  1. People are probably going to think I am joking when I say this but, Lucky bastard. I know Michelle was a complete mess a lot of the times, but I always found her to be very attractive. Especially on the night when she was evicted and she was wearing that blue dress. So yeah I would consider Ian to be a lucky bastard in that situation. I never got the whole hugging thing. If I was there I would totally do what Cody did and just step over the table and walk out the door. Why would I want to hug people that nominated me or voted me out? I mean sometimes you just do not gel with people. Not everyone of the same skin color have the same values or interests. If I were in the house this season the people I would probably connect with would be Nicole A. and probably Ian because we would probably have the most in common. Maybe Enzo as well because I grew up with a bunch of people like Enzo and I have a close friend who has a very similar personality to Enzo. I doubt I could connect with say Dani because even though we are both the same skin color, we would probably not have anything in common at all. Also, I highly doubt I would be able to be around Nicole F. , if you can't swear then we are probably not going to get along because in real life I am like Ian McShane on Deadwood.
  2. I really don't care if the All-Women's alliance gets destroyed. The only one I like in it is Day, or is she sort of in it?
  3. She was even wearing some Manson groupie clothes on tonight's episode.
  4. I kind of try and block both Josh and Natalie from memory. Especially now that I have to see him on The Challenge.
  5. What I love about BBCan is it seems like the show tortures the cast more than the American version. Also, Arisa Cox is leaps and bounds better than Julie as a host. Also when I say I would like more diversity I would like more Asian and Hispanic players. I think Hispanic players are the most under served group of people on Big Brother. Besides Jessica from last year and Victor, I really struggle to remember many Hispanic players. I would also love diversity in age and political leanings as well. I mean look at season two, much like Richard and Rudy on the first season of Survivor, who would think that Bunky and Kent would become friends? Things like that make the show far more interesting to me. I did not forget them, Helens had asked if there were any previous seasons where there were more than one black man and black woman. I was pointing out the two seasons that I know for a fact that there was, which was Earl's season and Yul's seasons. There may have been more, but those were the two seasons that jumped out at me.
  6. It's been a long time, I only saw it when it originally aired so I am going by memory here. But from what I recall a team either dropped money by accident or misplaced it. The twins, knowing full well that it was the other team's money, picked up the money and gleefully cackled over it. The twins then split the "found" money with another team. The team who lost the money then had to beg locals to donate money. So yeah she and her sister are scumbags in my book.
  7. In regards to Survivor there was the season that Yul won and the season Earl won. I wouldn't mind seeing more diversity in the cast. But I think what people tend to not factor in is it is still a white majority country, so I wonder if they cast on the actual percentage of the population. Maybe not, I mean I don't know what percentage it would be to cast people in such a manner. But I wonder if that does not factor into it. I mean if this was say Big Brother Japan would people be complaining about the lack of white players over there? Probably not. You should have done so already. Granted I have no been able to watch the last I believe two seasons, damn you YouTube enforcing copyright laws, but all of the other seasons have been great that I have watched.
  8. Well Cody, maybe it is because people actually wanted to see Janelle on television and nobody but Nicole's family and Victor gives a rat's ass about Nicole being on television again.
  9. I would not say I would ever go full on Howard Hughes but even before the Pandemic this would have freaked me out.
  10. It was weird, yesterday Pluto was showing Survivor: Vanuatu and before the credits started rolling I could pretty much name the entire cast. Well not the younger dudes because they were all pretty much the same person to me. But I was like, "Hey there's the grown ass man Rory, there's Sarge, there's Bubba, Dolly, Chad and Mia." Obviously I also remembered the everyone who made it into the jury phase. The weird thing is, why is it that I can remember nearly the entire cast of a show that aired in 2004. Yet I would struggle naming half of the people that were on more recent seasons? With the exception of David vs. Goliath, that season had the best by far out of any of the recent seasons. I legit forget the name of the guy who won Edge of Extinction all of the time and I have to look him up. The only reason why I remember Tommy winning Island of the Idols is because he has red hair and you don't see many people with red hair, like ever.
  11. That would be a great competition to see which was the most vile cast. I would have to say seasons 9, 15, 19, 21 all would be contenders for that crown.
  12. Honestly I cannot blame the producers for not wanting to have people from that season back. Sure it does suck for Candace and Howard because they were screwed, but I think it would probably be best from a P.R. standpoint to never bring anyone back from seasons 9 and 15.
  13. The one that I never got was why the people who love Parvati tend to hate Russell. I always viewed them as two sides of the same coin. Both always went out of their ways to be cruel to others (I am not talking about her on the most recent season because she was not like that). Yet everyone says how great Parvati is and laughs along with her and how cruel she was.
  14. I mean you could try but it would be a waste of time. It would be like me trying to convince you to watch Big Brother, it will not happen so there is no point in trying to do it. Honestly the only reality show people I have ever soften my dislike towards was Colin & Christie. Well far more Colin than Christie, I despised Colin during his first season. Then they came back and he was far more mature and he and Christie seemed like nice people. Natalie is just a scumbag. Anyone who willfully steals from others is just that. I don't care if she's a good athlete, I don't care if she won Survivor (Brian Heidik did as well, does that make him any less of a scumbag? By your reasoning it obviously does.), and I do not care if she finished in second place her second time (Michelle should have been in second place, because Michelle had to play the actual game. But that was the nature of the season so I cannot fault Natalie for that).
