There is some interesting stuff on The Married at First Sight Facebook page which aren't spoilers necessarily but there are people on there who are saying things about knowing stuff about Jason.

I honestly think that his moles are much more pronounced due to his mandibular issues. What I mean is, you notice that something is off with his face but can't put your finger on it (the messed up jaw) then as you are looking, trying to figure it out, you can't help but notice the moles.

I still disagree with Jason being included having also been the primary caretaker of my mother when she battled the beast of lung cancer while single and dating. Would the fyi channel put the expert commentary on their website?

Mom died from Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and the chemo wiped her out. In fact, they tell patients who are still working (or trying to) to have chemo on Thursday as it hits hard 2 days after to have the weekend to recover. Now there are lots of different kinds of chemo and I'm referring only to infusion chemo here. Interestingly and sadly, as my mom's cancer spread she was taking oral chemo in a pill- first was Tarceva then as the Tarceva failed to keep the beast at bay it was Alimta. She died in 2007 so these may now not even be used as better ones have been developed. @MMLEsq- Congrats at meeting him online! I know several couples who met online!! It works!!! I plan on doing it again when I get some things taken care of. After watching the Casting Special and looking up Jamie online and looking at her webpage and Facebook page it became even more clear that they so totally screwed Doug and Jamie over. Especially Doug. The one expert even said they are looking for a homebody for Doug. Jamie is a working model, she's done commercials, hosts some tv food show, her last bf took her to the Grammy's where he won an award! Yes, she's a working RN, yes, she wants a stable family but she also wants the entertainment side. She's a stereotypical Bachleor Nationite!! It really pisses me off that they left out a huge, glaring chunk of who Jamie is and where her life is like and she wants it to head!! It's public information!! Jamie will ultimately come out of this just fine, it will increase her exposure so she'll get more work, she'll quit her RN job and be married within 1 year or planning to be but only to a hottie who is a present/former pro or semi pro-athlete or also from Bachelor Nation or another reality show, or a some other D-List- or below- celebrity. Doug will be crushed and take awhile to get over but he too will be married with 2 years to a girl who matches his homebody like and be at his attractiveness level and they will be very happy. The people on FB are ripping her to shreds but I blame the experts totally. Also, the people ripping her to shreds were probably never in the position of having 0 attraction to someone that they were already involved with; in her case married, in my case met online. Year, I thought the same! Also, the room the ceremony took place in reminded me of funeral home!! I'm loving the show!! Better than any Bachelor/ette show! I'm loving Courtney & Jason b/c they are are into each other! I love Monet & Vaughn! I like how shy she is with him and didn't kiss until she was ready! Doug & Jamie- Wow. I think Jamie was a good sport and didn't really reveal her true feelings. Aren't they going to be in counseling with experts from the get go? It seemed like it was optional from the preview. I so identify with Jamie but mine was worse as I really, really liked the guy. There were several points that were so hard to watch. About 7 years ago I met a guy online who was an amazing person in every way but I had 0 attraction for him and found him even hard to look at in person. We were in different cities so I didn't get a truly good look at him until he came to visit me. I really tried, I did. We kept talking/emailing after he left, and still really liking almost everything about him, I went to his city to visit him but I knew while there that it wasn't going to work for me. We were both committed Christians so to have literally all of the spiritual stuff line up and not have that one seemingly shallow thing not be there was even more painful. I cried out to God asking Him to make me attracted to this man but He didn't. When Jamie said, "I feel so bad." I teared up. That is the worst feeling to have. All you want is to feel something positive in that area and it seems so shallow but the chemistry/attraction thing is so key that not having it devastating. That being said, I wonder if I had seen this show 7 years ago, would I have ended it or stuck with it longer? Who knows. I'm still single and he is married to a women he met on that same site and I hope and pray he is very happy.

Yeah, Robyn doesn't look shiny or happy anymore. I think Meri is on too high of a dose of whatever med she's on to deal with her empty nest. She just sits there and barely says anything. I think that Christine and Janelle are doing are the best emotionally and mentally at this point and time.

