  1. What's interesting on this claim by Amy is that in December 2019 the property was valued at $1.6 million, so when Matt paid her out at $975K 8 months later it probably was market value. I also remember her being suspicious that she wasn't getting taken by Matt. I think Matt is now asking far above market value. I wonder it he has had any offers. Farmland sells at a different pace than residential property, but this property doesn't seem worth $4MM.
  2. I was wondering that too. We haven't heard a peep since mid May.
  3. Well, we know they can now eat an obscene amount of ice cream with Kim.
  4. Hi 60s here in Portland. Cloudy, but no rain.
  5. Exactly, as young people in your 20s it is much easier to move yourself than when you are in your 50s or 60s. Pudge and Sludge moved themselves when they moved to and from Chicago. And Meri is likely to help as she didn't get to do that for the Chicago moves. In your 20s you own less, you (should) be in your best physical health of your life, and your friends are young and willing to move boxes as you can help them do the same.

So did I, so I am expecting Camelot and Eiydin, or Nimue and Gaheris...
  7. I thought that the challenge was too long. Trinity, Yvie, Shea, and Jaida were meh. Monet was okay. I had it Viv, Jinkx and Raja at the top. The runway was extra good this week. I was glad that Raja won so that Jinkx didn't get blocked again. I hate the rose gold plunger more than the chocolate bar from season 14.
  8. Everything online says Tori is 5'5" or 5'6". In some of the earlier episodes you can see Tori is shorter than Molly. She looks so tall because Zach is 4'3". 14 inches in a huge height differential. Plus, I think she is big boned. The height difference is the same as if Tori were dating Scottie Pippen. Tori just isn't surrounded by tall people on the show, she is seen with her family and her in-laws. Chris Marek is 5'8"ish and Caryn is likely 5'6".
  9. I get the vibe he is on the spectrum. That explains the awkwardness in tense situations, his inability to have normal conversations with his kids, and the fact he is oblivious to how others feel.
  10. Has Meri or anyone in the family posted support?
  11. I agree. Monet, Shea and Viv are strong nos for me. Raja and Trinity are okay. Yvie and Jaida are favorites and Jinkx is my queen.
  12. I think RuPaul is well aware that Jinkx is a fan favorite and needs her to be in the final. I could easily hear RuPaul saying no queen may be blocked more than X times, or even push Jinx into a weekly win over a more deserving queen just because she was blocked, therefore ensuring she won't be blocked consecutive weeks. And I don't have a problem with that. I am not a fan of the plunger.
  13. There is no shortage of jobs for graphic designers. In the current environment Audrey can work a job anywhere in the US--a significant percentage of roles are virtual. And there are also creative staffing agencies. We have a hard time finding competent, trained designers.
  14. Just like I remember: Brandi and Dorinda are still abusing alcohol, not good watching. Taylor is still a fame whore, she never seems authentic. Eva is naive and star struck, but I like her. Vicki and Tamra are past their sell by date, I wish Tamara good luck with the podcast. Vicki, please move to Chicago. Phaedra needs to be back on my screen on a regular basis.
  15. Also, did anyone else notice the crown on the nightstand?
  16. Yep, and if I can manage it, I change my sheets the day before I leave on a vacation. That way, when I get in late at night, I fall asleep on clean sheets!
  17. I'm in the camp of the Vivienne (or anyone) shouldn't bother to block Jinkx as she seems to be a shoe in for the final. I'd probably target the people who really stand between you in the final--Shea, Trinity, Jada and Monet. From what we've seen, Yvie and Raja seem unlikely. So the Vivienne really should be plunging the queens that she thinks are going to finish 3rd or 4th in stars.
  18. For me, the deal would be 1) Why didn't you tell me after we reconciled 2) Did you go over our mutually agreed upon no discussion needed amount and use our shared accounts? 3) Did we incur debt? #1 & 2 are about trust and #3 is about responsibility.
  19. Zach did ask for the lawn mower--he mentioned in his talking head that he did and it wasn't enough. Given that he asked for it, if he refused the lawn mower later I think he'd look like an ass. So I say derision.
  20. At this point in the show Lilah is a speech delayed, almost nonverbal child. And she needs to wear glasses but her parents don't put them on her. That may be one on the reasons that she sits on the counter or the floor like a sack of flour. You'd think Tori or Zach would engage with Lilah a lot more than they do. I can imagine that with the arrival of baby #3, when the children outnumber the parents, that Lilah really will be the Jan Brady of the Z & T Roloff family. Poor dear.
  21. Every time I think the pandemic is over, something happens. I went into the office to work for the first time in 2+ years. The next day I find out I spent the day in close proximity to two people with Covid. So now I am quarantined. Right now I know more than a half dozen people with Covid, and even though they are vaccinated it is kicking their butts. The pandemic fatigue is real.
  22. Barry is a senior transportation planner in Tallahassee. That means he is probably making about $100K. That plus income from the farm and their rental properties would make it doable to raise 9 kids with a SAH mother.
  23. This episode shows that Zach and Tori can't carry the show. Not a lot of interest in Lilah's birthday or Jackson's surgery. Yep, we need the buddy show that is Matt and Chris.
  24. Monet made it clear she was going to hustle one of the stars. I hope not.
