  1. I like Cheesedick's mom. Seems like she's trying.
  2. I feel for Ari being a new mom, but I still don't like her.
  3. @RealReality Heather's Insta is a treasure trove of information...
  4. You just admitted that you like each other. The next logical step is to: A) get to know each other B) spend some time together outside of your vacation resort C) go on a date D) get married
  5. Because there's at least 4 people on the show that I'd like to kill but, realistically, only 2 I could probably get away with.
  6. This is kind of hard to watch. Chase and Ryan look like they can barely stand to be in the room with the rest of them. I agree that the engagement and everything was fake, but I think Whitney really did have a crush on Chase-in the same way that she seems to love every guy who gives her attention, even the ones who are paid. I wonder if she was just hoping that he'd fake it til he felt it.
  7. That, too, but he certainly tests my patience, my attention, and my give a damn.
  8. I thought they were converting the garage for Miley, but last night it looked like an attic room... Shawn's house is definitely an Air B&B. It became much clearer last night. Why didn't Dylan parole to his family's house? It was apparently his idea to be on the show. Maybe he thought being paroled with Heather would cinch his chances of being cast. Jessica in that dress? No, honey. Just no. I like Kristiann, but am not otherwise thrilled by the Dances with Meth portion of the show. John tests me. I already like Tara Belle more than Flappy.
  9. I've been thinking about this...By the time people like India made it into DOS they'd already been indoctrinated into NXIVM for several years. Part of that was literally teaching them to ignore their intuition and to reframe their feelings of trepidation and fear. By "fixing" the disintegrations" through EMs they were teaching these women that any warning signals they already possessed were wrong and holding them back. The whole thing is pretty fucked up. In one of Keith's videos he's actually telling women (and men, too, I guess) that "love" is ONLY felt through pain. IMO he did this as a setup so that he could treat his harem however he wanted and then convince them that the worse they felt, the more they were actually being loved. Jesus.
  10. Yep. The only way she can continue to stay is if she leaves and then returns to restart the 90 days. She still wouldn't be able to work, though. Sumit's dad said that he would legally stop the marriage. Would an elopement in India be legal? Could it be contested?
  11. Avi is automatically a US citizen because his mother is. (I came within a hair of delivering Babydrama1 in England). She just has to fill out the paperwork at the embassy and pay a fee. There's usually not more than a 24 hour wait, though the passport may take time (and may not). My kids have dual citizenship with England. It was just a form and a straightforward process, nothing compared to what it's like for a foreigner to apply for citizenship. But...yeah. Since she's in Ethiopia he has just as much claim on Avi as she does. Just like that prick who married Olga couldn't take their baby out of Russia without her permission, Areola can't just saunter off to New Jersey without Bibi's. Bet she didn't think that through... I think she thought she'd move there and live in the same manner in which she vacationed. She'd be the beautiful (😉) blonde, rich (subjectively) expat and everyone would be in awe of her. Her friends back home would jealousy swoon as they watched her highly curated Insta from afar...The reality probably kicked her in the face.
  12. It would also depend on where she is. They're not living in the same area as before. Many Indians speak English, but there still large pockets in which people do not. She won't be able to work in India at all unless she married Sumit. She's there as a tourist. Unless she works under the table she's not getting a job.
  13. They've mentioned the play in a few interviews. That it was too old for the kids, over the top, and bordering on inappropriate was kind of the point. They wanted something crazy. The drama teacher wrote it, just as the band teacher wrote the piece in his "Night of Amazing Music." I saw stuff like this in my high school: our drama teacher dreamed of being a famous actress or playwright but ended up teaching Spanish and drama in a private high school. The majority of the plays we put on were written by her. They weren't very good, but that's how she was living out her dream. They were about her, not us.
  14. I honestly don't care that Kenny bawls at the drop of a hat, is probably faking his ignorance of the language, and seems a little pushy-I'm rooting like hell for them. They clearly love the hell out of Hannah and all 3 are excited to be together. I don't see any problems that they can't eventually overcome. Then again, my bar has been set so low for these couples that even Robert and Anny are looking RomComable these days.
