The doctor opening the office uses less traditional treatments for autism. Jax and Jenny McCarthy are/were pretty high profile in the autism community and have tried alternative therapies. The tweet references that chamber thing jac put her son in. And Jenny McCarthy was for a long time a very vocal anti-vaxxer. Not sure where she stands now - I think she claimed she cured her sons autism through diet? I could be wrong. But I'm guessing that's what ties this together.

I'm not far from there either. The guys they arrested have prior charges on heroin possession and I think distribution - they are saying it is a robbery but I would be shocked if drugs aren't involved in this somehow. Paterson is ground zero for the North Jersey drug trade.

I just watched the episode today and I was surprised to say that I thought it was pretty well done. I don't think her reactions - fear of rape, fear of death - when 2 men burst into your room and hold you at gunpoint, toss you on a bed, tape your mouth closed - is unreasonable. I would even argue that I think it would be expected. And I teared up at Kim being reunited with North. My own kids are 5 and 4 so...that one resonated. If I was a fashion person...I would be completely envious of the start of that paris week. I might think that some of the fashion is ridiculous when it winds up on US weekly or on tmz, but seeing it on the show, there was a glam factor added in that gets lost in the printed pictures. But Kanye flying over to syle her for 6 hours or whatever and then flying home was utterly ridiculous. The only thing I tell myself is that this wasn't too far before his breakdown, and those eccentricities coupled with erratic behavior were more than likely already alive and well. Kourtney saying that it was fun to play barbie doll summed it up nicely. For Kim...it's her life. Mason knowing who Urkel is made the entire episode.

My takeaway from this episode? Despite the new body, the plastic surgery, and her attempts at being the "hot" Kardashian, Khloe is as unlikable as ever. I wonder if anybody would ever have the nerve to tell her that it was never her looks that were the problem, but her personality. Or maybe she's trying to match her look to the rest of her? Crass and fake? Between the tight high jeans, skin tight spanx and dresses, she looks like a walking yeast infection.

My, my. Do you mean to tell me that when the sun starts to go down on a member of the Klan, that they might go so far as to sell out other members of the family for a fleeting moment of fame? Quelle surprise.

What jumps out at me the most when I see photos like these, the whole group together, is that I'm not sure what I'm supposed to "keep up with." When the show first started, even though I just posted recently that they were clearly at the start of their fame and their wealth hadn't fully taken off yet, there was still a glamour factor. The girls were beautiful. They were jetsetting around the world. They were presented as loaded with money. They owned a boutique, which at the time, every little celebutante wanted their own boutique as a hobby - or a purse line. And quite honestly, after years of watching Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie playing mean girl around town, the rise of Spencer Pratt and Speidi, and the Britney Spears meltdown, the Kardashians were a bit of spoiled and entitled fresh air. There was a fun element. Now? It's not much fun. Kim looks like shit. Khloe looks like shit. Caitlyn looks like shit. Rob looks like shit. Kylie looks like shit. Rob? Has mental and health problems. Kanye? Has mental problems. Khloe and Kim? Have been carved up to the point that they are barely recognizable. Kylie? Had to basically whore herself out to get any attention - and that's from somebody who I firmly believe is a pedophile. Scott? Substance abuse problems. What am I supposed to want to keep up with exactly?

I think that's relatively average for Kim, just overdressed for the movies. But I will see that look in NYC on normal people so....it's not eyebrow raising for me. But am I supposed to believe that Kourtney has even heard of Judas Priest???

It's an interesting dress. The fabric does fit the look. It looks like the upholstery of my white couches and made into a formal dress. Fiddledeedee.

When was the last time Kim and Kanye were seen together?

