So Reality Steve tweeted out the potential new bachelor. I’ll put it in spoilers but if it is true it may the first season I pass on.

I’ve only watched the first two episodes but I’m sold. When Limbro Island was shown, I howled. The women are growing on me as they get to know each other more. And I’m glad I’m married because my picker is off. I thought for sure the first Fboy was ‘nice’ guy. The only one I don’t like for sure is Bitcoin Garrett. I hope he gets voted off soon.

This season is kind of boring and I hate how they dress Katie (her outfit with Greg was so not flattering) but I am loving the camaraderie between the rest of the men. They all seem to respect the premise of the show while also respecting each other. Like when they were all discussing the importance of the one on one, each made their point on why they should get it but they also vocalized why someone else would deserve it. Also I loved the snippet of them all laughing at each other during the Art date. I’m glad the show is showing that because drama and tears and men beating their chests are boring. Team Andrew for the Bachelor! Greg’s eyes only lit up when the ‘rain’ started and he could practice his rom-com movie audition.

100% . The producers are so gung ho on having a ‘villain’. They’ll craft it from any narrative. Did I think that Hunter was kind of a jerk in the last episode? Yeah. He was being selfish with the time at the RC. However if he really digs Katie and wants to spend more time with her to see if they are compatible for an engagement then what actually is wrong with that? This whole episode was full of Frankenbites and bad editing.

My BIL is from Cork, Ireland and this made me laugh. He has a great disdain for “the Dubs” and Bono is practically a swear word for him. I teared up with the winner today as well.

That was Juan Pablo’s season and Lucy aka the Free Spirit did it. I think it was Andi who balked at it. It was for a charity shoot for a dog rescue. super unpopular opinion but I like Blake. I think he’s sincere and they have obvious chemistry. I also find him cute.

My Marvel loving nerd of a husband literally pushed up his glasses and “well actually” the Rogers question. As I’ve been informed Steve Rogers is not the alter ego of Captain America. Only one super hero has an alter ego and that’s Superman. (It’s been a long work from home and I still love him)

Katie just posted on her IG stories three things that I found more interesting than the whole Thomas debate (I agreed with both Tre and Andrew S FWIW) 1. Pic of her and Justin batting a volleyball around ‘blowing off steam’ 2. pic of her and Hunter celebrating his one year sobriety anniversary. She said she drank sparkling cider that night to honor him. 3. A pic of her and James drinking tea because he was born in London. I know that the show crafts their storylines for drama but honestly it gets boring. I’d much rather see playful moments between the lead and the men and get to know the personalities of the contestants. Being sober for a year especially doing so in a pandemic is amazing! I’d like to hear more about that. When did James move to the states and what were the circumstances behind that? Why is she comfortable blowing off steam with Justin? Instead we get 90 minutes of Thomas bashing because he dared to say Voldemort’s name.

Same. I muddle through it but it’s so time consuming and I worry about viruses. He never acknowledges it either and gets defensive when people bring it up in his reader’s email section too. 🤨

I’m not as fussed if they met before the show than I thought. I’m a wrong reason watcher but I’d also like to see an actual romance come out if it. Especially after the last seasons (minus Tayisha and Zac’s season)

I saw Kara mouth ‘Chubby’ when the picture of the dragon was shown so I knew she was the hustler at that point. It was one of those involuntary reactions that people (maybe just me) do when they see a picture of their pets. And wow did the long hair guy go from ok to jerk super quick.

Is anyone watching the new season? I find the majority of the new cast to be super artificial more so than the last cast. They all seem like they are playing a role. However I did binge 3 episodes so I’m not sure what that says about me. 😂
