  1. Me three! As soon as he said Lalia Ali, I knew it was her. All the clues fit! I don't think I would've gotten it on my own, though.
  2. This is exactly my reading of the situation. The girls lied to Kate and told her that a boy she liked, also liked her. In reality that wasn't true. Thankfully the situation wasn't worse, and ended rather sweetly.
  3. I guess I still don't get it...she hasn't seen him shirtless? Regardless of whether they are intimate...surely he takes his shirt off when he gets in the shower...gets in bed...etc? I see my husband shirtless every day. I guess she is really, really preoccupied.
  4. For that matter, I'm wondering why, in the preview for next week, Kate looks so surprised when she sees a shirtless Toby. I realize she's busy with the baby, but has she not noticed he's been getting in shape?
  5. Well, I must have too much time on my hands because I just checked Wikipedia and Beverly Hills 90210 season 3 started on July 15, 1992. So the season was well underway by the end of the summer. Not outside the realm of possibility that a marathon aired around that time, but it seems unlikely. I was a faithful viewer but I don't recall whether they did this or not. It doesn't matter to me, though.
  6. I'm pretty sure he was on the couch in one of the scenes last night.
  7. Not to mention, Toby survived a heart attack a couple of years ago, and if that wasn't enough for him to start taking his health seriously, a baby -- a blind baby, no less -- should provide the motivation to get healthy.
  8. I said to Mr. Jillybean, "Why? She cries on every call!"
  9. I wasn't happy with this episode. I'm used to at least a touch of levity and camp in each episode and this one was all death and destruction...not to mention, putting two of the show's children in such difficult situations. Poor Christopher, I don't know what Buck was thinking in letting go of him for even one second. And how bizarre that it never occurred to Eddie to check on Christopher and Buck given he knew they had been at the Pier.
  10. Apparently, Lifetime will also begin airing 24/7 Christmas movies on October 25 this year. "It's a Wonderful Lifetime." I guess they've decided to go all in on the madness. I watched a couple of their originals last year and they weren't bad and not quite as saccharine as Hallmark's.
  11. I had just heard of intimacy coordinators right before this ep aired, so I was expecting one to show up when Tori was in such a tizzy. They are a real thing and very current. Gabrielle is even quoted in this article: https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2019/08/intimacy-coordinators-screen-actors-guild
  12. I might be remembering this incorrectly, but didn't Sky and Yoli use that room to meet up/hook up? Beatriz died 10 years ago so I don't think Sky served her meals.
  13. Is this original 'Beverly Hills, 90210' actor joining reboot?
  14. She used this really high-pitched unnatural voice on that show which I assumed was her "comedy voice." I saw a couple of eps and found her/it terribly unfunny. I wish they'd made her fake movie a Hallmark movie instead of a Lifetime movie. Brendan Penny is a Hallmark Channel staple, so that would've been funnier. I also hate Christine and Gabrielle together. I don't really understand what "Gabby" is doing or where things stand with her husband -- but even if she wants to explore her sexuality, getting with a co-worker seems really stupid for the head of SAG (or the fictional SAG of the show). I guess I'm the only one who thinks the stalker plot is stupid? Its unnecessary and pulls focus from all the good stuff they're doing with the show. I don't think they needed something so gimmicky.
  15. Dean McDermott Says Tori Spelling Has Role-Played as Her 90210 Character Donna Martin in Bed Ew.
  16. I, too, think Erin Krakow is painful to watch. She doesn't have what it takes to be a romantic heroine -- she just doesn't have that relaxed, playful, flirty vibe that some of the others do. She always seems uptight, tense, wooden. I saw her on Army Wives, too, and she was much the same there. I think she's miscast as part of Hallmark's stable of romantic heroines.
  17. Hey now. I'm pushing 50 (less than 5 weeks to go!) and my hair looks nothing like hers did in that movie. I thought she looked cute, but Hallmark has a way of pushing matronly hairstyles/wigs on its female leads. For that matter, we never saw Autumn's character take her out for a spin prior to their maiden dinner cruise. And yet...she was prepared to throw away her law career on the off chance that the dinner cruise business MIGHT pan out...after an unsuccessful cruise and one party.
  18. I'm a little disappointed in Ian's (or "Z's") persona. It is exactly what I would expect Steve Sanders to be like at this juncture. Hard to separate him from his character here. I, too, was expecting a mention of Luke -- or at least some type of facial expression from SOMEONE -- when they re-created the photo. A missed opportunity. I wish Christine Elise was being written/portrayed as a tough executive instead of a complete bitch. I still think she sent the dolls. She seems to have a real dislike for the entire cast that doesn't seem to have been explained. We haven't seen the last of the writer/Vanessa Lachey's baby daddy. Other than all this...I'm pretty much enjoying it. Tori has been surprisingly funny.
  19. Looks like you can get it at Club Monaco. 🙂
  20. I always wondered if that was why they kept bringing her back...him getting her the job. Plot-wise, it made no sense that she returned to his life as some sort of possible OTP at least twice after the drugging and fire-starting shenanigans culminating in inpatient psychiatric treatment.
  21. For some reason they just won't let her go away. Kept bringing her back over & over in the OG series, and now here she is again. Jennie's daughter is definitely played by Karis Cameron. AV Club got it wrong, I guess.
  22. I never liked Emily Valentine. Repeatedly bringing her back as Brandon's possible great love made no sense. My money's on Christine Elise being the one who sent the disembodied dolls.