  15. @ElectricBoogaloo I find Parlato to be skeevy in his own way, but this is a text transcript from the trial. Near the end Keith talks about the weight. You'll want to bleach your brain afterwards... https://frankreport.com/2019/06/29/part-2-keith-and-cami-texts-treat-robbie-like-a-rapist-lose-the-weight-you-promised-and-stop-throwing-up-it-hurts-me/ Also, if you want to see ALL the texts, go here: https://frankreport.com/2019/07/07/part-7-keith-and-cami-texts-it-would-be-good-for-you-to-own-a-fuck-toy-slave-for-me/
  16. Yes, because it sounded like the abuse charges were a legal one and not necessarily law-breaking ones. Since he (and by "he" I mean Father Sumit) was able to pay the other family off those charges apparently went away. If they got brought up at all in the process he could easily explain them because he probably has receipts (them unfiling the complaints, for one). "My ex wife got mad that I cheated on her so she lashed out, tried to blackmail me, and demanded a huge settlement, which I paid" is a lot different than "I beat up 7 blokes after a Manchester United match... on 7 different occasions" (oh, Jon). Cultural issues won't really apply because the interview part will be with the American side where, oddly enough, cheating WITH the intended fiance is actually considered proof of relationship and looked upon favorably (helps prove the relationship isn't frauded).
  17. Digital marketing is definitely a thing if my business expenses on my tax returns mean anything. WTF was Sumit planning on doing? This is a grown ass man. If he thinks he has to stay home and take care of her NOW then he's gonna love it in 15 years when she's probably going to really start needing him. This situation makes no sense. WHY don't they move to the US? Let's take a gander at the reasons why people normally live abroad with their foreign spouse: Employment: they don't have jobs in either place so that's not holding them there. It's cheaper to live in India, but apparently not cheap enough to live on $400a month-which is apparently the best Sumit can do. (And that's being hired by a friend.) WINNER: it's a tie, they're not employable in either place Family ties: Jenny, with a kid and grandkids, should win this one. Sumit has parents who seem to want to strangle him and won't accept his girlfriend and ex in-laws who want him dead. She has the stronger ties. WINNER: US Love of country: Sumit has expressed zero patriotism. Forget the front door, Jenny's afraid to walk out of the bedroom door without him. This doesn't seem to be a case of "we love it here so much, we could never leave." WINNER: US (at least Jenny could go to Walmart) Ease of marriage: One of them comes from a country that will literally grant fiance visas to couples who have only spent 5 hours with each other on a cruise stop, and the other is from a country where their parents literally have legal control over who they marry. WINNER: US Money: they don't have any WINNER: US (at least Jenny can qualify for Medicare) Friends: his think he's crazy and will probably never accept them. At least hers thinks it's funny. WINNER: US So why the hell are they not emigrating? I know someone is going to say that they'd need a sponsor but I 100% feel like her daughter would do it. She's already expressed her concerns and has said that she doesn't want her mom there. She also knows that her mom WILL stay there, it's not a mindless threat a la Nicole. IMO if Jenny asked her to sponsor them, she would. It would bring her mom back to the US where she's safer (not because India is inherently more dangerous but, because, JENNY) and around her grandkids. And she's been all over SM stating that she likes Sumit and doesn't have a problem with him. Stay in a country where nobody likes you, you're afraid to leave the house, and your lies broke up a family and put another family deep into debt...or return to a place where people think you're an idiot but somehow love you anyway?
  18. Cami, a first line slave and the woman he was charged for statutory rape and underage pornography of, was commanded to weigh 100lbs. At the time of this "order" she was 5'5" and weighed 130. He asked her how long it would take her to get to 100 and when she told him "2 months" he said that wasn't fast enough.
  19. The Yazan stuff is too serious for this shitshow. It makes me nervous.
  20. Yes, applying American (or western) ideas and choices to a person who lives in a very different kind of culture doesn't always compute.
  21. Too bad that Areola isn't an adult with choices or anything...
  22. I came into this 20 minutes late. Did I miss anything?