  15. I was thinking about it for me it really is Day or bust. Maybe Memphis or Kevin, but I don't know. I would have said Enzo but I soured on him after his HOH. After what Bayleigh and Christopher did to season 19 Kevin, I just cannot hope that she wins. Had she not done that that and doubled down on doing nothing wrong I might be willing to see her win. Funny you say that, because I came to that realization during the last live show. I was saying, "If Cody does not make it to the end I think Memphis is going to be the winner because he seems to be off everyone's radar with the exception of David." I don't think anyone could beat Cody, but if Cody is gone I do think Memphis might win. See that is why I had Howard as someone who should have come back because he had the potential to be a good player and he was a victim of the racist mentality of that season. Oh totally, she saw how much love she got from the fans during her first season when she had to wear the Oktoberfest Beer Hall Girl outfit (I know there is an actual name for that outfit but I am blanking). Which at the time I remember thinking about her, "Hey she's cute, she sort looks like Taylor Swift wearing an Oktoberfest outfit." She probably thinks that she'll get that kind of reaction now. Which I would say is highly doubtful.
  16. Sadly I understand it more in the Christine/Cody situation than the Cody/Dani situation. I always felt that the blow back on the Christine/Cody situation was more because she looked like Geddy Lee and he is, as you say, conventionally attractive. So with their situation I always thought that people probably felt like, "What the hell is he doing flirting with someone who looks like that?" However, in this Cody/Dani situation I am not sure why it should all fall on Dani. They are both good looking, so that theory would go out the window. So yeah the guy is getting the pass here, because reasons? He is a guy? I honestly don't know.
  17. Was Christmas a former meth head? I think I would be more worried about her. They just need to go all BBCan on their asses and drop a triple elimination on them. I don't understand why the U.S. version has not done this yet. Also, if all of these people feel like this about Bay and Day, imagine if Ika was in this house.
  18. I was watching it today. They had Seasons two and three on (Which I only saw the final episode of season three and none of season two, so I was happy), it was cool to finally see some of season two and I also watch the first two episodes of season three.
  19. Off topic but did they run the whole pre-Barnabas stuff? Like the Phoenix? It has been about twenty years since I watched DS but from the looks of it when I watched it yesterday it seemed to be right before the 1700's flashback (The first flashback they did). Back on topic Pluto was showing season nine of Survivor today (I am too lazy to look up the spelling and I am a terrible speller. It was the season with Scout, Twila, Eliza, Ami, and Chris). Then they went right back to Pearl Islands. So I guess they are doing what they do with the Challenge and only showing the same seasons which in this case would be Pearl Islands, All-Stars, and season 9. Which Pearl Islands was one of my favorites but I was not a huge fan of All-Stars and season nine was good to see again, having not watched it since it first aired. I forgot how attractive I found Eliza. I am not sure what it is about her, but I just dig her.
  20. Do you watch the feeds or read the feeds thread? The reason why I ask is there is a rumor about his game and I am not sure I am allowed to talk about it in this thread but it has been discussed in the feeds thread.
  21. That is how I have been feeling as well. For the same reason.
  22. Great Natalie Anderson, hell she's already ruined TAR and Survivor. Why not this show as well? What the hell is Lio Rush doing on here? That seems so odd to me. I know he is not with the WWE anymore, but it just seems weird that he would show up on this show. I forgot to add, Lio is a fantastic speaker (He should give good talking heads) and a great athlete so I think he should do well, I just found it weird and a little random that he would being showing up on The Challenge of all places. Amber Borzotra was rumored to be on Big Brother All-Stars (the current season of Big Brother), with the cast they have I kind of wish she was on there. It will be interesting to see how she does on a show were Caleb is not stalking her. I figured Mark Jansen would be showing up on here sooner or later. He and Josh hated each other on Big Brother, I wonder if that is still the case. They almost got into a physical fight. As Jillibean said, where the hell did they get Theresa from? I don't even remember when the last time she was on the show. Same thing with Devin, he's been M.I.A. for years as well. Always cool to see Darrell back. I thought Nany said she was done doing the show?
  23. I never hated Russell either. I tend to agree with Nashville as well, because Russell was on Aussie Survivor and they got rid of him as soon as possible because nobody wanted to deal with him and they way he played the game. If I remember right he was voted out with an Idol as well.
  24. I will have to check this out. Pluto also just added a 24/7 Dark Shadows channel, showing the original show. I guess I will be spending more time watching Pluto. In regards to the Russell Hantz Top 100 Survivors list that I mentioned earlier. I could have sworn that he said he would not be on the list, but he is and he will be ranked somewhere in the top ten of all-time. I am not sure where because the episode has not aired yet. He showed a preview of who was in the top ten and off the top of my head it was...Richard Hatch, Parvati, Sandra, Boston Rob, Russell Hantz, Tony, Sarah Lacina and that is all I can recall. One that I did not agree with was he ranked Ozzy over Yul. Which is just mind numbing to me. How can you have the guy that won the season behind the runner-up. Sure Ozzy is a challenge god but that's it. Yul had the better social game and was better at strategy. Maybe I am bias because Yul was my favorite winner but there is no way Ozzy should ever rank higher.
  25. In defense of Nicole, man do I hate typing that, I don't blame her. I would be scared of Bayleigh as well after seeing her flip out on her first season of Big Brother and on the last season of the Challenge.
