answered "10. Feels like a 10." The only way I'd be that surprised is if Diggle or Thea is Prometheus. Or maybe if the writers acknowledge everything they've done wrong for every character in 5A thus far. All while addressing everything else they need to in the 42 minute episode. ETA: They'd also have to explain how Diggle could be Prometheus even though he was overseas at the beginning of the season and then in prison. And I think I still wouldn't be at a 10 on the surprised scale.

I'm most curious about the pacing of this episode. Once Curtis is attacked, I expect Team Arrow to be hitting the ground running. So are they really going to just stop at some point to deal with getting rid of the LIs? I expect if there's a Felicity/Mayo break up, it's going to be a quick couple of lines, perhaps even while they're looking into whatever they find according to the synopsis (sort of like Felicity/Ray in s3). Or he'll turn out to be evil/killed off and they won't even have to deal with a breakup, it'll just be, of course that relationship is over.

At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if they have Oliver thank the reporter for writing a story on him now that the month is (should be?) up. "Well, you did give me a month..." I went back and watched the trailer - is the shot of the reporter in that from the holiday party? I couldn't tell. I think it is.

I just hope that there's no calling Susan his girlfriend in that scene. There's been enough of that already. I would also love it if someone commented on what a bad idea it is for the mayor to have a reporter - who has spoken out against him in the past - as his date. Where's Thea being judgmental when we need her? Too bad Lance is in rehab and can't be by her side to join her. Watch them have Mayo step forward to "save" Felicity from any awkwardness.

He's probably finding out that Prometheus attacked Curtis. I'd actually be confused if he didn't look mad, especially since, out of the recruits, he's known Curtis the longest.

I just posted the video in SPOILERS ONLY. And I'm guessing that hospital scene is them visiting Curtis.

It's the Inside the episode video that the CW just released. And they put the reporter in a red dress. I may start preparing myself for her using a red pen to lead into the S1 Olicity flashback.

From the Inside video, it does look like we're going to get the Oliver/Mayo meet at the holiday party. And that after Oliver gives his speech, both Felicity and Susan head for Oliver. Oh gag me.

I'm just happy Paul's still alive at the end of that clip. So either Felicity's at the party and makes some sort of comment that calls Curtis' cover into question with Paul because he didn't bother to fill her in, or she's not there and someone else who is says something?

Yeah, but Prometheus can leave him be for the moment. He's not going anywhere until the writers decide they need him for something.

I think that Curtis gets hurt early on (hence why he's not with Oliver, Diggle and WD confronting Prometheus/Evelyn - but where's Rory? Just out of the shot?), probably the image of him on the ground is the last thing we see before the ARROW title card. We don't see Curtis' photo on the board, do we? We can only assume he's one of the ones in the second row that we don't see ... I think Lance is crossed out because he's in rehab and out of play at the moment.

Isn't the rumor that BS breaks out at the end of The Flash 310 anyway? And with the way that the midseason premieres look to be scheduled, The Flash is back before Arrow in 2017.

SA's tweet that "Oliver (redacted)(redacted)" makes me wonder if the entire purpose of Mayo was so that Oliver could "Kill Bill(y)."

Yeah, there's no way that promo isn't a misdirect unless they're planning to completely ruin Oliver's character by having him "fall in love" with the reporter who just screwed over his sister and is likely planning to screw him over in the future. I'm hoping there's a reason we seem to know nothing about what's going on with Thea in in tonight's episode except for that photo on Prometheus' board, especially since we just had those great brother/sister moments in the 100th. Maybe police cameras around the city? *cough* Mayo's access *cough* No, it's more likely that won't be explained whatsoever and that they're going to pretend Prometheus having those photos out of all the photos he could have makes complete sense.

"I am sorry," from Oliver to Felicity, would be nice.

Well, we're also assuming that Felicity's in the "meet" scene. She may not be... Crazy theory that will never happen: Mayo's working for Prometheus, goes to Oliver and tells him that his boss has Felicity, but he doesn't know where. Oliver kills Mayo, hence SA's comments at SDCC - the EPs told him, "yes, Felicity's getting a BF, but don't worry, you get to kill him."

I feel bad if someone has actually really been waiting for this and it's just a comedic, "Hi, nice to meet you," from Oliver, and Mayo saying, "Uh, we met. Remember?" And Oliver going, "uh, right, that was me, not a guy wearing a me mask. Oh, and sure, nice to meet my ex-fiancee's new boyfriend (not that she'll call you that) I want to put an arrow in."

Has anyone tried to figure out if Malone's name is an anagram for a name that holds significance from S1? Or Susan's?
