They are very pretty together. I had hopes when she saved his life. But then she perked up in her scenes with Drew a while back and seems awake with Sidwell. It never lasts. Not that it matters much. The character lost me over the whole Irene debacle.

Oh, I agree. With all the Constitutional principles the right are attacking, I am most sad about the erosion of the separation of church and state. It kind of enforced that "respect". I can't imagine who in their right (heh) mind would want to be the morality police. But here we are.

I'm sorry if some of the generalizations here made you uncomfortable. No doubt there are many decent "trust fund kids" out there. There used to be a lot of old-fashioned liberals who had trust fund backgrounds and were known for giving back to their communities. But there is a special kind of cruelty attached to a type of rich person who isn't satisfied with just having, they also want to make sure that poorer people have nothing but crumbs. Crumbs that they then want to charge full-price for. Cultural change can be hard. For me, it helps to focus on respect for other's private choices and respect of baseline civil rights.

For some reason I thought Ava got kicked out because she recorded Natalia and inadvertently outed Blaze when she gave it to the The Intruder? In any case, Ava didn't mess with Sonny's meds. She discovered someone else was doing it and tried to use it for her own purposes. Still bad but it's Ava.

I have a Tablo, which records OTA content. My listings show both the week-long specials and the first few regular episodes. So I'm good. Though I also have Paramount Plus as a backup.

I am deeply suspicious of anyone who wants to be the private parts police. Thankfully, when pressed on who would be enforcing this, especially with children, most people are equally repulsed.

Lately Wiley looks like he's ready for a growth spurt. The main "bad" thing he did was go after Kristina to pressure Sonny to confess (about Pikeman maybe?). He did use Ava to testify against her and it looked like he paid a hit woman to take out Ava under the guise of protective custody. After her recorded deposition. (Not cool but other characters have done worse.) He ignored his other FBI duties to go around threatening Sonny and friends. He went from normal to relentlessly manic about it in 24 hours. It made no sense. So, of course Sonny had to shoot him in cold blood. Lots of people suspected since it happened during a Q party but with Carly's alibi and no physical evidence, nothing stuck. The most loathsome part was him letting Alexis get sent to Pentonville to await trial for it. He was about to confess to rectify that when Alexis was freed by other means. 🦗🦗🦗 ever since.

It's a one-off for me. I gave up on RT ages ago. I'm mainly interested in the Chris Hayes interview. Though I'm a little sympathetic to Bill when it comes to phone updates and the current state of tech.

I do believe in redemption. Does he? In an interview Trump said he didn't have anything to repent (last time around, I'm sure a Google search will turn it up). Hard to redeem someone who doesn't think they need it. I don't care one way or the other about Trump the person. I do care about what he and his cronies are doing to the government. It wasn't perfect but it mostly worked. I don't see Musk rooting around Treasury as a good thing. I don't see alienating Canada, Mexico, Denmark and Panama as good things. My 401k doesn't see Trump as a good thing. Just keeping up with the chaos is exhausting.

We've seen him use youngsters like them to fan hate and direct discrimination towards trans women especially and trans folk in general. For years. Trump is 78 years old. He's never been interested in doing the right thing before - why would he start now?

There was a (mostly) nice NYT article today. Gift article - hopefully it works. I get the feeling a lot of people think a new soap is a Quixotic venture. I hope they're wrong.

That was the standout for me. Lois's clothes usually amuse me but her look today hurt my eyes.

That's a pretty low bar. I think it might be more fun to watch if I thought they could be an endgame pairing or that it might actually lead to Willow embracing her crazy Reeves side. (And a recast for Drew might help me personally.)
