If you listen to podcasts, the show uploads the audio of the show a few hours after airing. Lately they've also posted other podcasts where Rachel is a guest in the feed. I don't remember Rachel mentioning it but then I listen to a lot of podcasts. Keith Olbermann certainly did on his 11/20 podcast. (He was kinda over the top about it, but that's Keith.)

If she did hear, she likely assumes Cyrus is lying to the doctors to keep her trapped. Laura hasn't seen her since GH, has she? You would think she might want to see Lulu settled in. (It's a sad fact of life that visitors can make a difference in the level of care in many LTC facilities.)

Lol. I thought I must be the only one who couldn't concentrate on the scene because I kept looking at the art. The thing is that I can't quite decide if I like it or hate it. (I have a weird love of post-it notes and office supplies in general.) But it bothered me.

I'll give Portia a pass on the timing for Lucas. I'm sure he would want to know asap. And to see the report himself. But Elizabeth? Unless she was trying to warn her without warning her, I agree that didn't seem appropriate.

I agree. But how many times have we seen them set up potentially good storylines only to see them fizzle out and wrapped up stupidly? If they wrapped them up at all. I'm willing to be convinced, really. 🙂 But they don't have a great track record.

I can't help but think this will all end up being a red herring though it would be a perfect way to permanently write out Cyrus. I like the actor but Cyrus, not so much. Whiny criminals, reformed or not, are not entertaining.

I could be jumping to conclusions based on a scene that lasted a few seconds but it seemed like Alexa was channeling Lulu #2, Ace Reporter.

Ooh, fake flashbacks. Usually I hate them but since I didn't have any idea how or if Lulu and Cyrus interacted it really did help. And Lulu not knowing Cyrus is "reformed" adds layers. This Portia I don't mind. This Jason either. Or this side of Kristina, supporting Dante. Too bad they're siblings, Mansi has good chemistry with him. I'm glad Lulu fell out of bed but I call bs on the rest.

I hope you're wrong. For me, a lot of it traces back to the addition of action adventure into soaps. What do you do with characters after they've been off saving the world or dealing with life and death stakes? The transition back to normal stories can be awkward.

Maybe she would have regained consciousness sooner if they had caught the liver disease? Not that most of this makes any sense but my poor brain keeps trying.

It feels like they were freshman about 2 years ago, so yes. Joss at least should be ready to graduate any time now. 🙂 Not that I mind soap opera time expanding and contracting as needed. Which reminds me... what use is Joss's degree in Environmental Science going to be in PC?

He reminds me a lot of Cameron. But if he was supposed to be the same kind of character, it feels a bit too late. It won't be long before Joss and Trina will be moved onto more adult stories.

Personally I would love that but I'm also sensitive to those who are tired of the OLTL fan service. None of it ever sticks anyway, so maybe it's better to leave it in the past.

Q's are like Corinthii - they don't believe in shared custody. Maybe they'll cancel each other out in Michael's case but ngl, I'll be a bit disappointed if they do. Willow adopted Wiley, so she legally has the same parental rights. Wiley being her nephew shouldn't have anything to do with it.

It was touch and go for Kristina after the 2nd or 3rd surgery and hysterectomy was a possibility. She eventually pulled through without it. So technically she can have another baby - unless there are plot driven reasons down the road.

It's definitely lazy chem testing. We already had Molly and Dex. Are there any other single guys in her age range? It did seem like Molly and Isaiah sparkled a little. I wouldn't complain.

Tommy and Curtis were brothers. Even though Sean is TJ's bio dad, he is still legally and emotionally an Ashford. So he and Trina are first cousins, though not connected by blood.

Katelyn is picking up some bad habits from CamMat. She really needs to stop that crossing her hands over her heart thing immediately. It's bad enough on him, we don't need both of them doing it. So, is there a pool on how long it takes Lois to spill?

After Gregory's death Chase was the one who held everything together. That took strength. He doesn't look the other way when it comes to the law either. At least not for more than a minute or two. For now, he's a Mac in training. You're right about Ned, of course. But he's done so little scheming outside of the ELQ/CEO thing and he's rock solid for his family. He's aged well, for a Quartermaine. I never considered adding Dante. He's a good dad but honestly, Sonny ruins everything.

I never watched Passions but loved Port Charles. I had wondered if they were the last new soaps.

It is sad, especially with so many people looking forward to his return. But in a way, it feels truthful. Lucky returned to a PC that has moved on from him. If he stays, he has to make amends and a new start. So running away is his default. I would add Ned and Chase to the good guy list. Ned is a bit more gray but he's there for his kids now.

The first time we heard about it, she was panicking because she couldn't get in touch with the guy. But there were a couple of things she said that made it sound like it was due or almost due. It was confusing. A college athletic story hasn't been done in a while, has it? The writers usually gloss over the college years, show classes here and there then the characters graduate in record time. (Or they're offscreen forever.) I'm a bit surprised that Joss and Trina are still in school. Though if they're drinking legally Joss should be close to graduating.
