  1. I love the deep love for #Felila. It's so big it disregards that the character's name is actually Lyla.
  2. He also gets really loud. Does he want to be the next BC? Is his screaming an audtition? I wish Anatoly had gone, Say it, don't spray it, in his heavy Russian accent. I was really worried about him throughout the episode. But he made it out okay, but I'll be tense until the finale finishes. Screw Diaz for killing the mob lady. I was hoping she'd take over as she actually seemed to have two brain cells to rub together. My headcanon is that T-shirt got destroyed in a dirty, dirty way during their quicky. It died for a noble cause. As William picked up on the tension, I truly did think that kid is going to have some good role models for relationships. It's not all roses and they disagree, and Felicity gets scary, but they are always there and always work through it. Honestly, even with this attempt, I have no effing clue what Dig meant then. I don't think I ever will. Loved that! I want gifs of Lyla popping her head back into the car and Felicity's double take at her crack about divorce. It was hilarious all around. A long time ago, I pitched Oliver should get his own cooking show or a segment on TV and I want to renew that pitch now. It would be the perfect outlet for him and allow him to be the primary care taker for William and any future kids.
  3. I don't know how, but I managed to misread that as Melissa George and was shocked that she could be only 29. For the record, she's 41. I know because I checked before I noticed that this Melissa's last name is O'Neil. I'm starting to think I have a problem.
  4. I think I’ll probably like it better than eggplants. No, thank you there. ?
  5. That tweet is actually completely fair. It addresses the way she perceives and connects or doesn’t connect with religion. If only Carina was the type of person who knew to stop there.
  6. In an unexpected twist Blankenship didn’t win the nomination. Luckily, he held a rousing speech. I’m just sorry this cuts off right before his tangent about how he’d be sent to 30 days in prison if he got a DUI.
  7. @Mellowyellow, this just popped up on my Facebook timeline. It actually looks good to me. I think I’ll try it once. https://bestrecipebox.com/cauliflower-fried-rice/
  8. I actually read his answer as evasive. Are you back? -... Ummmm. The show is back?
  9. Can someone name one character who hasn’t stood up to Oliver?
  10. I actually really try to avoid spoilers because I’m not sure I want to prolong the torture. Even now, I’m doing my bets to stay away from the latest episode thread because I get the episodes about two days later.
  11. Do you mean one of the women in the back? Because the one next to Emily is definitely not her. I wouldn’t be surprised to find her there for storytelling purposes. That’s if she’s still alive.
  12. I never really managed to get into the show, but I’m very glad he’s not going to cost everyone else involved their jobs. I guess Riggs has some bad accident that calls for facial reconstruction since they’re recasting instead of getting a brand new character?
  13. Yes, it's the same animations.
  14. I checked Sparknotes because my recollection of this part is also vague and I can't find anything about the approximate end date of Gilead or how it fell, only that it's long gone by 2195. There is mention of a Middle Period, so I'm guessing the fall isn't exactly around the corner. An interesting fact that I forgot was the examination of the identity of Commander Fred. While Waterford is decided to be the most likely candidate, B. Frederick Judd is also mentioned. And he sounds like a real charmer, coming up with the concept of Particicution and women controlling other women. So Aunts and "shopping partners". I now expect him to show up before the end of this season.
  15. The rhyming was the best part. Ditch Cocaine Mitch. Mitch has gotten rich.
  16. I'm not a lawyer, but I watched plenty of trials on TV and movies and this seemed like a perfect opportunity for a redirect. Sure, the judge could have denied Jean, but it would have been nice if she had tried. I agree, the prosecuting attorney's job was to discredit Felicity, but it was Jean's job to make her seem credible as possible.
  17. I think I'm a fan of Russell Crowe now.
  18. She wasn't a recent refuge. She managed to escape with Luke. As far as I recall she was still mute when we last saw her last season. So this is huge. I've been thinking about the econofamily. What if this is actuallythe beginning of the racial storyline and they weren't detained because of either June or Omar's religion becoming known, but simply for being an interracial couple? Several posters have mentioned that they expect to seethe wifeas a handmaid, and there's nothing more Gilead-like than making people'sactions into crimes retroactively. And it fits the storytelling perfectly, ripping away what the wife imagined was protectiing her without a moment's notice. Also, I have to say I admire all those participating in smuggling people around and out of Gilead. They chose to do that instead of using their connections to get out themselves. Even if stupid, that's incredibly brave.
  19. To me it means pee.