I don't know where to put this, so i will write it here. I decided tonight to rewatch episode 1, just out of curiosity. And whoa, it is jarring. They have all had work done. I thought Kourtney had kept it to a minimum, but compare her then to now and its obvious. Believe it or not, Kris looks the closest to her "original" state. Khloe was a normal pretty, as she got older she got harsher and more unattractive - her personality still was atrocious. The groundwork to where we are now is all there - Bruce being an afterthought, Kylie acting about 20 years older than she is, Scott being up and down, etc. And it is also clear how "at the beginning" of their fame and wealth they are. They were supposed to be rich and enviable back then. It really shows how out of control their fame and wealth has gotten, how they have become caricatures of themselves, and how extreme things have gotten for the sake of fame and fortune. Talk about selling your soul...

So let me get this straight. James wanted to be monogamous, Khloe said there's too much shit in our lives to be monogamous, let's see each other when we see each other, and then she gets annoyed that he wasn't monogamous after she said let's not? Did I read that right? From what I can tell, Khloe hasn't learned a THING about relationships. She's still an enabler. She still morphs to fit the guy. She can't see where she might play a role in a relationship breaking up....she's poor innocent Khloe. She truly doesn't get it. It's not about having the revenge body, it's not about doing anything and everything to keep your partner happy, it's not about baking them cookies. Will she ever get that? Every now and then I feel a bit sorry for Khloe because she clearly just doesn't respect herself at all. But then I remember how absolutely vile she is and I quickly get over that sorry feeling.

The model with the feather duster is really unattractive. I can't decide what I think about Fendi. It stands out, but I'm not sure if its in a good way or not. Anna Sui is still my favorite look. Gigi looks practically emaciated. Has she aleays been that skinny???

I get that Kendall annoyed people by denying that her family connections for her into modeling (when we all saw on the show that they did), but that was just stupidity on her part, I don't think it is necessarily a reflection on her modeling abilities, her look, etc. Its not like Kendall books a couple of jobs here and there. It seems like she is booked solid and I'm not convinced that the entire fashion world would be hiring her just because her mama is Kris Kardashian. Balmain? Sure, the kardashian are all over that. Oscar de la Renta, on the other hand, does not need Kendall Jenner. And lets face it, who doesn't use family connections if they are available and touch an industry you aspire to, if it can get you in the door? Honestly, if this is Kendall's greatest crime, it's peanuts compared to her family. She's not just less offensive than her family, she's less offensive than half of Hollywood, and certainly less so than the majority of reality tv stars. Give me her over abby lee miller, Teresa Giudice, the duggars, or any mtv challenge competitor any day of the week. P.S. here's some food for thought. If she wasnt a kardashian would people dislike her and scorn her career so much? If she had hit the casting couch to get her jobs, does that somehow make her more legitimate?

I just keep seeing her and thinking that her expression says "are you fucking kidding me?" On the runway and in the teen vogue picture.

Ugh, the marc jacobs look is atrocious. Ode to red Russia or something? Either way. And Kendall's expression is comic gold. Regarding the RL kneepads...the moto look has been in for a while, but looks weird with the RL classic look. Stick with what you know ralph Lauren.

I absolutely love the Anna Sui look. I don't know why, the puffy sleeve lace look is normally not my thing, but she looks striking.

Probably the medication and that's to be expected. I'd assume that there's an anti-depressant somewhere in the medication mix, and those alone cause weight gain. I like all of the shoes except the platform, but mark my words - those unworn (or only worn once) louboutins, jimmy choos, etc. will be worth a fortune as new in box vintage shoes. A pair of plain black stilettos goes for $700. And before Kanye, Kim still dressed in designer clothing, and she didn't wear a lot of stuff more than once. The vintage designer clothing in like new condition (unless Kimbo peed in it) will have value no matter who the owner was. Now, I'm sure North won't be worried about the monetary value of this stuff, but if she becomes a little fashionista...she'll have herself a field day with all of this stuff. Oh Kris. You must be confused. They don't give Grammys for selling your kids to the highest bidder.

Not just that the Karolyis knew about it but that there was some unspoken agreement that the ranch would be a "safe place" for abuse to take place?