@MsPH, I think Ben Flajnik is cute! Not as cute as Chris or Josh from this season but cute nonetheless. Chris Bukowski is ok looking. He also has some buccal issues going on. I think his veneers are too big or small and too white. They both just have a very different vibe than Doug and it shows through the TV. Almost anyone who has anything to do with Bachelor Nation has it and Doug just doesn't and the experts should have taken all of that into consideration. For example, Bob Guiney doesn't have the classical Bachelor look but the had a good sense of humor and presence which is how he got so far and went on to marry then divorce an actress. He is still parlaying it into paying gigs as he was just on with Kathy Lee and Hoda July 1 and his band is touring.

Yes, I've seen the show. It was interesting in a very odd way. I think that there was a thread for that show or one just like it on TWoP (RIP) that got a bit of traffic. For kicks and giggles, I googled something about looking for a sister wife and there are lots of people looking- both the sister wife and families!! Most that I saw were not religious just wanted the lifestyle. One couple wanted a "triad." Oh my........ I can't even find one husband!!! Sheesh!!

I think that each participant be given the type of Spiritual Advisor who matches their spirituality/religion like they do in the military or hospital. That would give credibility to the seriousness of the show. They obviously value the that aspect of a person and in marriage but then went too PC and made it worthless to the participants, IMHO.

ME TOO!!! My mom died of lung cancer 7 years ago and I was doing online dating at the time and looking back it wasn't a wise thing to do for a lot of reasons. I was so sad, worried, and stressed that it wasn't fair to the guys I was meeting to be looking for a husband at that time. It really makes me wonder about the "experts" especially the psychologist. Jason is most likely in the stage of grief called anticipatory grieving that many family and friends of someone with a terminal illness goes through before their loved ones dies. I do not believe that any hasty decisions should be made by Jason right now. Additionally, I believe that there is truly something unethical being done by the show by allowing someone to marry someone in this time of life and whoever said Courtney wants to take on the role of care taking DIL then help her stranger aka "her husband" deal with all the severe stress when a parent dies. I get that she is saying the vows but would you really think a panel of "experts" would choose this for you? Normal, strong marriages often crack and crumble under that kind of strain. I think the show did it for the sensationalism of it. Very sick!!!

I think that Jamie is so much more of a caretaker since she had to take care of her two siblings since her parents were a wreck and she would jump into caring DIL very quickly. It is odd that Jason is doing this has his mom has Stage 4 Lung Cancer. The woman is dying. Literally. Short of a miracle of the Lord Jesus Christ, she is going to die in the near future. Very sad!! Also, yes to Jamie's foray into Bachelor Nation does nothing for the credibility of the show! Maybe TPTB thought it would help the show. Not sure why.

I'm not sure if this is the place for this stuff. I think Jamie and Jason would look better together and also have more similarities from what we've seen. Granted, we don't get to see the results of the scientific matching algorithm so I could be way off. The "Spiritual Advisor" is an ATHEIST!! He's a Humanist. That is just wrong on so many levels!!! All of them are some form of Christian denomination so why not have a Christian?? The show was trying to be way too PC and cool on this one. They should match the Spiritual Advisor to each person's denomination or religion. Also, back to the Jamie and Doug rather than Jamie and Jason, did they not research (and I use that term loosely) on the interwebs the type of guys that she has gone for in the past??? They were seriously HOT and Jason barely makes the cut but Doug with his jaw issues, moles issue and blond hair are not spelling success for me. Then again the science says differently so maybe I should just "trust the process." Any Bachelor/ette fans know that phrase well! One more rant: 4 weeks is way too short to decide! They should have at the minimum said 3 months but I would be ok with six months. If these people are wacky enough to do this in the first place give it a damn good try!!! I'm not throwing shade as this might be something that I would consider give the excellent track record of arranged marriages for thousands of years and the mess it is now.

YEA!! So glad someone made a thread for this!! I looked yesterday!! I'm single never married and in my early 40's and have done online dating (eHarmony and Match) so there are some similarities here. Jamie- Jamie has been on at least two other reality shows. Not knocking it as given her messed up family life, she is looking for love and creating a family!

Meri is an ASS! Many times in the past she has pressed to get things because of her 6 nonexistent other children. (I am not making light of her secondary infertility!) Yet now since Mariah is gone she is done parenting and helping the others?? I thought this was one of the perks of polygamy?? I can't see any of the other plygs -and I watch them all- do this after their last is gone.
